Ninpocho Chronicles
Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.
Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.
Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.
The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

Appearance:11 yr old shin:Shin is wrapped in bandages almost everywhere on his body. On his left leg he is wrapped in bandages from the top of his knee to his ankle, while his right leg it only wrapped in bandages at his shin.Both of shins arms are wrapped from his elbow to his hands. His upper torso is wrapped connecting to his left shoulder, neck and face stopping where his black hair starts but having a couple wraps over his head from ear to ear. His lRight eye covered from the bandage while his black left eye is shown. Over all these bandages are regular clothes moss green pants, that can convert into shorts, that have ties at the bottom. Your typical ninja footwear and a faded green shirt with the words Perseverance in Kanji.
14yr old shin: He banding is almost the same but now he is taller, 4'8, and wears a black ninja like gi with white lining the edges. over this though is his High Genin Robe. His legs are covered by ninja pants that are tied around the knee all the way to his ankles with cloth wraps and lastly wearing wearing typical ninja shoes on his feet.
Bio:Shin's Mother and Father were told by the doctor that Shin was Weak bodied, meaning he was a fragile child. Although he does not excel in strength he makes up for in speed and technique, taught to him by his parents. This also shows the reason for all the bandages he wears because he is constantly getting hurt. So for his own good he is forbidden from hand to hand combat. Shin's parents are masters of different types of poisons and he learns from them to use on his weapons to improve ranged attacks. Although Shin wholeheartedly wants to become a great ninja, he knows he cannot.
Shin's parents knowing his goal told him of a way to fight without physically making contact, by using a Puppet. Although Shin doesn’t know anything becoming a Puppeteer, he is determined to become one.

Hiriyoga Li(Father)-
Age: 48
Bio: He was once a Shinobi who made it to the rank of Chunnin when his father died. then afterwards he had taken over where his father left off, making poisons full time. Leaving his team, he later met his Wife Nanako who was a Chunnin about to turn Anbu when they wed and had Nanshin.
Personality: Proud, Can be hot headed but very determined to finish a job.
Nanako Li(Mother)-
Age: 46
bio: Was once considered a shinobi genius until she found love and left the Shinobi way to join her husband in the poison making business. Although she is strict and makes mean faces she is very kind hearted inside and love her Two chidren. She is a master swordswoman and was once known for her bloodless sword. This nicknamed from her talents to slay anyone with her sword before they could even bleed upon its 18 folded edge.
Mamori Li
Age: 12
Bio: Nanshin's little sister. She is very advanced in the ways of the ninja. She seems to have a natural talent for it and unlike Nanshin she is as healthy as an ox. She seems to take after there fathers Shinobi style. A brute force to be reckoned with
Fuji Hadato(Cousin)-
Age: 27
Bio: He came to Suna to become the apprentice of Nanako Li, His aunt, to learn her sword style. His mother is Fuijin Hadato, who was one of the three Legendary sword sisters. Their Heritage is the descendants of the Legendary Nanjirou Clan although a very mixed blood the Three sisters have all proven their lineage and now that the Nanjirou blood is in Fuji as well he palns to learn all three sword styles to become a very formidable Shinobi.

Restriction- C Rank and up
Through repeated use and training with the lower level techniques, the attuned ninja learns the best ways to manipulate their chakra in order to produce the desired effects. They are able to cast weaker jutsu for a much smaller cost than an average ninja would.
Effect: -15% Ninjutsu cost.
Hustle - Special Move (2 points)
For those who prefer power over accuracy, the Chakra Attuned can choose to power up one of their techniques in exchange for making it less likely to hit.
Effect: Can choose to add 10% damage to a Ninjutsu in exchange for -1 accuracy.
Spirit Boost - Boost (1 point) -1 point
Restriction- Can be purchased twice
A Chakra Attuned ninja's prowess with Ninjutsu is not to be underestimated. Their skill with it is unparalleled, and is not limited to any one specific element.
Effect: +5% Ninjutsu damage.
Energy Boost - Boost (1 point) -2 points
Restriction- Can be purchased three times
A Chakra Attuned ninja tends to have slightly more chakra to work with than the average, being that they tend to work with it more often than others.
Effect: +2 to CP modifier.
Recharge - Passive (2 point)
Chakra Attuned ninja are very efficient at storing their chakra, up to the point where it flows into them easily from all around. They can restore their own chakra as effortlessly as breathing.
Effect: User regains 2% CP per round. Â

History
Li Nanshin had always been a sickly child. The sand beaded air of Sunagakure was harsh on his skin making him wear bandages throughout most of his life. Though his body was so weak that he could not do anything physical he did have an abnormally high chakra amount. Luckily for Li he grew up in Suna where puppeteers were abundant giving those with less physical strength a chance to still become shinobi. It was when Nanshin first joined the Shinobi Academy that he received his first puppet. As time past, Li began an interest in medical practice. He did this not only for himself but to pay it forward. He had lived his whole life with his condition and through shinobi training learned to strengthen his body using his chakra. Now with Medical shinobi training he could do some real good. It was around the time he became a Med-Nin that he was asked to medical examine and diagnose a certain prisoner under sunagakure law. There he met Dr. Hibiki who then ,through Li's consent, gave Li a demons eye which is covered under an eyepatch over his right eye. After the surgery Li felt somewhat different and wanted to travel to see other villages medical disciplines and techniques. He then wandered around until he ended up at Amegakure. It was a young village and was ahead of its time in terms of architecture and innovations. Nanshin stayed for a while and learn much even taking on the roll as one of their own in the medical tower but all that soon came to a hault when a bio weapon was unleashed on the village. Being forced to evacuate Li was in a state of shock about the whole thing. With nowhere to go he headed home to Sunagakure. With some of his new techniques learned he hopes to help out the Medical Branch in Sungakure.

On his feet he has the common shinobi sandals. Just so you know, you actually have 1906 power level to distribute amongst your stats. The training that Rin posted at the bottom indicates some of your stats were higher than they were in your old profile. Dont wanna cheat yourself!
Also, your class seems to be wrong. If you want everything in average that means you initially have 95 points in your HP/CP modifier pool. After subtracting the +10 you get when you reach veteran status, you only have 90. Youre still cheating yourself! Distribute that extra 5 points yo.
Also, you dont need to include abilities and CA point spending in this. That can all be approved in your dojo thread.

Due to Li's condition growing up he had never had the strongest body but because of this he developed a high Chakra Pool. Through his ninja studies he has practiced puppeteering endlessly to the point where even his chakra strings feel like an extension of his own body. Advancing on his chakra molding abilities he soon underwent training to become a Medical Ninja. Through the skills of Medical Jutsu he gained a more concrete way to mold chakra to his will. The constant use of his chakra through many application have forged Li into an Chakra Attuned. Where a complete understanding of his own chakra pool and how it works is second nature to him. Now that is has been years since being taught what Chakra was and how to wield it he still discovered new things quickly. With his aptitude from the understanding of his own body Nanshin easily masters most things dealing with chakra easily. Even his once weak body is being fed a small flow of chakra to keep him normal and strong to keep up in every day shinobi life. Where as before he would have been struggling and most likely too tired to keep up.
