This life I have been given is not my own, but then again it is? I feel like a walking paradox, living as a being who is and isn't. Every decision I'm faced with, there's an itch an instinctual voice that tells me how I should feel or think, but it's always followed by a second one that tells me to live for myself.
I am Uzunami Rio.
His eyes stirred, aching at the stinging feeling of light. His mind was already processing this information derived from his source. He began to shake instinctively summoning a sapphire colored liquid that sparkled and transmuted into gems that covered his eyes like lens. Rio took a minute to slowly change the gems to translucent in order to peer through them in a controlled manner. Everything was blurry at first, the received images being much more intense than the ones he saw in his dreams.
Rio quickly found that blinking his eyes helped him focus his vision. When he looked around the room he saw no one there, so the boy turned around to check the other side.
[color=dark blue]"You woke up much earlier than expected."[/color]
Rio turned around coming face to face with a man who was large and imposing. Yet his body was in shambles like he strained every muscle and bone.
[color=dark blue]"You're much taller than I am naturally ... you must have got the good genes. Im not sure if I should call you brother or son. Considering I used a female's cells I suppose it counts as a mom. Hi Rio Im you're Dad. . . That's so weird. I'm no good at this so..."[/color]
You talk too much he said in his mind. Rio clasped his hands and released an odd chakra that affected the liquid in the tank. He then slapped his hands on the glass, transmuting the liquid to a hardened Crystal.
Yuuto eyed Rio as the young man quickly weaved energy and turned the liquid around him into a stream of liquid gems. The Sennin began to speed up his molecules as the boy cocked his fist back and punched forward, commanding the stream of gems to extend into a large fist. "Amber Trunk! [Falcon Punch]"</COLOR><i></i>, odd that he was yelling out his technique, low key embarrassing, but the power and slickness of his technique couldn't go unnoticed. The glass sliced perfectly, the amber fist blasting out at him. Yuuto narrowly deflected the attack but he didn't expect that in that moment Rio would turn himself into a liquid state and quietly sneak out of the tank. The boy was talented that much was proven.
Yuuto scanned the area and then kicked a sonic wave into his left, only for him to hit the side of an object. A ruby wall blocked his attack. Yuuto was shocked at the boys response time, but what he wasn't expecting was the giant sleek black obsidian hand; "Obsidian Judgement [Fist of Sin]" that came barreling from behind the barrier shattering it and attacking the Sennin at the same time. This attack was too fast for even him to block and was slammed to the way side rolling into a wall.
Rio seemed to be fired up, his chakra increasing as the fight dragged on. Yuuto took the attack in order to fight at his fullest. His Shimmering Butterfly Veil was active, and the Sennin had total control of his ability.
Rio spat as his enemy took the attack head on . . . Wait why am I even upset, who cares about fighting this guy . . . I Do . . But why. The man now appeared full of power and approached Rio. I have to match him . . . No beat him.
"Who am I, who are you? Why does every thing in me tell me that you're a threat to me?"
The man stopped his battle stance cocking his head awkwardly. [Color=dark blue]"Seriously?? My own dna considers me a threat. That's
... wow. I'm honestly lost."[/color] Yuuto moved closer only for Rio to recoil once more. He sighed and formed an orb. This orb was an Odama Rasengan, but before he could go Rio dashed at him, his chakra rising and the gems inside of his body lit up.
A fist extended and Yuuto saw the image of a topaz tiger pouncing at him, but the Sennin used a Flock of Shadows avoiding the Tiger, but then the Crystal shattered and Rio dashed through the broken shards and closed the distance on Yuuto. [color=lime green]"Topaz Tiger Strike!"[/color] his fist came lightning fast slamming Yuuto in his jaw. However the Sennin used his renewal technique fixing himself and his trajectory. Yuuto used his genjutsu the Reapers Gaze expecting for a hit but Rio had already bolstered himself mentally and physically. He was being enhanced by the Frog Senjutsu and the Uzunami power
Rio had so much chakra it was bursting out of him. This leakage reminded him of his student, the raw power turning into energy that enhanced the body in different ways. However Rios bones were cracking as the battle went on, he was growing too much too quickly and soon it would get out of hand.
