Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Toraono Kuro set up a special training area deep inside the dojo where the walls and doors were under his command only so that there would be no interruptions or outside interference for the next seven days. Sharingan Kuro, Kuro's avatar that was the compressed entirety of Toraono Kuro's life as an ANBU Captain before he became a Sennin of Sunagakure sat in the middle of the warded and heavily spelled chamber where he would train the newest Toraono Clan initiate in ANBU tactics and skills via genjutsu and physical combat. Sanryokyougan Kuro, Kuro's healing avatar maintained contact to be summoned at any time while he patrolled the compound and assisted others with general injuries or illnesses. For now if all went well Nanashi's mind and body would have already compartmentalized and begun to regulate the dark chakra and memories that Sharingan Kuro had passed to Nanashi. Today she would choose a family within the Toraono Clan to be a part of and from that moment forth she would have a surname and a given history to erase her past as a trained weapon of another hidden village. Her previous connection to the Senju Clan would be noted so that his brother Senju Kazuki could assist in her training as well with the knowledge that she had been repatriated to the Toraono Clan and no secret of Kuro's methods or reasons would be withheld from him. There would be no enmity or dishonesty between the two because as brothers they could easily see why each did something. They may disagree but Kuro would never outright do anything to harm his brother by blood and oath.

After releasing a ward on the chamber Kuro sent for an escort to bring Nanashi alone without her second avatar so that her mental abilities would not be limited by dual presence. The second Nanashi would be sent to the quarry where he could train his explosive capabilities safely while helping mine the stone and ores necessary for Project Rebirth. ((Follow up mission for your Explosive side will be called -The Magic Touch- in Project Rebirth in 2 days)).

Nanashi would arrive in black gi with traditional but 'unmarked' Toraono Clan ANBU guard armor for her forearms, shins, along with an armored net mesh that went along as a type of UNDER-ARMOR ((LOL)) which would provide her the normal protection of ANBU armor without giving away that she wore any. As he sat in the middle of the chamber Kuro selected which of his memories he would reintroduce her to in order to train her to be a proper ANBU after she completed her OATH of Allegiance. A sandwyrm tooth kunai sat in a special static free sheath beneath a set of Ancient Leather Scrolls. Each scroll carried the symbol for a different house within the Toraono Clan.

The first house scroll noted was the Byakko scroll it was pure white leather from some type of lizard and the scripting and lettering upon it actually looked as if it had been written by a single claw (which it had) If Nanashi looked it over the following knowledge would come unbidden to the forefront of her mind as some of Kuro's common memories had been passed to her in the creation of her blood seal.
The Kindred of Byakko: Some of the Toraono Clan descend from the blood of the celestial beast Byakko, the great white tiger. As such they are normally born with white, gray, or blonde hair with exotic gray, blue, or ever rare completely white eyes. These warriors are able to use taijutsu that combines their inner energy flawlessly with their movements resulting in a combat style known amongst the Toraono Clan as Tora no Ken or Fist of the Tiger. Lady Yanshi is the current leader of House Byakko. She is intensely beautiful as her skin seems to sparkle, like snow on a sunny day. Kuro knew her to be able summon a blizzard in the middle of a sandstorm. His fondest memories of Lady Yanshi show her standing in the training mats area with her white hair tied up in a tight bun with blue & white lace and her shimmer silk white battle robes in the thoughts passed on to her Kuro thought she could have been made of unmelting ice. Eyes as blue as the clear skies looked upon the children as they trained but they would change to fierce golden cat like set of irises when she used her taijutsu.

