General Description: Chinsui is best described as a passionate drinker. His eyes reflect an opposition to that of his younger sister, mirroring the coloration [one green, one red]. Being of rather laid back disposition, he tends to dress in a haphazard way, his Haori hanging loosely open, tied off at the belt in a manner meant to keep it attached to his body should both arms fall free of the sleeves. His dark, blue tinted hair rests in a rough, shaggy tail, tied with a ribbon that was a gift (He perseived it as a gift, she assumes she lost it) from his much younger sister, Saiyuna. Scattered about his body are a great many scars he's earned through his travels, the most prominent being across the bridge of his nose. Swirling around his left arm and shoulder is an intricate tatoo, which he can't quite describe himself, but does remember enough to remember that his Chakra mark is on his shoulder.
History: To say that Chinsui has spent a large portion of his life inebriated is to say that the sun rises, or that the birds sing. Such an existence has left more then it's fair share of marks and scars upon his body, and truly he barely knows where the vast bulk of his injuries have come from. He does know someone who does, however. Saiyuna, the sister he dotes on to the point of obsession, has heard the tales of his trials and tribulations that have left their tole upon his brow. His parents, though, believe he's little better then a layabout slacker, and treat him with about as much respect. He either doesn't mind or hasn't noticed, however, as his driving goal since being admitted to the Academy was always to protect his prized Saiyuna, and with her admittance, he's more then elated to have her closer then ever before.
Don't worry, just because he's a little friendly doesn't mean bad things. Doesn't really mean good either. Just that he's being friendly.