He immediately knew that he had to stop Rio so he used the Gates of Enma. The Jutsu hit its marks, creating 4 Gates that released dark chakra. This chakra burst into Rio. The power enveloped the young man and then pressured on him, forcing his uncontrollable chakra.
"This power is burning inside of me like an eruption. It's bubbling, rising, ready to release. With this power I can knock him out and get away from here. . . What is this jutsu? This energy is dark . . . augh! I can't escape this power".<i></i> Rio lost the rising chakra, but he didn't give in. The opponent stepped forward and began speaking but Rio didn't care his only thought was taking out Yuuto . . . <COLOR color="indigo">"No my goal is not to kill this man, it is to escape and make it out of here." he focused himself and imagined the energy in the room was like a whirlpool. Yuuto dashed with a Screeching Rasen Shuriken, but it was far too late for him to do much. Rio took the Shuriken but gritted his teeth, his chakra gem armor holding. Rio summoned more water from the air around them and multiplied its volume mixing it with the earth to encase himself in a crystal. In a matter of seconds Rio had transformed into a completely different creature revealing his affinity for crystal.
Yuuto watched in amazement, annoyance, and regret as he Rio become a giant creature, resembling the one that Yuuto took the core from. However Rio didn't care to fight Yuuto. Instead he raised his arm, leaned back and punched through the ground, tunneling upward ripping through the lab, the nightclub, and the foundation. The club was torn through in the process, explosions from the chemicals Yuuto had stored. The Sennin began to ring in from his headset, but his Shinobi were already there, well Yento was.
Yuuto! What is this beast.

While the two warriors decided to do battle Rio broke the transformation, skating through the air on a stream of gems. He went for the streets sneaking into the crowd while Yuuto and Yento stood amazed at the boy's decision making and control.

Rio gains most of his talents from his genetic designing. He much like Yuuto has an abnormal chakra storage, but his chakra pool is much more complex and advanced. Uzunami Rio was gifted with the natural ability to manipulate Senjutsu allowing him to be more in tune with the natural life force of beings around him. He also has the chakra of the Uzunami Clan a fabled legend in old Konohagakurian documents. Rio was a Water Elementalist that excelled in unarmed combat. This is what led to his ability as a Hachimon.
Day 1
Yento caught me running again, he didnt understand why I kept trying to get away. I find it hard to believe I have to answer why I'm running from Yuuto. He was faster than I was but he wasn't stronger. I knew that if I dug deep I could over power him. All I had to do was figure it out, the trick to digging into my body and drawing from deep within.
Yento always praised me as a natural, but called me a piss poor fighter. He told me that just throwing out crystal fists wouldn't get me anywhere but I couldn't just not do what my instincts said right? Everything was so new, but then again Yuuto ensured that he had some sort of preparation for me. As I grew in that pod, time was hardly recognizable. I learned of the great Shinobi Nations, load of Kumogakure history, the way the village worked, and even understood the leaders on an emotional level. For example Akira Saito is my hero . . . But I honestly can't explain why. When he approached a battlefield with his Byakugan at the ready and his living weapon, he was a terrifying sight to behold. Like a demon of iron, rending their enemies . . . But how did I know that?
Anyways,
When I wasn't trying to get away I was constantly training with the Veteran Anbu Yento. He said due to my origin I didn't have to eat or sleep as much as normal people did. I had a seemingly endless chakra reserve that constantly recycled itself due to my disposition with the Water Element. However my hand to hand combat still had a long way to go. When we ran through the canyons my trainer always turned the field into Lava which I am of course able to endure . . . But it still burns.
I then proceed to do 2000 seconds of push ups, bear crawls, bird pieces, crunches, bicycles, jabs, hooks, uppercuts, combinations, kicks, knees, elbows, jump men, somersaults, 12 laps around the jutsu crafted volcano, and then focus on manipulating my chakra, bursting it until I'm nearly dry which takes a really long time.
Then we do more hand to hand combat followed by me squeezing out enough juice to create a hot spring in the lava. That's the only time I have to rest, sitting naked in a boiling pit of water. There's one thing that bugs me though, I'm part rock monster so I get why I can take it but how does Yento get through this so easily?
