Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

The Academy was...large, suffice to say. Not exactly amazing, but large, without a doubt. Apt room for training of any kind, and that's what the entire focus of the place seemed about. It was only yesterday that she had been enrolled; since then she had wandered around. Around the village, mostly, yesterday, to simply see where she would be around, avoiding people as she could. It wasn't too difficult; people seemed to pay a child no mind. Now, today, she sought to study the campus before signing up for her first classes; getting lost would be the worst thing that could happen.

Three major places, there were. The Academy building itself; she had only seen a small area of that place. There were the Barracks, the residency area for the students enrolled; she still needed to finish the papers for there. She couldn't live with Kazuhiko forever. There was also a small arena; as warriors, the Stone nin certainly kept combat as a major part of their lives. Who knew the kinds of battles that went on there?

She was alone. She liked being alone. She walked nowhere in particular; the three places were close together, she could make easy time observing them all.

OOC: Short post is short.

"Why do winds call for change? is it to mend the broken? or break it even further?"

It's been two months since Nao was brought back to civilization from the dark catacombs of Arcadia, he had a hard time adjusting to the new lifestyle bestowed upon him.
His younger brother Satsu, known as a great detective and a rich philanthropist who holds charities once a week or so to 'try and make the world better'. Satsu always rambles on and on about how we should strive to make the world a better place, Nao thought he was naive, he already saw what people are capable of, and he had no intention making their world a better place.

Never the less he did what his younger brother asked of him, and he kept his thoughts to himself. The 25 year-old started getting his life in order, he socialised a bit more, his psychotic episodes less frequent and actually very rare.

Today the man dawned his usual attire and went to investigate a place he had heard much about when he was raised as Project 46, the place where all the other Shinobi go to train and study.
He always wondered what it was like to study with others, to fight with them and help each other, he was taught that these sentiments were weaknesses, yet a very interesting concept non the less.

The stone village Shinobi academy, it was much more colourful than he had imagined it, maybe it was the pleasant weather that descended over the village these past few days but the whole place seemed vibrant with colors. The sky was clear blue and the grass and ground held many shades of green and brown. Nao stopped as he reached the central ground with all the structures around it, looking quite blankly around it seemed a bit silent. The man took out one of his cigarettes and lit it up, a cloud of smoke was extracted from between his lips.

After a few moments of standing there observing a sound of foot steppes caught his attention, he turned around instinctively entering his Genjutsu fighting style, hands to the sides of his body just a few inches from the body, his legs firmly placed on the ground for balance. But before he knew it he was standing in front of a child with red hair, he was so thrown with surprise that he quickly placed his hands in his jacket pockets and kept smoking for a moment. Yet he felt awkward by the situation, he had yet learned enough socialization skills to strike small talk, so he did the only thing he knew as a conversation starter.

He turned to face the girl once more, she had a very unique look, red hair and red eyes, Nao was yet to meet a person with such an odd look. Never the less he drew out his cigarette box and held it to the girl's forehead, and with penetrating gaze and a slightly too loud tone he partially yelled at her.

"cig.. CIGARETTE!?"

From the small arena the sound of a violin could be heard being play. Kitsune stood in the center as she begins her song. As one note flows into the next in her majestic melody she begins to waltz. The beet was just perfect for such a dance and the arena made a nice stage. There are few places where one can express oneself though music and dance without fear of bumping into something or being muffled from other noises. Kitsune was the only person in the arena at the time, so she the entire area to move around like it was a banquet hall. Lost in her song she is unaware of Kari and Nao well within earshot of her performance. Kitsune wore the garments of a gypsy with her arms and legs bear. Her hair was pink and puffy like cotton candy. Her instrument a work of art as beautiful as it sounds.

Her class had just let out and it was time for the young girl to get out and stretch her weary legs and go find something fun to do for the rest of the day, or find food depending on what came first. She skipped through the building and out of the door, heading toward the exit to the grounds when she happened across a peculiar sight, followed by a melodic mystery sound coming from another part of the academy. She giggled and made haste toward the first of the things that caught her attention, the man offering some smokes you a girl who looked about the same age as she herself was.