The second house scroll noted was the Oushi-ouja scroll it was simple but well made, distinctly reinforced dark green leather from some type of bovine creature. The scripting upon the scroll was distinct, artistic, and carefully written in heavy chakra laden ink. If Nanashi looked carefully with her sharingan it would awaken more memories already passed to her. At the forefront of her mind more of Kuro's common memories would allow her to understand what was set before her.
The Kindred of Ox-King: Some of the Toraono Clan descend from the blood of one of the demon beast Kings the Oushi-ouja Ox King whom was actually defeated and absorbed by Hyakujuuonouu, the King of demon beasts and cousin of the celestial white tiger Byakko. Those whom show traits of descent from this line are known to be born larger than most babies. Many are born with special chakra seal crests upon their foreheads, chests, abdomens or backs. As they grow older they show off their inhuman strength and tend to be taller than many of those within the Toraono Clan. The tallest of these warriors actually tapered off at eight feet by the time of her twenty third birthday. The males of this lineage occasionally grow ox like horns, sometimes the women do as well but it is very rare. Many are also able to master jutsu’s that allow them to turn into giants. They tend to be born with full heads of black, blue, or brown hair with large brown, blue, or -rare- jade green eyes. These warriors are able to use taijutsu that combines their great strength and massive size to level mountains, and forests. Master Nabushin was the current leader of House Oushi-Ouja. At eight feet in height, broad chested and strong, Nabushin resembled a man that had been made from a bull, even his shoulders were so thick, that he seemed to have no neck. An spark of jade green lightning would occasionally leap from his left horn to the right. He normally strode about Suna in a black and brown battle gi slightly ragged at the shoulder and at the base of his feet from years of training and use. His jade green eyes seemed humble and calm. He tended to work in the quarries and the mines despite his massive size. Kuro's memories showed him transform into a giant then grapple and slam a juvenile sandwyrm that had attacked a caravan long ago.

The final sealed scroll that sat before Nanashi seemed to leak shadows. This house scroll was the Hyou scroll, it was powerful in its own right and the leather was gray and black that leaked shadows, it was made from a skin of feline creature that was able to displace itself within the shadows.. The scripting upon the scroll was only clear when the sharingan focused upon it and even then it seemed to grow fuzzy enough to slip away. The writing upon it seemed normal but Nanashi's sharingan could see it was chakra coded with hidden meanings and messages in every word. If Nanashi looked upon with her sharingan in mangekyou form it would awaken more memories already passed to her. At the forefront of her mind more of Kuro's common memories would allow her to understand what was set before her.
The Kindred of Hyou: Some of the Toraono Clan descends from the blood of the celestial beast Hyou, the great black panther. As such they are normally born with extremely dark skin and hair. These members are often born with gold or completely black eyes. These warriors are able to use ninjutsu and Genjutsu in a way that allows them to remain undetected until they strike. Their stealth is so naturally and flawlessly accomplished that their movements can influence the shadows. They tend to be lazy when not challenged but when a hunt is brought forth there are few that can match their natural stealth and hunting skills. Lord Onimaru is the current leader of House Hyou, his mask almost always covers his face, and although Kuro has seen his uncovered face before it was not among any of the memories passed to Nanashi, but his completely black eyes give away his identity immediately. According to Kuro no target had ever escaped him and no living being in Suna would ever doubt that fact. Covered in all black combat gear he was one of the few Hyou Clan whom to never be caught in a lazy state or seemingly resting. He moved as if he were always on the prowl.

These scrolls indicated she could join either of these houses within the Toraono Clan or she could join the main family with Kuro. It was all up to her.

Still piecing her way through many of the memories she had been granted by the Sennin, the nameless inheritor of Rikudo ninjutsu had taken her time to explore the new techniques taught to her by her would-be adopting patriarch. Having tested the form-shifting for a brief time, she settled back into the results of her previous change. At least this way the only chance for anyone he might send to recognize her would be if they had access to the ability to track or distinguish chakra signatures. That narrowed it down to a skillful sensor-type, another Uchiha (which was unlikely, given his responsibility for the death of one Uchiha and the desertion of another), an Aburame, or a Hyuuga. Oh. Wait, it could also be an Inuzuka. She didn't think her scent was sufficiently divergent from before to throw that sort of nasal acuity off. Then again, she couldn't smell well enough to know if that was true at all. Still. It was another subset of recognizable types she had to watch out for.

Better-rested than she'd been in weeks, she had taken the time to get comfortable in and adjust to the weight and fit of her new armor. The lack of a visible breastplate was, to her mind, an appreciable subtlety. Not being visibly protected that would make opponents more likely to target there, which helped in a number of ways. First, they might underestimate the force required for a blow to count. Second, such an obviously unprotected area would no doubt recommend itself as a target, which gave her the ability to anticipate shots to the chest and react accordingly.

