It isn't the fact that he's an excited person, or that he is over zealous. He's forced to be this way, honest! His body is super charged by the electromagnetic polarity like cells that stimulate every portion of his body. There are things about him that just keep him..on his toes, jittery, If you will. Kakeru can bounce on just the balls of his feet, really, just with the passive nature that is all him. He is a Santaru, after all. Sure, It annoys the hell out of some people, aka Sakezuki, but he finds that specific perk to be worth it. Pst, hey, don't tell her he's thinking that way, alright? She'll drive his head through a lamp post If she finds out.
2)Jutsu Mastery.
There comes a time in every persons life, every ninjutsu user at elast, where they come to find that they've become quite adept at using a specific type of jutsu. Along with using that type of jutsu, they come to find that there is an easier way of doing such a thing, such as amassing a sufficiently small amount of chakra needed in order to use a Jutsu. Kakeru likes to call himself a lightning jutsu expert. His blood is stimulated by electric cells and It's literally in his blood. It started at first when he noticed that he only had to complete a couple of the seals needed to use a jutsu instead of the full brunt. Slowly fading into the disappearing need of using handseals at all. Pure concentration, raw talent in the art. You'd be surprised that It actually takes less chakra this way, as each seal no longer needs chakra to enhance the jutsu being used.
3) Jutsu Creator.
A perk with being able to use Jutsu's without handseals is the forethought to actually test new waters. Instead of just using those jutsu, what If you were to combine your natural prowess with a jutsu with another jutsu? Using Lightning Ninjutsu with the handseals of another jutsu type? It would essentially be impossible for those who don't have that talent, but for Kakeru it's much too tangible for him not to try. The first result was an explosion in his face, dangerous, but not lethal. It kind of sucked, but his pride and ego, and interest, wouldn't let him just stop. The second result was far better, though nothing came of it even still, just a normal jutsu with juiced up power. Perhaps he was doing this the wrong way and trying for just a powerhouse jutsu. That's not the way he fights and stuff, anyways. The last try was beautiful, as he'd taken a step back and did his own thing. He followed a path all his own, and the result? Well, ladies and gentlemen, let's just say that the Lightning Clone technique is pretty awesome.
4) Quick Reaction.
He's fast on the draw, a real quick draw mcgraw. People can try and sneak up on him If they want, but It gives no quarter as most of the time he can feel you coming before you can. Being able to feel the electric sparks that always litter the skies, and the friction created from one person to another is always a good thing. It helps. So he can manifest himself around a technique, dodge It even, and come back with an attack all his own. Pretty cool, right? Ever seen a person move to the side of an upclose attack and counter with a lightning bolt through the chest? It's pretty gruesome, let me tell you, but then It's also pretty awesome.
5) Initiative.
Having cells supercharged means moving faster, and having Jutsu used without handseals means that you have the ability to move faster than the normal person. Welcome the fastest person you'll ever meet, ever. He's able to dish out a jutsu before you can even blink your eyes, and If you're lucky, you'll get to be able to see the Jutsu before IT hits you. What'll greet you, should you survive, or dodge, what have you, is the smiling face of this blue eyed devil. This hells incarnate waiting to be unleashed to the world. Don't let this one get a leg up on you, should you wish to live. Or maybe you can, and he'll have mercy? Kakeru's a very weird kind of person, after all.
6) Concentration.
Okay I'll be honest here, not that I wasn't honest before. I was! But It's just that there is no unique art that comes with this technique of battle. Rules of Engagement, never reveal your entire arsenal before actually knowing what It is you are up against. Never let them get the upper hand over you and always make sure you focus. It's something that's well known, even to someone as...level headed as Kakeru. He's able to make sure he can focus, that when he has an ample amount of time, he's able to do more with the extra time he makes sure to take with him. It's pretty odd, eh? That he can actually slow down a little bit? Yeah, don't worry. He's a little freaked out by It as well.
7) Chakra Style - Lightning
Can you move with the natural element you possess? Kakeru can. It's an amazing feeling, being within the storms. He can flutter about in any way he wishes, dancing with the striking lightning, booming loudly with the roaring thunder. The shocks and plasma pieces caress his intangible body and he feels more so alive than he's ever have before. The fingertips he owns can mold the very element as he moves, wills and focuses. In any moment of space he can be there with just the speed of a lightning strike. Let me tell you, that shit is pretty fast. He can fight using this way as well, and you've never known pain until you've been struck by a bolt of lightning about fifteen times before you can even blink. Sucks, for you.
