Opportunities over the horizon

As the sun set over Tea country, a single young figure stood looking over the horizon. Shinzo's mind was on Konoha, on home and it was just about time for the boy to leave the site of the tournament behind. Indeed, he had learnt a lot from his time away from his family; he would not have believed himself if he had known exactly what would happen. New faces, new opportunities, new lessons and most importantly to him, new love.

A slight sigh escaped his lips as he stood alone with his backpack ready. It hadn't taken him long to pack, in fact he had been getting ready to leave for quite some time now. He had just missed Miyako on her way out, which was a shame, but he had to tend to his duties as was required of him.

Gradually, the Seikon began to gather energy within him, ready to release it at the exact moment he required. The distance he would attempt to travel would be vast and it would take quite a while, even for him. With eyes closed and belongings ready, Shinzo waited on the outskirts of the populated land of Tea country, it was time to go home.

A crow cried out from the furthest distance the eye could see and as that sound reached Shinzo's ears, he knew it was time to leave. All was ready, and despite his destination being his home, he knew that it was only there that he could advance for now.

With hands still folded across his chest, Shinzo looked out away from Tea country. His mind focused on the destination at hand. He took a sharp breath in through his nose then disappeared. Wind whipped through the spot that the boy was just standing now that his figure was suddenly gone.
