Shin would walk up to the Primus' Bulwark Gate with a smile on his face. In his hand he was holding onto two scrolls, each sealed. Placing his palm on the ground two large Sand Runners would appear as the Bird Sage performed the Summoning Jutsu.
Storing the scroll in each of the Uma's saddlebags Shin would give them a node and watch them run off into the distance carrying with them the scrolls that requested the attention of he Raikage and the Hokage.