As she arrived she grinned up at the man with her almost maniac grin thanks to the scars and plucked one of the Cigarettes from the pack. “Hi! You know I always wanted to try one of these. Coz they’re all smokey and you light it with fire and people look so cool when they smoke it.” She said at about a million miles an hour and she popped the stick into her mouth and turned to the other girl. “Hi! You have the prettiest red hair, is it natural? I have to dye mine but I think it looks so cool all pink with the sides shaved and stuff!” She was just spilling out whatever was on her mind and the two close to her would notice the way she bounced even as she stood still and constantly giggled when she wasn’t talking.

“Who’d ya think’s makin’ all that music over there?” She would say as she started to pat down Nao, looking for a match or something to light the cigarette hanging out of her mouth, not wanting to resort to a fire jutsu since she wasn’t quite that silly, she was still fresh out of her classes and Jutsu safety was a big thing. Funny that smoking wasn’t something mentioned though, oh well.

[OOC - Reishii is wearing a red vesy and white hooded and sleevless jacket. A pair of knee length, brown shorts and some black shinobi sandals, her hair is neon pink and shaved around the sides. (I call it the tank girl xP)]

There wasn't any real purpose in coming today. Not that there needed to be one. Indecision led her to drift in some kind of aimless fashion that brought her closer to all three of the possible destinations, but no closer to any of them over the other. She couldn't decide, not that she needed to. When she did, she would go. There wasn't any rush. It was peaceful, for now. Enjoyable.

The grounds were not completely abandoned, though it wasn't heavily populated. Towards the fields, a man was training? Though, it didn't really seem like he was doing any kind of training that seemed obvious; furthermore, he was far beyond the general age of what people were here. A teacher, if anything, perhaps, would be her only guess towards him being here. Not that it really mattered; it was just an observation. She had every intention of just passing by him before his reaction. Just as Kari approached by him, he turned towards her, striking some kind of ridiculous fighting pose that resembled some kind of wide legged stance of one who might've ridden a horse for too long. Along with his arms, brought closely to his body as some sort of defense mechanism, all together was enough to bring Kari to a curious halt.

"What?" she questioned softly; promptly, the man's arms went into his pockets as though she hadn't noticed it at all. Overly defensive much, he was. From his pocket, the mid twenties man produced a stick which he brought to his lips and lit. A smoker, not that it meant anything in particular. Glancing back from his cancer stick, his attention turned to Kari; from his pocket, he produced the box his came from and held it before her face. Loudly he asked if she wanted one...or was stating what it was.

Kari was stupefied. Who in their right mind would offer a child a cigarette? In no way could that end well; she stood there staring at the man who was staring at her, waiting for some answer. The showdown might've lasted forever had not another one showed up. Some girl somewhere around the age of this body; without any hesitation, as though the question was offered to her instead, she plucked one of the sticks and began her bombardment of lines.

"N‐‐," Kari tried to speak, the girl decided now would be the ideal time to say hello to Kari. Not that there was any problem with that. "Hi‐‐" again interrupted. The girl moved towards the man, patting him down in search for something, whatever that was. Who the heck was this girl? Though, she did bring up one good question: who was playing that music? It wasn't until now that she noticed it. "I don't know..." She glanced around what was most immediately around them: no musician of any kind, that she could see at least; the high pitches rang vibrantly in the area, swelling and falling with each rise and fall of the notes.

Her attention returned to the two before her, after a moment. "No thanks," if the answer even made sense anymore. It had been a bit of time since she was awkwardly offered the cigarette. She wouldn't smoke, she hadn't reason to. The other girl, given how off the wall she seemed, likely wasn't looking for those other answers. In their place, she'd give a name. "I'm Kari," she'd offer softly, trying her best to produce a small grin in place of her usual stoic demeanor. "Want to find the source?" Source of the music, that was.

A few moments of silence was when Nao noticed an ever growing musical play being produced not far away, never the less his gaze was still fixed on the red haired girl with his arm reached out with the offer of a smoke. Now he had realised that this girl might be a bit too young to smoke, he started smoking extremely early in life so he must have forgotten that most people avoid this habit. He started making a retreat with his hand when out of nowhere a flash of bright pink flooded 46's eyes, it was only after a few seconds when he noticed it was hair, belonging to a second young girl.

'well... this is becoming a nice little party isn't it...'

Said that calm voice in his mind as the pink haired girl snatched one of his cigarettes.

