Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Midori Majo began his day like any other, only today he had decided to take a more leisurly route to his side jobs. Yes, he had decided that rather than hard physical labor this week he would tour the many homes of Suna. As he came downstairs his mother handed him a shoulder bag and explained that the postmaster had dropped it off for him early this morning. The bag was the classic Suna orange and weighed nearly a quarter of his own weight. No matter, Midori was never one to turn down easy money. Wolfing down his morning eggs and toast her slung the bag over his shoulder and got to work!

The first several houses were a breeze. The post boxes were usually on the sidewalk to his relief. As he began to go deeper and deeper into the Suna Residential district he began to realize that the post me had a decently stressful job. If not for the occasionally impatient recipient eagerly waiting outside their box – there were canines. Hell, at one house he was even chased back down the lawn by an obscenely large cat! Despite being good at numbers and navigation, Midori often had to double check the addresses and contend with the occasional dog or two. He loved dogs, just not the grumpy ones.
Before long he had ran out of small letters and was onto the package portion of the program. The packages were fascinating to say the least, and had he been a bad kid he would have “miss placed” a parcel or two. Curiosity was indeed a factor – but Midori stayed his course. Finding a nice quite bunch of rocks nearby he put down the shoulder bag and stretched before continuing on. Stretching, as his father often said; was “The key to success.” Midori felt that naps and tea were more like it. Still, stretch his did. He stretched it reeaalll good.

Pausing for lunch about mid-day Midori developed a plan. Taking a moment to re-coup and adjust he headed out once more. The shoulder bag was becoming lighter and lighter by the hour and he set his plan in motion. Upon encountering a disgruntled hound he tore off a piece of his lunch and bribed the mutt. Yep, he would not eat today – but he didn’t have to run either. Pacing himself seemed to be key.

As Midori dropped off the last of the packages and let out a little victory dance! The day was almost over, but he still had plenty of time to enjoy his day. What’s more Midori knew he wasn’t expected home for several more hours. Maybe he’d buy himself something scrumptious on the way home. With a hearty march he swung by the post office to drop off the bag. The lady at the counter remarked that she was impressed he seemed unscathed on his first day of work – and jokingly offered him a job once he got older. You know, in case the whole shinobi thing didn’t work out.
