I intend to rebirth (temporarily) back into Mikaboshi and then spend my Rebirth Card to go back to Masashi Katsuo. I don't want to swap any of my jutsu or receive a refund of any sort. The only thing I would like is to drop my BL/CA and my Kinjutsu (I will re-apply for them in my own time).
Effectively this is Masashi Katsuo => Masashi Katsuo with a step of => to Mikaboshi in the center but as Mikaboshi is one of my NPCs that I actively RP the need for OCR forms is an extended formality. Also still keeping Mikaboshi as an NPC.
If I have to write out two whole OCR forms to make everybody happy I will but can we just cut to the chase and paper-trail this as having burned my 6 month free retirement and my Rebirth Card? Is that acceptable to the council?
(For anyone who isn't Sand Council that is watching at home, I have confirmed this with several Admin that this is an acceptable use of my resources (i.e. my six month free retirement and my rebirth card from the ASP shop)