“Hi! You know I always wanted to try one of these. Coz they’re all smokey and you light it with fire and people look so cool when they smoke it.”

Said the energetic girl while as it seemed she was bouncing up and down in place, Nao just stood silent for a moment contemplating what would be a more appropriate persona to adopt for this situation, he was trained for this and yet it was harder then he thought it would be. It seemed like he had a few more seconds to think his actions through, and out of nowhere 46 came up with some sort of idea on what his identity should behave like. So his lips curled up to a warm and kind smile and his eyes thinned and wrinkled as he chuckled while the pink haired girl placed the cigarette she swiped between her lips and started patting him down. He quickly grabbed her palm and held it gently, he took out his lighter with his other hand, concealing it with a clenched fist until finally placing it in the energetic girls hand.

When she would examine it she would see a clean silver casing on which was engraved a heart with a crown of thorns surrounded by flames.

"this little lady, once belonged to a great Shinobi lady I knew... she was brave and warm as the flame itself, when her time came she told me to give this lighter to a person who would resemble her in my eyes... and I believe I found a direct duplicate!"

He said and smiled kindly, that story sounded so nice when he left out the part where he was the one who killed that Shinobi without remorse or second thought, a story for another time...

“Who’d ya think’s makin’ all that music over there?”

The young girl said while the read haired one seemed to still slip a word of her own into the ever growing conversation. It seemed that the music came from the near by arena, a violin as it sounded, but who would practice music in an arena?.

"No thanks,"

Suddenly spoke the first, on a bit of a delayed queue. Nao couldn't blame her for responding late, after all the second girl was very talkative.

"I'm Kari,"

She continued and gave a small grin, polite.

"Want to find the source?"

She finished. Nao himself was wondering what was the source of the instrument play, he looked over to the arena for a moment with a concentrated expression and then faced the girls once more.

"well Kari, I believe that whomever is responsible for that fantastic tune deserves recognition..."

He said and took a drag out of his lit smoke, it kept him calm and focused.

"my name is Rounin Nao by the way, I am sort of new to this fine institute and I am taking a position of a private teacher of sorts... hehe! well unless I land a proper gig!"

He said lightly and chuckled, he then turned towards the arena and started walking to it.

"come one girls! lets investigate the source of this majestic melody!... oh! and I would like to know your name as well young one"

He said as he gave a small glance backwards to the pink haired girl. He started getting more comfortable with this persona, and it was easy enough to pull.

Finally he entered the arena grounds, the small stadium spread out to ether side and at its core another pink haired young lady swayed here and there in a flow of movement that even the emotionally impaired Subject 46 could appreciate as very skilful. In her hands a well crafted violin, and the tune as it seemed was coming from her performance. He took off his shades and placed them in the inner pocket of his black jacket and started clapping loudly while smiling and approaching the new face.

"Bravo!, absolutely fantastic!"

He said aloud and when he was close enough he came to a halt.

"dear girl, my brother would absolutely love your tunes!, and I am sure he would love it if you played in one of his charity events!"

He said confidently, knowing that his brother was a well known public figure who indeed hosts countless charities a year, Nao never really understood why he was spending their families fortune on pointless events like these but they did provide them with enough powerful friends to call in favours on.

"Name's Rounin Nao, a private teacher new to the academy, and now I can also add a fan of...well... you!"

He said perfectly faking a struggle to remember a name that she has yet to give, preforming a slight childish coy and a smile.

As she finishes her song, she was greeted with an applause which was graciously accepted. The smell of cigarette smoke however was not so welcomed. Before she could even thank the man for his applause for as she begins to take a bow, she lets out a few coughs and quickly takes a few steps away from him. Kitsune hated the smell of cigarette smoke and being a shaman knew full well of the health hazards it brings with it. “I may be willing to perform at such a function, but I do have some requirements that must be agreed upon.” Kitsune stared at the cigarette sticking out of the man’s mouth, thus quietly making the point that absence of such items would be one of those requirements. Normally this is something she wouldn’t bring up until she is discussing business details with the person trying to hire her. However with the problem staring her straight in the face, she decides to address it now. “My name is Kitsune, I’m one of the local shaman. I was just practicing my art. Unlike the mednin at the hospital, shamans tend to take a more unique approach to medicine.” Kistune places a hand on her chest. “Me, in particular, use music as a form of healing. Music is food for the soul and can be very recovering if you know how. Would you by any chance care for a demonstration?” Kistune asks with a smile. She then gets back into stance with her bow at hand, ready to play at a moment’s notice.

