This is not a joke. This is not a drill. This is not an error. This is dragons. Yes, really for real.
This has actually been in the works for quite a long time. It's a collaborative project between Lore and Dev, who are releasing as I type this a number of draconic goodies including a contract and a Core Ability. Dragons have not actually been in the Taboo/Tech list for quite a while, for that matter.
In the Site Setting forum, there are several topics on the lore of dragons as they exist in the Ninpocho universe. These are largely thanks to Lore/Dev member Ryuu Rei, who did the bulk of them. This has actually been sitting in Lore for a while as we got everything else ready on the back end.
In addition to the lore updates, the Water Country forum description has been updated to reflect the RP above. This isn't really an indication of anything other than consistency of the changes around Water Country. All councils are free to edit, not edit, react, or not react to any and all of this update as they so choose.
As are all players.
The dragon taboo on Ninpocho is officially, completely, and permanently removed...as of now.
