Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

A rogue Shaman, or someone who passed for such, that is what the report claimed. The Rozari tribe, a small people who worked making pieces of artwork from the gems plentifully found in Arcadia's Isle of Man, put in the report for assistance a week ago, and it was only now that it had reached Keita's ears. It was something that interested him greatly; just who would pose as a Shaman, and for what purpose might they? There were more notable people that they could pose as. The only perks impersonating a Shaman might give is to get the willingness of tribe to allow for them to provide medical assistance, and even then, they were more than aware of the old methods of healing; anything other than it they would deny.

By noon that day, Keita found place to meet with two of the leaders of the small tribe. Wife and her husband, the declared chief of the twenty-odd people. They had finally agreed to meet with him at Iwagakure's embassy.

"Ah, Jun Keita! Thank you for meeting us in such a timely manner!" the man was aged well enough. The first greys were finally making their distinctive stand against his plentiful, short dark brown hair. His wife had similarly coloured hair and looked nice enough; she appeared somewhere in her thirties, but a guess of which number in that decade would be another's guess.

The Jun nodded silently. "Please," he began, "start from the beginning."

"It was two weeks ago, this man visited our tribe -- he didn't say who he was. He wore this torn red cloak and hood and didn't really have any distinctive marks."

"Oh but what about that weird red tattoo that went across his arm?"

"Oh right, there was that. Anyways, he said he was a Shaman who was patrolling the area; it was an uncommon thing, but we thought nothing of it. He asked to see our sick and we let him. Like any of the Shamans would do, he checked on them and performed some rites to help heal them, and for a while they were recovering. He stayed for a few days and did little but observe us; then he just left without a word. The next day, around ten of us dropped deathly ill, the next day three more. Most of our people are laying sick together now, even; none of them have recovered yet."

Keita nodded as he listened. So many possibilities for what might've happened. "Did he say anything about where he was going?"

"No, he left before we could ask him," the woman snapped back almost immediately.

"Fair enough, I'll be visiting your people by sunset tonight. I need to gather and prepare the proper equipment to help them and to investigate these grounds myself." Keita set off, not watching as the man bowed deeply towards him, nor could he see the woman's glare on him. For some reason, it seemed, she didn't like the Jun. Not that it was problematic, but some questions on the matter could definitively be asked about it. Keita was to go back to the Temple to find two people to come with him to the Rozari grounds in Arcadia. They could assist and expedite the healing process, so that investigations wouldn't go too far into tomorrow.

It looked like things we getting interesting.
