Personality: She is usually very shy, which causes her to be clumsy at times, and is afraid of confrontation. When she gets serious and sets her mind on something, her personality completely changes. Once Saru becomes good friends with someone, she usually becomes very clingy because she believes that person will disappear from her any second
History: Saru was born and raised in Cloud and in a family of ninja. One day she was playing in her family shrine without permission. In the process she damaged her ancestry scroll; accidentally ripping her father's name. That same day, her house caught on fire. Her father managed to save her and the rest of their family, but died in the process. Saru kept this deep, dark secret from others and now lives with only her mom and her twin elder brothers. With fear in her heart to ever lose someone precious to her again, she distanced herself from other people. Her best friend is a ninja monkey named Yorokobi, who she met in the forest. Ever since, Yorokobi has been training Saru to be a ninja, even though Saru is a helpless crybaby sometimes. Saru's personal goal is to become a great ninja and save as many lives as she can to atone for the soul of her father.
