Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.
Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.
Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.
The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

Character's Physical Description:
Yasu is a fit young man, his body toned yet lean due to the rigorous training he subjects himself to. Because of the peace his home country is so lucky to have, he has yet to partake in any major battles, and thus his body is free from any scarring. The Ōta clan shares blood ancestry with the Uchiha and so most members have traits and abilities characteristic of the famed Doujutsu users. His long black hair is kept tied in a ponytail that he drapes over his shoulder. Eyes as dark as coal meet any stare cast his way, but carry a kindness within their depths. Yasu has a simple but practical taste in clothing, commonly donning a navy blue kimono and wooden geta. Although integration into a large city such as Konoha will undoubtedly change his fashion sense. Keeps a shuriken pouch and kunai holster on his person at all times.
Character's Mental Description: Yasu is a kind soul. Whether it's spending his free time teaching the poor children in Ta no Kuni how to read or helping an elderly farmer tend his rice fields, he is a genuinely compassionate person who cares about most people. If he can help, he will. He values family above all else...but in his case that doesn't come without its share of issues. His nature directly conflicts with the increasingly unruly "business" his family seems to be getting drawn into. Yasu doesn't agree at all with the direction his clan is heading, and therefore doesn't take his familial duties seriously. Most of the time he is levelheaded and even, wearing his kindness on his sleeve. But you would be a fool to mistake that for softness. He sincerely loves every member of his family, and will fight fiercely and even die to protect any one of them. Threatening his family in any way is a surefire way to set him off, along with harming people without reason. He has a strong moral compass that dictates his actions. Yasu also has a sharp mind and a quick wit, and if he applied himself he could undoubtedly be an asset to the future business ventures of his clan. But therein lies the problem...applying himself. Admittedly he has a bit of a lazy streak when it comes to these matters, and would much rather sleep in then attend any of their meetings. However he has shown great enthusiasm when it comes to things he's passionate about. Yasu singlehandedy combated illiteracy in his home country, teaching many children to read and write on their own. And he has no problem doing hard work when it is beneficial to others. The only things he consistently rejects are his clan duties. As the second-born, he is expected to stand by his brother's side and assist him when he takes over as Head, and that may very well be a role he will be forced to accept. But until then, he's content with goofing off and helping others.

Character History:
The lovable second son of the Ōta Clan.
Born in Rice Country as the second out of four children, Yasu has always been apathetic to matters revolving his clan. He will do what's best for his family, but the day-to-day operations of running the clan never interested him too much. This may have come about from watching his older brother Tōsō be groomed as heir ever since he could remember. Constantly being reminding that someone else was going to one day lead the clan has a way of eroding one's interest in the notion. Yasu isn't jealous by any means, however. In fact he has expressed many times his delight in not having to shoulder the weight of the entire clan. He claims he's not "business-savvy"...but everyone just thinks he's lazy.
Despite Ta no Kuni's peacefulness, the Ōta are a clan of warriors. Because of this, Yasu was trained from a young age in chakra usage. The family has never been considered a traditional ninja clan, forgoing the stealthy ways of the shinobi and instead focusing more on the art of direct combat. All male members of the clan are expected to learn how to do battle. Unlike the Uchiha, prodigies are rare among the Ōta, with emphasis being placed on hard work and perseverance instead. Those clan members that are blessed with the Sharingan undoubtedly have a leg-up, but every Ōta warrior works tirelessly to hone their skills. Even the "lazy" Yasu.
In his home nation of Rice Country, there are very few people that dislike him. He has a kind heart, and helps others whenever he can. Yasu's caring nature earned him the admiration of the smallfolk, and he often ventured out from the estate to play with the local children or aid families with their farms. All of his siblings love him unconditionally, and he is very close with all of them. Yasu shares a friendly but ever-competitive rivalry with his older brother Tōsō . He and Tōsō both are fiercely protective of Saya -their younger sister- who shifts constantly between nagging him about being more responsible and asking for help with her training. The youngest Kyō has a big heart, but likes to put up a tough front and act more mature than he really is in his quest to be stronger than both of his older brothers. His mother Suzu often dotes on him even to this day, usually embarrassing him in front of company. Arata, his stern no-nonsense father, wishes he would take a more active role in the goings-on of family business. But he still cares for him all the same. Though recently the two have been butting heads...
A few months ago Yasu's father announced his plans to relocate the clan to Konohagakure. This move was apparently brought about by some political and entrepreneurial ambitions he has. Aside from him, the rest of the family weren't too keen on leaving their home for some foreign country. But as is tradition the Clan Head has the final say in such matters. So with little ceremony and not much show, most of the Ōta packed up and left Ta no Kuni. Many of the country's denizens were greatly saddened by the departure of their unofficial guardians, but not all of the family left. A small number of the clan remained behind to continue watching over it, with Yasu's older cousin and his family taking over the duties traditionally held by the Clan Head. This event was probably the single biggest change to ever occur in Rice Country...and only time will tell whether or not it was a good one.
"Integration into Konoha is paramount." his father said of their arrival. The village knows of their clan, and would not turn down the chance to add a family of powerful Doujutsu users to its ranks. The fact that Uchiha blood runs through their veins also helped in this matter. Some of the older clans view the foreign Ōta as upstarts and some even mock their humble beginnings, but Yasu's father has assured the family that these detractors will all feel foolish one day. His aspirations for his family are limitless, and he wants nothing more than to see them rise as high as they possibly can. Yasu is concerned with the cost their ascent might incur. Recently he and his father have been butting heads, disagreeing on clan matters. They both want what is best for their family...but they have very different ideas on what that means.