Looking between the clearly ceremonial kunai and scrolls, she took a moment to examine the first, leathern scroll as well as the memories associated therewith. As her unbidden benefactor meditated on his own memories, she examined the tale of Byakko and his branch of the Toraono clansmen. Ice and catlike grace, eh? Well, the first wasn't her forte, and the fact that she was weakest in taijutsu in terms of her shinobi skills didn't especially recommend what grace she had for such.

Moving from there to the second station, she began to examine the green leather scroll. Reading the description of the clan of giant, ox-like taijutsu users, she tried and failed to picture herself fitting there. Moving on to the final of the three, she examined the umbrally incontinent writing. Calling upon her Mangekyou to affix the crawling shadow-script in legible format, she examined the panther-descended folk. Aside from conforming to the general predilection for a mix of description and myth being enmeshed in the descriptions, this clan reminded her of the Nara more than anything else. Well, minus the hunting. She'd never met a Nara willing to put sufficient work in to go hunt properly.

Having finished her readings, she permitted her sharingan to subside. Walking back to stand before Kuro, she arched one crimson brow at him. Her freshly cleaned crimson hair hanging down to mid-back like a flowing curtain of bloodied silk, she crossed her bracered arms over her chest. Her voice still raw and ravaged from the desert odyssey "You seem to be laboring under a mistaken assumption. I never said I lacked a name," her voice scraped across the quietude of the ritual chamber like a rusty knife across marble. "I simply said I did not have one. I never intended to imply I lacked one. Not in the sense of feeling any sense of lack or loss for that fact."

Shrugging, she continued, "I doubt I would fit well in any of those houses. What's more, having spent the majority of my life having my identity defined for me, I am in no rush to grant another that sort of say over me any time soon. Given that, I prefer to reiterate: I neither have nor desire a name, familial or individual." She shrugged wryly. "It is unlikely you would be able to change that."

Sharingan Kuro opened his eyes and smiled " I think you are over emphasizing on things, each of these houses would petition YOU to join them and make offerings of a sort, The House of Byakko is also learned at medicine, the house of Oushi Ouja are also master craftsmen, and the House of Hyou experts in all forms of hunting, fishing, and decorations. None of them are here to offer you their names but to offer you a place amongst them. Your name will always be your own and I am not here for your secrets or your true name. I have no need of it, all I have need of is your trust and your word to do right by Suna and then an offering of blood and oath which would officially make you a member of Sunagakure. Your ANBU training would then start as well, the scrolls are gifts so that you might know of the Houses within the Toraono Clan and their uses to you. The name the house you decide to work with gives you is a secret name, that they alone may call you by. My apologies if it felt as if I were forcing a choice upon you. There are many here whom are simply students and belong to no house or clan."<i></i>

The nameless one nodded. "Perhaps I am. I will take time later to study these gifts and make a better informed decision between them." Respectfully collecting each scroll and stowing it for future use, she moved to stand before the clan leader, reaching up to prick her thumb with one clawlike nail. "If all you need is my word, you have it: I bear no ill will against this village. I intend to work for its sake using what skills I possess." Pressing against the thumb with her forefinger drew a large, welling drop of blood. "Where do you need the blood?"

Kuro smiled again and although he was obviously a predator of sorts there was no malice or dominance in it. It was a smile that said thank you for being who you are. "You need only wet the blade with a drop of your blood and it shall be bonded to you. That blade will respond to you and only you, its capabilities will come from the blood you feed it with and in return that blade shall defend you till its dying day. Kuro spoke of the crysblade as if it were alive because in a biological sense it was. It was made from the hardened carmot laced bones of a sandwyrm and once processed would only respond to the blood it was first wetted. Once wetted and worn the blade marked her as an ANBU trainee of Sunagakure and from then on her lives as it were would change.

Kuro displayed one of his gifts as he used telekinesis to levitate the sheathed blade to within her easy reach.

Nodding, Nanashi peered closely at the blade before letting her Mangekyou subside. "Is it alive? It appears such. I've never actually seen a material like this before." Reaching out a hand after a brief flurry of handseals, she created a minor gravity well and drew the blade to her hand, smearing the blade with a streak of her blood as she caught it. Testing the wieght, she nodded to Kuro before sheathing the blade in a kunai holster at her hip. Taking in and releasing a slow breath, she smiled at Kuro. "So is this when the training starts?"

