Reason that the new BL/CA matches your character: Mio is a descendent of demons, weather demons to be precise. Since she was young, she's always loved storms and lightning. Something about the power of storms always fascinated her. She was able to feel the static in the air as well as how slight changes in pressure could trigger big changes in the weather. As she got older, she learned how to manipulate that pressure and even the temperature. Mio didn't really know what she was doing, all she knew is that she could use the weather to her advantage.

Quick Character Description:
Standing at 5'5" and 138 lbs, Mio's frame is slight, though definitely feminine. She feels comfortable in darker colors, especially red, black, and purple. Despite her history, she's not hesitant in showing off her figure. When faced with very stressful situations, such as being attacked, she sometimes freezes in fear before something breaks and she goes into what she calls battle mode. Flashbacks and nightmares plague her, though when she's near those she trusts, those things fade.
Character History:
Mio's childhood wasn't a very happy one. She had no idea who her parents were and stayed with a family that always made her feel bad when they talked about how they "rescued" her off the street. What she didn't know, was that she was actually taken in because they believed that she would eventually be very beautiful and, once trained properly, would bring a high price as a call girl. She was trained from an early age that she was only worth her looks and that if she got hurt, then she would be punished.
They weren't horrible at first, not in her mind, but as she grew older, the punishments became increasingly sexual. She was eventually used to the treatment, but was frustrated. She would see other children in the streets that were playing and having a good time. She wasn't allowed to play how they were playing. If she wanted to play, she had to go to a man and play with him. She could feel power crackling in her veins and couldn't understand why she had to do these things. Something in the back of her mind knew that she was not destined for the life they had planned for her.
As an older child and early teen, Mio was able to leave the small compound. Her "caretakers" believed that she was sufficiently brainwashed to make her willingly return every night. At first she was, though once she discovered that the power she could feel would allow her to fight back, there was nothing that really held her there. She studied hard and trained as much as she could, whenever she could. A teacher discovered her practicing and enrolled her in the academy. She excelled and quickly advanced to gennin. At 14 she had quite the crush on her team captain, Saemon. She appreciated his scars, and his nature. She knew that each scar had a story, and at least they were a visual reminder of the past, instead of being haunted by nightmares and living in nightmares as well.
Mio came into her bloodline while on a mission with her team. Someone was trying to attack the other female on her team like her captors kept punishing her. She was so angry that someone had the audacity to do that to someone else, that she ran forward with a fist full of lightning and punched the man across the face. As he flew through the air, she made a lightning bolt strike him, sending him back down to the sand. Her fury pulsed through her and she tore into the man. Her blue eyes started to glow with a golden hue. A huge surge of electricity surrounded her and once she came out of her anger, her already exotic features looked even more demonic.
Shortly after, Mio became a chunin and started training as a medic. Excelling in the ranks, she eventually figured out how to restimulate nerves and restart hearts with her electric nature. Shortly before her 16th birthday, she was a full fledged medic.
One night, one of her captors discovered her ninja gear. He and the other men decided to teach their toy a lesson. As the assaulted her, she finally snapped. Her eyes glowed gold and the house was completely destroyed by a huge lightning storm that burned down the house. Mio was able to rescue the other girls and boys that were held as toys. When she woke up the next morning, collapsed among the ward full of the youths she knew, she broke. It had been her birthday, her 16th birthday. Her lower body was so sore, and when she asked a co-worker about her condition, they just smiled at her in a mixture of sorrow and pride before handing her her own chart. Apparently the lightning had struck her multiple times and instead of harming her, they healed her. They told her about the rest of the group and how they were going through therapy for their mental injuries. She agreed to do so as well, though she refused to take time off work.
Two years later, Mio was a Jounin and ran into Saemon again. Her crush had never really disappeared, so she was excited when he asked her to his home. She didn't mind when he started his old relationship back up. She certainly didn't mind sharing, especially since she was still busy with work and therapy. Mio had plenty of nightmares, though they were less frequent when staying at least in the next room from Saemon. While she was half-asleep, just waking up from her nightmares, she was more open to talking about what happened to her. She could never really remember what was said, so she doesn't really know what all Saemon knows about her past.