Before the end of the day Yento told me to create a weapon out of my hands without my chakra or tapping into my life force. I couldn't quite understand, I had been doing both of those things all day but the truth of the matter was that this test was actually about exploring all of the facets of my abilities. I didn't realize that I had been actually learning to control my power output and with precise chakra control I could enhance my natural abilities. [Jutsu Mastery]
What I still didn't understand right away was that I had another reserve of chakra, completely composed of my affinity with Water and Crytsal jutsu. Imagery served as my best friend for the last 48 that I've been fully awake.
I think back to the first time I fought Yuuto, and how focused my mind was. It was as if my body knew what techniques to do, the way I should move [Initiative]. Everything came to him quickly
I imagined a gorrilla made of pink diamond. Then thought of of the diamond taking the shape of gauntlets that covered his fist, carved in a sence of regal lordship. The gauntlets were large, sturdy and heavy. I wouldn't be able to weave seals like this but I was able to see the weapon. I began focusing my chakra onto my palms, my natural energy of water to be exact. The energy that came out was far more than I anticipated, so when I transmuted the water into crystal, it became very volatile and erratic, but I imagined the torrential wave becoming a wave that curled into a container strong enough to guide it. The gauntlets I created were rough and uneven, not like the ones in my mental usage, but none the less I was learning how to truly control my power. [Weapon Attunement]
Day 3
For the last two days we've kicked up the training. Yento is increasing the heat pressure of the field while putting 3000 pound weights on me. I'd think that they're using my origin as a means to brutalize me, but if it gets me closer to defeating that bastard Yuuto.
I now notice that I've become accustomed to my chakra. As if each day is increasing my power like a rising ocean giving birth to a wave. Power didn't come at an easy price and today I learned how serious Yento and Yuuto were on seeing my power grow.
I questioned my sensei why it was so important I learn how to control my abnormal chakra reserve before the next week. He was surprisingly honest giving me the run down.
The ritual Yuuto created, to . . . create me worked far better than he thought. My power's potential knew no bounds, on paper that sounded good but in reality it just meant I would break myself, especially with the way I was burning through chakra to enhance my abilities breaking my body. Since I heal with my jutsu usage its hard for me to understand that issue but that's why Yento is here.
He is teaching me the steps to filter my chakra in a special way. By utilizing a forbidden technique called the Eight Chakra Gates. Yento was a user himself so he started revealing the purpose of the extreme training was to reinforce my physical body. By exhausting my chakra I would inadvertently learn how much chakra I had access to (although I was only able to see a portion of my depths).
However I began to understand what he was talking about. I had the image of my chakra as pancake batter, stirred and poured into a plastic bag. This was how I collected my chakra in my center. Releasing and distributing it was like cutting the bags corner and then slowly squeezing it out onto a pan. This was the imagery of my pushing the chakra through the first Gate, the Gate of Opening.
When I did this earlier, my third eye began straining a lot, hurting my head immensely, but I fought through the pain, opening my minds eye and seeing more. I became full focused [Duelist], the Gate of Opening was definitely a lot easier once you knew the trick of the trade.
Day 6
The last three days were spent on various trainings. I learned how to open the first four Gates quite easily. Yento told me that the man I came from spent his life learning almost every form of combat. My body was built to learn quickly like my father. I was his replica after all?
Regardless the Gate of Healing helped me fix my bones and bleeding through calming my body and pushing the chakra further. It was becoming a lot clearer how this worked as time progressed, it was like a whirlpool taking the energy, spiraling it deeper, but this pool regurgitated the energy back up. Through this recycled energy I had more power to push through the gates. They were like chakra valves that were welded shut but I had been busting through these valves since my first day out of the tank probably earlier than that. It was a sign that my chakra was unstable but it didn't mean I couldn't learn to control its sheer volume.
Today was an odd day Yento stood before me in the morning, but there was no Lava, no weights, no signs of our routine training. Instead he was simply in his battle gear. I gathered as we spoke, my sensei wanted to push my abilities further, if I planned on fighting on par with S Rank Shinobi I would need to be able to use every tool at my disposal. He instructed me that I would have tonacticate all four Gates at once. This was something that he advised me against on Day 3, not to ever open up more than three gates at once. He had me train on closing a gate while opening a new one in order to get the motion of how it worked. However this was about getting to the next level.