The excitable little girl would grin up happily to the man as he began to speak, telling her all about a ninja he knew who seemed to be important to him and she reminded him of her! It was seven shades of awesome the girl, who clasped the little silver object and giggled ecstatically. “I’ll be sure to take good care of it! I’ll become a great ninja too and when I get older I’ll pass it down to someone too!” She announced matter of factly. “After all, my flame will burn the brightest that anyone has ever seen!” She said with a confident giggle and a smile as she popped open the lid of the lighter and the little orange flame appeared. She held the white stick between her lips tight and brought the flame up to the end of it like she’d seem people do before and once in place she inhaled.

In one intake, one third of the cigarette vanished, leaving ash which fell to the ground as she laughed to herself, the smoke didn’t have the effect most would imagine, even to her as she was expecting to cough at least a little, but no her lungs and throat accepted the smoke happily and without recoil. She began to speak as she took the stick from her lips, smoke slowly floating out from behind her lips and rising to the air. “Wow, these things taste awesome! I didn’t think it’d be this good! I’ll have to buy some on the way home!” She chuckled and placed the stick back into her mouth. “Yeah! Let’s go find out where the music is coming from.” She’d say in reply to the red headed girl, the music was pleasant and finding who or what was performing it could mean more. “Oh, I’m Leishii by the way!” She giggled.

The three would start to move toward the arena which seemed to be the source of the music, Leishii made short work of her smoke but seemed enthralled by it all and once she stomped the butt out, she took the lighter and started to play with it, poking at the flames and such. Upon arrival at the arena they found a female playing a violin and what was even better, she had pink hair like Leishii, that made the girl happy as she giggled away behind Nao still playing with the flame as Nao and the girl talked, she at least had some manners and wouldn’t butt into the conversation.

As the grown-ups talked, she would turn to the other girl and giggle. “Hey hey, Kari; watch this!” She said in a hushed but excited tone, nudging the girl as she lifted the flame to her lips with a grin. She opened her mouth and with a quick nom, ate the flame, she giggled and then looked upwards, spitting out a now much bigger flame into the air, it rose up quite a way before expanding and fizzling out. “Hee hee, fire is so freakin’ awesome! I wonder…” She seemed to drift off into her own world at this point, thinking for a moment before her voice blurted out suddenly toward the pink haired musician. “Hey hey, play some more music and I can put on a show!” She laughed and without waiting for a response at all, dashed a little away from the group and started to perform the jutsu over and over, spitting up fire into the air and prancing about like a crazy person (oh wait :p).

The girl would continue to act out her own little play of fire spitting, but she started to get bold, pouring as much chakra as she could into the technique to get bigger flames, one such time she spat up a rather large ball, quite a bit larger than anything thus far and looking at it even bigger than the girl herself. The ball rose about twenty feet before it slowed and started to descend back down toward her, but instead of running, she just stared upwards at it in a trance. The ball came down with a firey splash, consuming the girl in a wave of flames before seconds later just exploding and sending the girl flying off in a random direction. She landed with a thud and rolled along the ground before slowly coming to a halt, still with flames all over her body and she just laid their still.

It’d take a moment for anything to happen, but the girl was unconscious for just a moment, she raised her hands up into the air and looked at them, for a moment, not even caring about all the fire and she just burst out into laughter, loud and honest to goodness laughter fit, she started to roll about holding her stomach as she started to run low on breath and started through her laughter fit. “That… was…. FUCKING… AWESOME!...” She managed to strain out between her hysterical fit on the ground. She couldn’t quite explain it, it hurt but not as much as it should have, in fact it felt kinda pleasant after the initial explosion, as if it was calling out to her to embrace the flames… infact there was something inside of her, she could feel it burning away deep inside her and it wanted the flames, needed them. The girl would slow down on her little giggle fit and come to a stop on her back, looking up at the sky with a big smile as she breathed heavily to catch her breath. “The fire calls to me… It wants to be inside of me… I can feel it.” She said as she held her chest around where her heart was, the place that the feeling seemed to be coming from.

