Surutameni paused to yawned and stretched greatly as he made his daily stroll around the Toraono Dojo. It was early, but he didn't care. Honestly, if anything he enjoyed the fresh air and the silence without the hustle and bustle of regular activity within his relative's halls. As he wandered the now familiar passageways, his beast-brother Unmei, circled above keeping a keen eye out for any unwanted attention. The bird squawked and screeched subtly as he flew, chattering like he always did when he was around his companion.
Life had been easy lately, even with the pain of the demon spine that had been so unceremoniously placed within his too-small body. The repairs that had been done lately were holding, and as such the shooting pain that had raced throughout his frame was nearly gone. Then again the constant chatter with the entity that now shared his body seemed to have helped as well. Either way, Suru was in good spirits for once as he gazed up at his avian brother. "What do you think, Unmei? Short or long route today?" A smirk pulled at the boy's lips. Unmei in his response, let out a slightly piercing scree and turned to lead Suru down the longer route for their walk. "I figured that's the direction you wanted to go." If anyone happened to pass by and hear the boy talking, they would most likely think he was insane, seeing as no proper Inuzuka would have a bird for their bestial companion. It was typical, no one understood or knew about his specific branch of the bloodline and that didn't bother Suru in the least. Honestly, he held a sense of pride about the whole ordeal.
The young shinobi sighed as his arms lifted and his hands found their way behind his head as he traipsed along. The grey hawk above looped and dove in a rather haphazard manner, relishing in the ability to do whatever they pleased. Sure, Suru had once thought more heavily about classes and training, and still did. The reason for his morning walks was honestly to head to a place to train in all actualities. He made sure no one save for the elders of the clan knew. He really hated being interrupted, but if it had to happened he would definitely prefer if it were by someone of importance over some other annoying kid. There were too many of those, and he didn't have the time or want to deal with them in the least.