So I opened the Gates one through four. My mind opened first allowing me a chance to see more with my third eye. Next my bones began to reinforce, bracing themselves for the sheer pressure Hachimon displayed. I then pushed the last two open simultaneously, each of those gates working like yin and yang. One to heal my life force and one to heal my chakra.
With the first four open Yento told me to open the fifth. Before I could ask how, he said I would have to figure it out. Yento then used earth jutsu to shape the landscape and then coat it with lava. He instructed me to meditate on it which I did.
I had to find an image of power something to latch to this valve. The Fifth Gate, the Gate of Opening was a special one. When a Hachimon used this Gate, their skin color changed becoming red [beet red in Rios case] due to the blood vessels moving so much and straining. Their muscles enlarged and chakra burst out of them. It was a Gate of pure power and what allowed Hachimon to utilize their abilities to the fullest, while tearing them apart.
For me I had lived the majority of my life in a tube, learning second hand from someone else's experiences and even then I only had brief images. I however thought about all those images in my mind of him . . .
[He would see images of a boy and man who had white hair and three eyes]
A young boy staring down large stone Gates in a chaotic disarray . . .
A young man on the battlefield killing other shinobi with a demonic ninja and a six armed ninja with giant swords and puppets who fought beside him.
I saw this young man stare down an Uchiha with Ice Blue eyes . . .
I saw him fighting demons, and monsters
I saw him with a woman, he was in love she was pregnant . . . Then he's alone crying and holding a baby blanket.
The biggest Image I saw of him was the man, fully grown now and muscular full of scars and staring down an approaching giant.
These images were not his own, they were flashes of his father fighting throughout his life and even times of turmoil. My emotions were haywire, every image invoked two feelings one that was mine and another foreign. Sometimes they were the same but other times I felt so fractured.
While this played in his mind, he Iet these feelings take over. I took them and guided them mixing with my chakra. A surge of overwhelming pressure and power built up until I couldnt hold it any longer. The energy burst out my water chakra swirling around me in full force. It was only for a moment, but my entire body had become strained by the power of the Chakra Pressure.the 5th Gate had opened and when I looked up after recovering from the first opening, I saw him . . . Yuuto standing on a cliff staring down on me with Yento by his side. I could see that there was a long way for me to go. Until I figured out that mans reason for creating me.
So I began devoting myself to the training whole heartedly. I was stationed at the canyon center for another two weeks this training with Yento....
Yuuto watched over Rio, carefully applying a field that made them move faster. Rio didn't was unaware, but his training was counting four times the normal rate while applying gravity element on his the lava field. Then we do more hand to hand combat followed by me squeezing out enough juice to create a hot spring in the lava. That's the only time I have to rest, sitting naked in a boiling pit of water. There's one thing that bugs me though, I'm part rock monster so I get why I can take it but how does Yento get through this so easily?
Before the end of the day Yento told me to create a weapon out of my hands without my chakra or tapping into my life force. I couldn't quite understand, I had been doing both of those things all day but the truth of the matter was that this test was actually about exploring all of the facets of my abilities. I didn't realize that I had been actually learning to control my power output and with precise chakra control I could enhance my natural abilities. [Jutsu Mastery]
What I still didn't understand right away was that I had another reserve of chakra, completely composed of my affinity with Water and Crytsal jutsu. Imagery served as my best friend for the last 48 that I've been fully awake.
I think back to the first time I fought Yuuto, and how focused my mind was. It was as if my body knew what techniques to do, the way I should move [Initiative]. Everything came to him quickly
I imagined a gorrilla made of pink diamond. Then thought of of the diamond taking the shape of gauntlets that covered his fist, carved in a sence of regal lordship. The gauntlets were large, sturdy and heavy. I wouldn't be able to weave seals like this but I was able to see the weapon. I began focusing my chakra onto my palms, my natural energy of water to be exact. The energy that came out was far more than I anticipated, so when I transmuted the water into crystal, it became very volatile and erratic, but I imagined the torrential wave becoming a wave that curled into a container strong enough to guide it. The gauntlets I created were rough and uneven, not like the ones in my mental usage, but none the less I was learning how to truly control my power. [Weapon Attunement]
Day 3
For the last two days we've kicked up the training. Yento is increasing the heat pressure of the field while putting 3000 pound weights on me. I'd think that they're using my origin as a means to brutalize me, but if it gets me closer to defeating that bastard Yuuto.