[OOC – Kitsune, I dunno if you wanna RP it or whatever but all med-nin would have been told about Leishii and that she needs an eye kept on her in the academy since she seems to be fragile mentally :p Will be making a post in the general area about it for all the Mednin ^^]

[OOC: so since Reishii has been band, or so I understood, I am going ahead acting as if she wasn't there at all to keep this wonderful RP going]

The young violinist stepped away from Nao when she saw him, at first it was unclear to him why she did so.

“I may be willing to perform at such a function, but I do have some requirements that must be agreed upon.”

She said and stared at Nao's lit cigarette, now it became clear that she had some aversion to this habit, Nao took the cigarette and extinguished it on the ground to show her respect. It seemed that Kari remained silent in that time, Nao started thinking about the possibility of the young girl having some sort of a speech impediment.

Would you by any chance care for a demonstration?”

The girl with pink hair introduced herself and offered a private viewing for the man and the young girl, then she took a stance much like one would take before battle, it was very interesting.

"It is the at most pleasure to meet you lady-Kitsune..."

Said Nao with a warm smile and gave a deep bow.

"please show me your talents, I promise I will not light another cigarette in your presence"

He said kindly and awaited the performance of the young lady. Nao started thinking that the two ladies might be good candidates for his brothers project, although he was still indifferent about it he still thought about extending the invitation to both. While the music played he turned to young Kari and extracted an invitation from his back pocket to hand over to her.

The invitation was written on a beautiful cream coloured parchment, the words embossed into the parchment in elegant golden print which glistened slightly in the light, and it read as such:

Dear Sir/Madam

You are here by formally invited to an exposé of grand scale.
In a month's time in Arcadia, a new facility will open its doors to new members and to public viewing.
The event will offer an evening of many performances, attractions and of course food and drinks.
In the very core of the event will be the introduction of the newly founded Kagerenmei Order.

The purpose of the Kagerenmei Order and its practices will be reviled in the exposé.

We hope to see you and your friends among many others at the exposé, and we hope to give you all a night
to remember.

May peace be with you.

Rounin Satsu.

The event as far as Nao knew was indeed open for all, but the formally invited will have the option to receive personal audience with the leaders of the Order after the expo's main event was done with. Will young Kari actually attend the event, only time will tell. For now he just enjoyed the music.

[OOC: we will let all invited people when the event will actually take place, feel free to accept or decline when the time comes]

The man and girl seemed to want to find the musician as well. The guy had some idea that the source would be around the Academy's arena, something that, at the time, seemed preposterous (after all, in a place this, where fighting seemed to be one of the primary pillars of life, why would the place be cleared of any kind of battle or spar?). It was to her mild surprise that one was actually here: Kari stopped back, behind the people, as the man, who named himself Nao, and Reishii charged forward. The musician, violinist or violist (it had been far too long since she had seen either to tell the difference at a distance) was some crazy haired woman, covered completely jewelry: bangles and the likes. It was an interesting costume that, quite honestly, didn't look bad. In her response to Nao, she named herself Kitsune. She also seemed a bit distraught by the smoke; she must not have cared for it.

The two conversed a bit more, and a little happened, then Nao finally turned to Kari for some reason. He handed her some piece of paper; it looked too formal to be some kind of casual note, and the man made no effort to explain himself. She held the parchment, neglecting to open it now. "What's this?" she'd ask, softly. She wasn't like wild child like Reishii, who would exhibit prowess over an element as some kind of routine, and it had been almost a decade since she had last even touched an instrument, so there was little she could do there. It was relaxing, at least, and it showed her one of the places she wanted to see. She didn't talk to Kitsune, not yet; she wasn't one for initiating conversation, anyways.

OOC: Oh my god. I am so sorry for taking so long to post.

It seemed that all of them stood there in silence for a while, not for any uncomfortable reason just a moment unspeaking that often happens in groups.
Nao just took this moment to look around, although it would seem that only the three of them were there for a moment he felt a presence around but it vanished to fast for him to find the source of it. Suddenly young Kari inquired about the invitation, Nao turned to her with a warm smile.