Kuro nodded and released his telekinesis as the Crysblade was taken in by her own power. Kuro stood and drew his honorblade made of the exact same material but it responded only to Toraono Kuro, either of his avatars could wield it and gain a slightly different affect but as it stood now only Sharingan Kuro carried the honor sword because it responded to this avatar best. "My crysblade became an honor sword in response to my becoming an ANBU Captain when I was 14 years old, I was full of pride and ancient power and did not truly understand what I was becoming or my limitations. 5 years later when I took on the title of main branch sennin and sealed away many of my ANBU techniques I finally granted my Chrysblade a name as it had become my honor sword. I dubbed this blade 'Kuroji' I dubbed this sword by that definition, that name because it never failed me in battle, it was both a shield, and a blade, when it grew into a sword in response to my own growth it developed the ability to mimic one of my inherent elemental chakras to which I was born into. With this change the blade became even more essential to my tasks as a Guardian. I draw this blade before you not to draw blood or to do you harm but simply so that you may bear witness to what your blade has the potential to become. My honor sword calls out to the flames within my soul, the flames that this avatar enhance call out to it even more so. With my blood I call upon this blade to defend Sunagakure and all of its allies. WITH THIS BLADE I AM INVINCIBLE. WITH THIS BLADE THIS BODY WILL NOT FALL UNTIL ALL ENEMIES OF SUNAGAKURE HAVE FALLEN FIRST. SUCH IS MY OATH AS A FORMER ANBU CAPTAIN. TAKE UP YOUR BLADE AND EMBRACE THE OATH OF A GUARDIAN. SEED YOUR BLADE WITH ELEMENTAL POWER SO THAT ONE DAY IT WILL BECOME A SWORD OF HONOR. STAND UP NANASHI AND RECITE YOUR OWN OATH TO YOUR BLADE AND LET YOUR BLOOD GRANT YOUR BLADE POWER SO THAT YOUR WRATH WILL BE UNMISTAKABLE, RIGHTEOUS AND INDIGNANT FOR ALL WILL KNOW FOR WHOM AND WHAT YOU STRIKE DOWN YOUR FOES FOR. RISE!!! PROCLAIM YOURSELF!!!

Kuro had given Nanashi an example of his ANBU oath, words rarely spoken but true nonetheless. He had drawn his blade not in war but in lesson as was his right as an instructor. Once Nanashi had spoken her personal oath Kuro would ignite his blade so that she may see the wrath Kuroji exerted.

(OOC: Yes, you are about to become a padawan... I will write up and start your mission for your explosive side and possibly your sand side once your request if reviewed)

Staring thoughtfully at the gifted blade, the ex-Uchiha took her time considering very carefully what words would make a suitable oath. She had never been a gifted orator. For that matter, she had never been good at basic conversation. Social interaction had been extraneous to her purpose, so she had not been permitted it. Slowly, with the steady pace of a chant or incantation, she spoke.

By blood, by blade, by flame within,
I shall not rest while foes yet win.
Forsaking honor, forsaking name,
Duty shall be all my fame.

Shrugging, she turned to Koru expectantly. She was ready to train.

Kuro sheathed his honor sword and as he did so the black flames ceased instantly, nearly white flames flickered briefly upon Nanashi's blade. An excellent start, very much so and with her oath declared it was officially time to begin her ANBU training. Kuro placed his palm upon an old seal in the floor and the walls opened then folded back revealing masks of all shapes sizes and make. Many of different materials, a work station rose from the floor and with it small chakra sensitive tools. "Long ago, only certain people could be chosen as ANBU based upon their deeds and natural capacity, but now anyone can volunteer to become ANBU. The masks you see upon the walls are recreations of the masks worn by thousands of ANBU past whom died facing foes of terrible power or were lost to something else. Each of these masks carries a story, a feeling, a mourning, a suffering, a triumph. All these things and more make ANBU the police, the defender, the executioner, the hunter, the relentless, the judge. To be ANBU is to live by a strict code and to know the laws of the land like your own blood. Because of our multi prescient nature we are ideal for ANBU and many other things. Your eyes allow you to memorize and learn faster than almost any other being alive. As such learning the CODEX of Sunan Law from ANCIENT times under the First men to now should only take you a week of reading at a glance. For others it would take years of recital to imprint this knowledge into their minds and souls. Consider yourself blessed in that notion but cursed in this. You will set yourself to this foundry table and mentally focus to master telekinesis. This ability will allow you to create a mask suitable to your nature. I sense you have a natural inclination towards gravitic manipulation, that is an impressive feat but true telekinesis allows you to move things by will and energy alone not just mass manipulation and gravitons. Once you have mastered telekinesis you will then create your own mask. Once you have created your mask you will don it and we shall proceed to the hall of learning where you will memorize and recite Sunan Law from Ancient times to the present. Begin your meditation and know that wind and flame are now your allies. You can naturally call upon flame and wind is well within your grasp. While you proceed in your actions send your avatar to the Quarries I will have Chouryoku Kuro meet you there so that your second form may train itself. If you have discovered another form send them as well. You will find the quarry within your memories south of the Toraono Dojo near a great stone slab where my brother the Steward Kazekage has established a project for moving Sunagakure back to the surface. I will check on your progress from time to time between my patrols and duties. Take your time... there is no rush to these lessons. You only need to find the patience to master yourself, form by form."

