Since Ouja KaiKai has become a Human Puppet, his demeanor is less inviting than it used to be. He often hides within his puppet, not akin to show his actual self to the public. He is seen to often be tinkering with his own body out of boredom or worry that he will fall apart at a most inoppurtune moment. He is always ready for combat on a moments notice.

KaiKai comes from the Ouja clan, a clan that was split off from the Hachiashi after years of bloody violence. This was long before KaiKai was born. Ouja KaiKai was born the youngest of three children, his two older sisters being Ouja KanKou and Ouja Ke-Ki. He lived with his mother and father and sisters as well as his uncle who was never allowed to leave because of a criminal past. Since puppeteers ran in the family KaiKai was naturally drawn to it unlike his older sisters much to their chagrin. KaiKai was thus instructed by his Uncle and Father in the crafting of such tools at a very young age and nurtured his love for puppetry. When he came of age KaiKai was sent to the ninja academy where he met friends and mentors as he learned and trained to become a proud ninja of the cloud. KaiKai's uncle still spent much time teaching him puppetry and what it had to offer, KaiKai's uncle had taken a special interest in him. When KaiKai advanced into Genin status he went on missions and began to investigate why his Uncle was refined to his families home. This led to a terrible secret being uncovered, a crime that had not been proven but was warrant enough to keep his uncle refined and under surveillance. When KaiKai confronted his uncle he was attacked only to be saved by his father, his uncle however escaped after revealing his plans for KaiKai in the future once his training had come to fruition. KaiKai was then absorbed into the ANBU where he continued to train and complete missions within their ranks and was eventually promoted to an ANBU agent. Both of KaiKai's sisters went missing in action during this time. KaiKai spent the last six years of his life tracking down his sisters and his uncle, only to find that BOTH of his sisters had perished at his hands. After his uncle had fought KaiKai with the remnants of his sisters bodies he experimented on him and forcefully created what KaiKai is today: A Human Puppet.