I now notice that I've become accustomed to my chakra. As if each day is increasing my power like a rising ocean giving birth to a wave. Power didn't come at an easy price and today I learned how serious Yento and Yuuto were on seeing my power grow.
I questioned my sensei why it was so important I learn how to control my abnormal chakra reserve before the next week. He was surprisingly honest giving me the run down.
The ritual Yuuto created, to . . . create me worked far better than he thought. My power's potential knew no bounds, on paper that sounded good but in reality it just meant I would break myself, especially with the way I was burning through chakra to enhance my abilities breaking my body. Since I heal with my jutsu usage its hard for me to understand that issue but that's why Yento is here.
He is teaching me the steps to filter my chakra in a special way. By utilizing a forbidden technique called the Eight Chakra Gates. Yento was a user himself so he started revealing the purpose of the extreme training was to reinforce my physical body. By exhausting my chakra I would inadvertently learn how much chakra I had access to (although I was only able to see a portion of my depths).
However I began to understand what he was talking about. I had the image of my chakra as pancake batter, stirred and poured into a plastic bag. This was how I collected my chakra in my center. Releasing and distributing it was like cutting the bags corner and then slowly squeezing it out onto a pan. This was the imagery of my pushing the chakra through the first Gate, the Gate of Opening.
When I did this earlier, my third eye began straining a lot, hurting my head immensely, but I fought through the pain, opening my minds eye and seeing more. I became full focused [Duelist], the Gate of Opening was definitely a lot easier once you knew the trick of the trade.
Day 6
The last three days were spent on various trainings. I learned how to open the first four Gates quite easily. Yento told me that the man I came from spent his life learning almost every form of combat. My body was built to learn quickly like my father. I was his replica after all?
Regardless the Gate of Healing helped me fix my bones and bleeding through calming my body and pushing the chakra further. It was becoming a lot clearer how this worked as time progressed, it was like a whirlpool taking the energy, spiraling it deeper, but this pool regurgitated the energy back up. Through this recycled energy I had more power to push through the gates. They were like chakra valves that were welded shut but I had been busting through these valves since my first day out of the tank probably earlier than that. It was a sign that my chakra was unstable but it didn't mean I couldn't learn to control its sheer volume.
Today was an odd day Yento stood before me in the morning, but there was no Lava, no weights, no signs of our routine training. Instead he was simply in his battle gear. I gathered as we spoke, my sensei wanted to push my abilities further, if I planned on fighting on par with S Rank Shinobi I would need to be able to use every tool at my disposal. He instructed me that I would have tonacticate all four Gates at once. This was something that he advised me against on Day 3, not to ever open up more than three gates at once. He had me train on closing a gate while opening a new one in order to get the motion of how it worked. However this was about getting to the next level.
So I opened the Gates one through four. My mind opened first allowing me a chance to see more with my third eye. Next my bones began to reinforce, bracing themselves for the sheer pressure Hachimon displayed. I then pushed the last two open simultaneously, each of those gates working like yin and yang. One to heal my life force and one to heal my chakra.
With the first four open Yento told me to open the fifth. Before I could ask how, he said I would have to figure it out. Yento then used earth jutsu to shape the landscape and then coat it with lava. He instructed me to meditate on it which I did.
I had to find an image of power something to latch to this valve. The Fifth Gate, the Gate of Opening was a special one. When a Hachimon used this Gate, their skin color changed becoming red [beet red in Rios case] due to the blood vessels moving so much and straining. Their muscles enlarged and chakra burst out of them. It was a Gate of pure power and what allowed Hachimon to utilize their abilities to the fullest, while tearing them apart.
For me I had lived the majority of my life in a tube, learning second hand from someone else's experiences and even then I only had brief images. I however thought about all those images in my mind of him . . .
[He would see images of a boy and man who had white hair and three eyes]
A young boy staring down large stone Gates in a chaotic disarray . . .
A young man on the battlefield killing other shinobi with a demonic ninja and a six armed ninja with giant swords and puppets who fought beside him.
I saw this young man stare down an Uchiha with Ice Blue eyes . . .