Watching carefully, the nameless trainee memorized the location of the floor's seal, and then turned her sharingan on the menagerie of masks, likewise committing the visages of guardians past to memory. Turning to Kuro, she furrowed her brow. "For what you say to be true, these laws must occupy a great deal of parchment and scroll, for it to take a week to read through them a single time." She shrugged, then set her head on one side. "I am not opposed to this, I simply wish to be certain I understand." Eyeing the work-station which extended from beneath the floor, she turned to Kuro. "You know full well that I can accurate copy any such technique you'd wish to demonstrate. To create the same effect from scratch would require an untold amount of months." Looking through the materials on offer, she selected materials before beginning to hand-assemble a mask, carefully filing the substance down into a plain, featureless expanse of white, split only for the inclusion of eye-slits through which she could see. "For now, this is sufficient for my purposes as masks go."

Placing the crafted item on her belt, she turned expectantly to Kuro. "Where is this Codex from here? If I am to spend a full week reading, I would prefer I start sooner than later."

Kuro nodded and pointed in the direction of the library allowing the memories he had already passed onto her to further assimilate into her mind. Then Kuro smiled as she struck the nail on the head.. "You could indeed simply copy a technique were you ABLE to see it, only a few jutsu within telekinesis can be seen at all and that is because only 3 use hand seals and those you are only barely strong enough to manage. The reason you must master them on your own is because to copy my usage of telekinesis will give you my tells and possible weaknesses. If you develop your own method then you will be able to use your abilities in your own way. Also to copy my usage you must already have the potential to use the elemental power that I draw from and with your secondary eyesight you can see the elemental chakras I tend to use the most but even still that is not enough if your abilities are not realized. Rushing to power through battle may be a necessity, but as of now slow and steady is safer and better for you lest you burn out your eyesight. Also in order to accurately gauge and copy my abilities you not only have to be able to match my potential and chakra you must also be in a life or death struggle where you are pushing your doujutsu to the very limit and the worst thing of all is telekinesis save for specific handseals cannot be SEEN as a force of nature. Hence it is both the greatest weapon we can use and the greatest weapon that could possibly be used against us."<i></i>

Nanashi would realise soon that the ancient archives were all transferred to a viewing set of crystals and that the actual scrolls were only handled by librarians and historians in a sealed, temperature, and environmentally regulated vault. (like watching a series of DVD's) Her learning would feature quite a few lessons on application of the law and use of force. ((If you really want to get into the meat and potatoes of it simply google law enforcement and penal code))

Nanashi still furrowed her brow, shaking her head briefly. "That still does not recommend it over gravitic manipulation. Raw force is better understood and more predictable than gravity, which is the least understood of the fundamental forces of our universe. Besides, if it is effected by chakra, which any nature manipulation is, it will be visible to the sharingan."

Shrugging, she follows him into the archives. "If your pace is thus, are you intending to quarantine this body here for the majority of the next year? Because I am unsure how I feel regarding such all-but-imprisonment."