"well Kari-chan, my younger brother and I care much for this village, and as the matter of fact we care about all humanity as a whole... so we are using our wealth and talents to establish an order that will keep protect and if necessary enforce it in extreme circumstances, we want the people of this village and other villages to live in peace, and for that we are founding this order... for the people"

He finished and kept his warm smile, not flinching for a moment while lying. Not that all of what he said was a lie, his brother indeed cared much about that keeping the peace nonsense and his brother indeed worked very hard to establish this peace keeping order, but Nao cared very little about this village or peace in general, he believed that peace is a lie and there was only one way to achieve true peace and that is by fear. Never the less he loved his brother and he would do everything for his sake, and Nao would also do his best to aide his brother in all of his endeavours.

There was little he could add to the explanation, but he did take out another invitation and handed it over to the pink haired lady as well. He did have the hope that the two would join the order once its fully active, Satsu needed good people and even better fighters. But all in due time.

[OOC: sorry for the short post, I tried my best. about the invite, me and Tao are working on that project and are almost done so we are just dropping hints at the moment since nothing is concrete yet, but if/when the project will be approved we will PM all invited characters that the event will start shortly after.]

As the bow glides across the strings letting out note after note, three flames ignited around her; floating in the air like ghostly flames. The little balls of fire flickered to the beat and circled around her like a dance. As the song continued they grew bigger and bigger. They then start to change shape and take form; the flames became clones of Kitsune. The clones continued to dance around her in a circle while twirling happily in a sort of jig and clapping to the tune. As the dance around Kitsune they slowly moved away from the center in a spiral pattern. Soon they were spread all across the arena. The arena then begins to shimmer as Kitsune sends a small surge of electricity through the air with an AoE system shock jutsu that she converted into sound. The electricity was weak and should not cause that much harm if any. Her instrument began to glow as she cast another medical jutsu. All would feel a warm embrace like a hug form a love one as they are healed with a mystic hand jutsu. As Kitsune finishes her sound the clone would then vanish back into nothingness.

The show was spectacular, the flames, the clones, the dancing. The pink haired lady was too focused in her music apparently to notice Nao handing her an invitation, it mattered little to him. Nao placed the invitation on the ground in front of her as a warm feeling started growing inside him and the violin began to glow, the music cheerful and upbeat. And then the music came to a climactic end and the clones vanished, Nao could tell that she was very skilled in her crafts. He began clapping his hands.

"bravo!, my lady you certainly have a talent like no other..."

He said his smile as wide as ever.

"It has been the at most pleasure lady's but sadly I need to depart... the invitation on the floor is for you Kitsune-chan, and I will pass it on to my brother that I have found an extraordinary musician, I'm sure he would like you to preform in the event we have planned for next month"

He said to the pink haired lady and then turned to face both her and Kari, he gave a small bow with his hand over his heart.

"I bid you fer well my ladies, I hope to see you both soon, details about the event of next month will find their way to you when the time comes"

He finished then turned and started making his way to the exit of the small stadium, on his way out his demeanour darkened to his normal self.
Nao lit up a cigarette and vanished out of sight.

The pink haired musician continued even as her sole, focused audience member bid her adeau. The invitation itself was strange; some kind of scam? Kari was reminded of that other guy, from some weeks ago, Katsu, and how he wanted to hire Karurosu for what would have likely been illegal work against whatever regime ruled the country of Earth now. For but a moment would she watch the man leave, leaving only Kari with Kitsune; to fill the inevitable silence, she turned her attention to the letter in hand, skimming its contents.

A grand opening of some place: its purpose not specified. It was strange, perhaps because she hadn't heard of the Order. Perhaps Kazu knew of it and what their presumed purpose was (given that their true (and that certainly didn't sound good. Almost occultish, really, like the kind where they'd go and slaughter everyone who came to attend the festivities) purpose had yet to be revealed). In all, Kari hadn't much reason to remain here, save for the musician, who seemed finished with her song, the place was barren and didn't seem to have any place of interest within it; there were other places on campus to see.

"Do you think its safe?" she called out to Kitsune, finally, slowly walking towards the exit the man had gone. She didn't check to see if the pink haired woman had read the invitation, nor gave any context as to what she meant by "it." It was obviously implied as the invitation, as they both had received their own. It seemed possibly dangerous, but curiosity was eating at her. She might just have to go.
