Character's Physical Description: Oen is a fairly masculine individual. Presenting with a jagged, and deep scar along his right cheek and up near his temple from something severe from his past. His body, while lean and fit, is riddled with scars. None too deep, but deep enough to create the blemishes across his skin. Oen dawns his arctic white hair just past his ears with eyes to match, simple enough. Chiseled is his strong chin with broad shoulders that show off his thick collarbone and trained bi and triceps. His body is obviously trained as much as his brain but the man will never miss leg day if he can manage to get out of bed for it. Quite possibly his best feature could be his annoying above average quad game. He’s normally seen with a black tank-top with half a jumpsuit worn from the waist down, the symbol of Kumogakure shone brightly on his belt buckle.

Character History:
Oen, born of Buna and Kiro of the Keigo family, started his life as a shinobi at the age of nine, a year later than some of his comrades but he caught himself up with diligence. Early in his youth, at about the age of eleven or twelve, he began taking a liking to Sealing types of jutsu, from sealing jutsu into traps, to sealing foes from using certain types of jutsu against him. There were a slew of things he had figured with it. Being able to use his weaponry while sealing Genjutsu into talismen. He felt a certain power when using these things in the midst of combat. Though, his mentor seemed to be able to take his abilities to another level.
When Oen became a Genin, his Mentor (faceless Chuunin #523 for those keeping tabs.) began teaching him the five elemental sealings, simple. However, in his teachings Oen began showing signs of divinations and abilities like being able to insightfully predict outcomes of events and changing his fate on a whim. Skillfully using a precognitive persuasive energy mixed with his own chakra to coax and induce his own will upon a situation. So much that he was able to induct a situation from being able to get hit with a blow that would have killed him as a child. Which is the story behind the jagged scar on his face.
On a mission, during his trials to become a chunin, he was out with a unit checking up on a small disturbance outside the wells of Kumogakure, near a riverside. They had received word that there were a few ruffians causing a muck with some trade routes and villagers in a small settlement. There was something of a Lightning Elementalist there, with aggressive tactics that seemed to be getting involved with some nefarious exchanges. At any pace, Oen and the group he was with (He definitely was the lowest on the totem here.) moved along collecting the necessary clues leading them to the exchange happening in real time.
Which led to a heated and tense bout with the lightning elementalist and Oen’s group, His mentor, Faceless Chuunin #523, was a seal expert but differentiating himself from Oen’s spiritual type of sealing, he was a skillful user of Sealing Ranged Techniques as well as Ninjutsu Sealing. In the midst of the fight, Faceless-... His name was Chozu Mun. Or Moon Dude is what he went by, Mun, fought valiantly, and within his own adversity he had a human misstep. In the game of life there were inches that would dictate the fates of many a foe. On this day… inches were not in his favor, but Oen’s ability through his own divination helped make what would have been a direct shot from above with a Raijin’s Vengeance onto Oen make a slight misfortunate miss on the bandits' regard… and still yet the attack connected with Oen’s face the crackling lightning grazing his cheek and face and slamming into the ground creating a concussive area of effect that blew Oen back several feet; leaving an opening for Mun to attack and subdue the ruffian and his mates whilst they were distracted.
One incident in the focal point of his life, He’s worked on countless missions, some mid tier profiled, others lower some higher, alas the things that remain are the effects he has had on the countless faceless people he’s come across. Like a Main character walking amongst the crowd a folly, he has made himself into a being that continuously strives to better himself to become everything he feels he is destined for. Maybe more. Who knows, that's up to the writing on the wall. Spiritually speaking, he can see the lines of fate, either from the cards laid before him or the evident series of events he can predict like a seeker amongst the Fates that have shown him the truth.
The years continued to flow, and through those instants Oen would progress through his shinobi-hood. Becoming a chunin and ultimately finding his way into the few elite Jounin in the Main Branch. As such, he would be classified within the ranks as an Infantry Unit member. Though he would help with many exorcisms because of his unique skills with sealing the Devils that roamed this world. His artistry when it came to battle and exorcism would be nye similar in comparison to each other. And he’d often be able to be used for extreme situations as there were many criminals and physically subdued individuals that walked the lines of overly cursed or abundantly heavenly divine that needed to be tamed in the middle of it all.
Overtime, Oen kept his nose to the grindstone on his way up, completing Missions that varied from vanquishing imps to exercising those with cursed seals and removing evil bound contracts from the cults of the land. Summons from leaders in the division would have him run in with the mobile infantry to work in between said divisions to account and lower the risks of those inquiring upon evil wrong doings and violent crime. Oen, while not the top guy, was surely beginning to be on his way to his goals. His virtues would keep his mind and body steady on making sure the vision of Kumogakure and its future would be safe as long as he would have any say about it.
Fortunately for Oen, he would find great deals of success in his field. He’d definitely, have his fair share of failures, like a Vampyre Woman that he’s had several skirmishes with. Of course, they fight, and she has gotten away, and she has cornered Oen on a few occasions. Turipu Banite. Strong woman, that utilizes some blood and Genjutsu techniques, but she was overall a more physical fighter showing very strong bone density which made it hard for Oen to really bolt her down for capture. If he were to ever see the leadership of the Exorcist group he would have to have her head on his mantle. He’d be seeking her out again soon, maybe even with a group with him as she was too much to take alone…
All in all, Oen’s mission was to pursue the dreams of leadership, but maybe only being a cog in the wheel that ran Kumogakure, and earning his stripes. Along the way he would seek out The Fates to venture into the next phase of his training, since after his Mentor’s passing (due to his elevated age.) he’d continued learning as much as he could with his sealing divination and to classifications of his exorcisms. At the end of the day, Oen was ready to begin helping the next generation of exorcists and infantry-men and women. If his efforts would be noticed, maybe he would make difference in his home. Which, was the best goal to have. . .