Kuro nodded as she voiced her opinion and he was about to explain that she would only see the build up of natural chakra not how the energy progressed after that manipulation which was what made kinesis so unpredictable to even the sharingan. He then looked aghast at Nanashi when she said the word quarantine. "Young lady I would do no such thing... would I tell you that you could not go to the bathroom until you did your homework? NO, I would not, you will learn at your own pace and proceed to do all the things you would like to do as any other citizen of Sunagakure. I am filing your documents and records of naturalization as we speak via my original form and setting aside a bank account specifically for you and your training. You are free to do as you please, your lessons will be under constant review but that is neither here nor there. Now off with you and enjoy yourself amidst your studies, we are not ALL work here.<i></i> Sharingan Kuro stood and bowed actually offended at the word 'Quarantine'. It was as if even speaking the word left a bad taste in his mouth.

Looking up from the work she'd been engrossed in, the assassin gave the demon lord a dry, humorless stare. "I was never a lady, and I am not so young as to fit the latter appellation either. I still do not understand the point of this feigned affectionate dialogue, but I will humor you. If you feel I lack in familial ties...you would probably be correct, but I frankly have no desire for an 'ideal family life'. I would not know what to do with one had I such." She gave a half-shrug. It wasn't as though she had requested to be adopted. Beyond that, she had not been a child long, and that time had been long since gone. "Still, I will continue to take advantage of your hospitality for as long as you are determined to provide it." Standing, she stretched her limbs to improve their circulation. "With your assent, I will take time to memorize the layout of the village, examine it for ambush points, choke points, points of strength, and the like."

Kuro laughed aloud a bellowing roar of laughter not unlike that of a lion yawning with a chortle of happiness as he took a clawed hand through his huge mane of hair before standing to stretch in a very feline motion before sauntering down to Nanashi to look her eye to eye once again with his hands on his hips in a stern fatherly but playful manner. "Your faith in yourself and your previous lifestyle do you credit but you must realize two things. I was raised in a desert warrior culture where manners, honesty, faith, and above all obedience to your elders was ingrained in you from the moment you are cognizant. Examine my memories at your leisure most of our habits you already subconsciously know now but again it will take time for you to assimilate and use that information without direct thought. Secondly YOU ARE A LADY, by birth, by gender, by my acknowledgment and you WILL be treated as such unless YOU demand otherwise and that is all I will say about that END OF DISCUSSION and while we are on the topic, you need to visit the seamstress and tailor as soon as you are done reviewing the village. There is formal attire, battle attire, casual attire, and training uniforms you will need in order to get by. There is also no such thing as the IDEAL family setting, there are simply people, and places that accept you and you in turn find a manner to accept them. You may feel awkward, or standoffish all your life but you now carry my blood and with it my blessing to be part of all things in the Toraono Clan and the protection and care of this clan and all its families. YOU took the OATH and now you are bound to it. Like it or not you are unofficially yet officially a part of my household and unbeknowst to you, no one here will mistreat you or see you as a weapon. EVERYONE in the Toraono Clan can stand up at any time as part of a fully functional well trained army. Even my own children, which are more powerful than me and they don't even know how strong they really are. So enjoy yourself and be free, take time to study on your own and when it is time for your further exams, and studies you will be contacted."

Sharingan Kuro placed his hands behind his head and strode out to resume his patrol duties while Nanashi digested the information he had to reiterate yet again. She was truly stubborn and offsetting but as Kuro recalled ALL WOMEN were and they demanded that the world view them in a manner they believe only they can understand and of course they own the cornerstone on suffering and hardship. Laughing internally Kuro hardened his heart as he left the chamber to become the monster Sunagakure needed to protect her and her children. Fatherly mode was set aside and hunter warrior was brought to the surface. The changes the Cabal had made in Toraono Kuro's life were only just now becoming prevalent to where others could notice.

Nanashi is now an ANBU IN TRAINING with Jounin pay.

It seemed she had accepted an offer which bore a great deal of attached expectation. She would have to keep that in mind. It would be...certainly something to have to remember. It had been a long time since gender had been a relevant part of her life. In hiding amongst the peasants, a person's gender wasn't terribly relevant. Nodding in acknowledgement of the Sennin's comments, she turned and tidied away the materials she'd been studying. Making a mental note that she would need to examine the clan patriarch's memories for what this degree of apparent nobility he mentioned entailed precisely, she bowed to excuse herself and exited the repository, heading out to further explore the Throne of Bone.
