History: Katsuo was born in port cirrus and lived a normal life. His dad was a soldier in the Imperial army and his mom was a store owner. He knew his dad very little in between the months he went off to serve and came back to be with his family on leave but he did admire him. He was such a nice guy that most people would not think of him as a soldier. His mom sold the basics in a small store that she ran and they loved on top of it in on the second floor. His mom hated the fact that his dad was with the army but she did love him. When Katsuo was five his dad was killed in action and they moved away from port cirrus. When he asked his mom why she said too many memories. They moved to the cloud and now he is attending the shinobi academy there.
