Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Metsu sighed, sitting cross-legged on a rock. He had passed through a town in Moon country, and had stopped inside a herbalist’s shop, that has shaken up his entire mind set. Jashin had blessed him, and he knew the ways of Jashinism, and held comfort in knowledge that his god exists, and that he grants him power. He had not been prepared to hear of the The Way, with words of wisdom such as ”The big sea does not care which way the little fishes swim.”

He had been alive for over two centuries now, and yet he had been unprepared for this wizened old man, who upon him entering the store and taking it in, had shouted from behind the counter ” Close the door! you weren't born in a barn. Metsu not being used to people talking to him in such a manner, had closed the door immediately, which had surprised him.

Staring in disbelief, the old man hadn’t finished, and had said “If the wind changes, your face will stay like that.” First believing some kind of madness had addled the old man, the more he spoke to him and learned the Way of Kosumoporaito Dono, the more his world view was challenged. He had spent some time inscribing the words of wisdom onto a scroll, and now sat and contemplated his next steps.

Turning the scroll over and over in his hands, he needed to make a plan of action. I just don’t know what to do right now, but as the way says, “You've got to learn to walk before you can run.”