I saw him fighting demons, and monsters
I saw him with a woman, he was in love she was pregnant . . . Then he's alone crying and holding a baby blanket.
The biggest Image I saw of him was the man, fully grown now and muscular full of scars and staring down an approaching giant.
These images were not his own, they were flashes of his father fighting throughout his life and even times of turmoil. My emotions were haywire, every image invoked two feelings one that was mine and another foreign. Sometimes they were the same but other times I felt so fractured.
While this played in his mind, he Iet these feelings take over. I took them and guided them mixing with my chakra. A surge of overwhelming pressure and power built up until I couldnt hold it any longer. The energy burst out my water chakra swirling around me in full force. It was only for a moment, but my entire body had become strained by the power of the Chakra Pressure.the 5th Gate had opened and when I looked up after recovering from the first opening, I saw him . . . Yuuto standing on a cliff staring down on me with Yento by his side. I could see that there was a long way for me to go. Until I figured out that mans reason for creating me.
So I began devoting myself to the training whole heartedly. I was stationed at the canyon center for another two weeks this training with Yento....
Yuuto watched over Rio, carefully applying a field that made them move faster. Rio didn't was unaware, but his training was counting four times the normal rate while applying gravity element on his the lava field. Rio was born at an accelerated rate, most of his talents come from the dna used to create him. A woman who was extremely perceptive, and his inventive father. He inherited the third eye of the Masaru which opened his mind's eye. Rio was able to analyze and perceive/ predict a opponent's moves faster. A powerful doujutsu but not as on par as a Sharingan or Byakugan. [Duelist] today he was going to train his body exercising his fighting style as Yento advised.
Rio poised himself, his fluid body began dripping with liquid. It was if by second hand nature he was able to immediately prepare himself with his elemental style. While he mainly used Crystal Jutsu, they were at their base water element. Rio took advantage of his elemental ability to be in constant readiness. He was born with his quirk, no designed with it in mind, it was more so he was a natural, prodigy over the element. He did have the unfair advantage of a 40 year experience bred into him. His connection with the element of H20 allowed him a special kind of quirk when mixed with his earth affinity. It creates a Crystalline effect to his jutsu, but at its base the jutsu was still Water based. Rio was also skilled with Ice, and Mirror Ninjutsu. By focusing his inner reservoir of natural chakra Rio creates a powerful sapphire that amplifies his water based jutsu. With his Crystal Fist style, and ability to become Water, Rio became a dangerous threat. [Water chakra style]. Much like his ancestors, Rio had an enormous amount of chakra that allowed him to create unusual jutsu. With his training in controlling the flow of chakra in the 8 Inner Gates Rio attained yhe knowledge of how tk precisely guide ones chakra. Combined with his natural ability to use water jutsu at a lower cost, Rio reached a level of jutsu mastery most couldn't attain.
Rio took this a step further and applied his Senjutsu in a similar way to the Hidden Gates. He basically used his chakra, forcing out more to increase the power of his jutsu. Whether it be increasing the size, intensity, effects, or just generally more damage. [Jutsu Mastery + Jutsu Expansion]
It goes without saying that Rio is fast, but he is normally weighed down by his crystal armor. When he cracked the armor off his speed increased to untraceable rates. However through his training and control over his Senjutsu he was able to move at enhanced speeds without relying on the Gates. This allowed Rio to make minor movements at high speed like applying his crystal gauntlets or drawing a item. He was also able to activate a small ability or stance with no effort, in under a second. By focusing his inner reservoir of natural chakra Rio creates a powerful sapphire that amplifies his water based jutsu. With his training in controlling the flow of chakra in the 8 Inner Gates Rio attained yhe knowledge of how tk precisely guide ones chakra. Combined with his natural ability to use water jutsu at a lower cost, Rio reached a level of jutsu mastery most couldn't attain.

It goes without saying that Rio is fast, but he is normally weighed down by his crystal armor. When he cracked the armor off his speed increased to untraceable rates. However through his training and control over his Senjutsu he was able to move at enhanced speeds without relying on the Gates. This allowed Rio to make minor movements at high speed like applying his crystal gauntlets or drawing a item. He was also able to activate a small ability or stance with no effort, in under a second.
