Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Soon's Haven, The Bazaar. It's narrows streets, shaded by the countless colorful awnings, proved challenging to a young courier ninja such a Jagaimo. While he was new to the job, and expected things to be difficult, he never imagined it'd be like this. This place was nothing like anything else he had ever experienced growing up. From what he was told, this place was bustling with activity though that didn't appear to be the case. While there were quite a lot of people, specifically some shady looking foreigners, Jagaimo felt as if something was off. For some reason the placed seemed to be heavily under guard and most of the foreigners appeared as pirates rather than merchants. He didn't really know how to make sense of it all, but that was probably because he wasn't up to date on local news. Odd, considering that he was a courier ninja. As he walked through the port, he paid close attention to the street vendors; each one seemingly opening up shops in front of their very homes.

Amongst the crowds, he heard merchants and citizens complaining to one and another about a lack of recent exports, but an overabundant supply of imports. While our young, round, adventurer made note of this, he cast it to the back of his mind as he looked all around. Every so often, his view would become obscured by those simply passing by. It sucked to be so short in a place like this. Annoyed, but undeterred, he maneuvered his way through them and found stone wall to climb on top of. From this height, he could see much more than he previously thought. He could see what appeared to be a waterway; it's dock crowded by several unique ships that appeared to be laden with various boxes and crates. Sighing, as doubt began to crepe into the back of his mind, he shook his head to reevaluate his predicament. This one delivery, held securely to his backside within his sling bag, was the sole reason he had made this journey so far out here.

He wasn't going to give up. Trying his best to ignore everything else going on around him, he glanced over the heads of those before him. While the harbor was in one direction, awnings that once provided him shade were now obscuring his few as well. "Oh!! Ga.... Dang it!" He thought, as he jumped off the stone wall in a fit of frustration. Landing firmly on his two feet, and now standing in what appeared to be a sumo's stance, he took a deep breath and looked beside him. Noticing the merchant's stall with a sign saying "Hoshi's fruits, vegetables, and juices", his eye's widened. Pulling his sling bag around to the front of him, he opened it up and pulled out the package. Reading it, and smiling at it's delivery address being the very stall beside him, he rushed up to it and placed it before merchant. "Your package, sir!" He'd state, as the merchant picked it up before glaring at Jagaimo.

The merchant appeared to have an odd, confused look upon his face as a result of Jagaimo's apperance. Though, thankfully nothing was said to him and in return, the merchant placed the box down only to reach into his pockets and pay Jagaimo a small fee for his service. Jagaimo would then clap his hands together, briefly bow, and take off. He had no intention on being here any longer than he needed, especially considering how long the journey home was for him. Rather than run through the crowded streets of the Habor, Jagaimo decided to head straight for the giant slopes that lead straight down into this cut throat economy. While it wasn't practical, he planned to walk the slope and follow a pathway back a trade route he used to get here.
