It's a bow, nothing special about it as a weapon except it's modified to be used with one hand when dual wielding.

It's a doll she had as a girl in the orphanage, she's tricked it out to be a murder machine.

Abilities:
Ambidexterity:
She is the unequivocal master of the ability to do things with either hand to the most extreme, it's almost freakish how she can juggle and cut a sandwich with the other hand, while also lighting a cigarette and stirring a boiling pot of water. This is also because of a rigorous training regimen, and the fact that she has six arms and has been required by them to practice, not just with two hands, but six. The exercise is extensive and rigorous. She does ball exercises, bouncing them off a wall and catching them with a different hand each time. She writes the alphabet repeatedly multiple times per hand a day and uses her shinobi tools with each hand every day. She does one handed pushups, ten at a time, on each arm. She climbs a lot of things as a matter of fun, but also as training to strengthen each arm and keep them even so she doesn't slack on one side. Has anyone ever seen an ambidextrous person with six arms? Now they will, as she goes out into the world and gains strength her body will continue to be in perfect control of itself. She’ll be the most unique spider human to ever exist, and as she grows it’ll require less practice and just be programmed into her like some kind of weird, spider-based muscle memory. She’ll be the talk of the town, the amazingly freakish ambidextrous girl! Nobody will know what to do with themselves, unless that something is being in awe of her awesome skills.
Weapon Attunement:
As part of her training to become the best shinobi ever, she learned to wield a bow and she modified her doll into a murder machine, it destroyed the only comfortable childhood toy she had, but it gave her a new sense of protection, a murder one. Being six armed meant she had a bit of an advantage, in that she could use both things at the same time. That means that she had to learn each one of them with some sort of amazing ability to wield both at once. She worked in concert, finding a way to be oppressively offensive with the puppet while covering her own body from hard with a hail of arrows. The hardest part was deciding which hands held what in any given moment. She tried many configurations, but she eventually managed to get ahold of her own style. Now she able to be more accurate with both together, than most people are with any one weapon while doing some impressive weapon juggling antics. She practices daily, as part of her regimen that keeps her body sharp. She can get all this practice in because nobody bugs her, and she has no friends which is sad, but what can you do? She was sure she’d make friends once everyone saw how expert a marksman she was, as well as how well she could control a puppet! Either that, or it’d ostracize her more. Either way, she was becoming a valuable asset to the leaf, if only as a terrifying spider monster.
Quick Draw:
She was able and about to wield a weapon in any hand, of all six she possessed, and she could do so with amazing accuracy, she was even able to hold 2 of each weapon at once in an amazing display of skill. So of course, the next step was being able to get these weapons out quickly and without delay as to be the most effective in combat she could be. She practiced drawing the weapons quickly and worked on draw techniques using a combination of inertia and her extra arms. It would require some flips, perhaps a twist or two in the air, and then boom she had them all out. She worked on this the longest, making sure to get it down so she didn’t drop the weapon, or otherwise be a nuisance to herself trying to be speedy. It’d be very embarrassing to drop your bow in a fight for your life. Though eventually she would get the hang of it, being able to get each weapon out in a snap and fire off a few shots before anyone could even blink. Unless you’re a Uchiha of course, they are different, though their eyes catch arrows just a well if you’re fast enough. Which she now is, because of this training. She wanted to be the ninja of legend, who can draw their weapon and fire so fast nobody could even see it coming. Or in the case of the puppet, make it hug somebody…with murder.
