Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

As the students - all of them fairly young and fresh to the academy - filed into the classroom, none of them got to their desks without bumping into something; it was hard to watch where you were going when you couldnt look away from the puppy sitting on the desk at the front of the room. But, since the small dog just sat there, calm as could be, eventually everyone got into their seats, though they looked quite confused since there was no teacher present.

When all the seats were filled, the puppy stood up on his stubby legs and started to pace across the top of the desk. "Alright kiddies, your regular teacher couldnt be here today due to personal reasons, and since the village didnt have any chuunins to spare, youre going to be doing something special today." He barked and yipped, not realizing that the students were all giving him confused, blank looks. Not one of them could understand him. One of the little girls in the front squealed something about him being 'so cute!'. "I'm not your teacher however; Im the assistant. I'll be taking you to where your teacher is waiting for you."

When he stopped pacing and turned to look at all the little faces, Seven realized again that there was a language barrier he could not yet breech. With a heavy sigh, he jumped off the desk, onto the rolling chair behind it, and scooted towards the blackboard where he took up a piece of chalk between his paws and started to write. The students all leaned forward in their chairs, wanting to see what the peculiar puppy was doing.

He dropped the chalk when he was done and hopped off the chair and started towards the door. On the blackboard were the words 'Follow me.' in a fairly competent scrawl. The students blinked, looked at each other, and then at the puppy who was waiting for them patiently by the door. Nobody questioned the strange happenings as they hurried from their seats and lined up single file behind Seven. Nodding with approval, he departed from the room with the line of little humans in tow.

Outside, Okibi was busy setting up balloons filled with air on the training posts and the surrounding trees and bushes. When Seven showed up with the children all following him obediently, she just had to laugh softly to herself. Even as a pint sized cutie he could command a room when he wanted to. He brought them to stand in front of her, and she fingered a shuriken as she looked them all over.

"My names Okibi, Im a genin, and I'll be filling in for your teacher today. Were gonna go over some very basic math skills using these," she held up the throwing star, "And those." she pointed at the balloons.

Turning away from them, she walked back and forth as she continued. "Can anyone tell me what ten minus four is?" She asked out loud. At first, nobody made a move or said anything, but after a few moments, one of the boys rose his hand. Okibi nodded and the boy answered.

"Six?" He said in a high pitched voice, sounding uncertain. Okibi smiled and nodded again. "Correct!" She then held up the shuriken she was playing with and fanned out her fingers, showing that she actually had more than one with her - four to be exact. She spun around and flung the shuriken at four nearby targets with balloons pinned to them. The shuriken flew true and popped four balloons, leaving six of the ten that she'd had posted up. The children ooh'ed and aah'ed before giving her a small round of applause, making her grin. "Ten minus four is six. Now, who can tell me what six plus six equals?" She asked again.

This time more hands shot up; it looked like they were warming up to her and her methods. Okibi pointed to a girl and she answered with a bright and sure voice. "Twelve!"

Smiling, Okibi nodded again and pulled six balloons out of her pocket to give to some of the kids to fill with air. "Twelve is correct! Fill these up and go pin them to those posts please." The children did so, and when they were all done blowing up and pinning the targets (though some needed help tying the balloons) Okibi walked down the line and handed each child a shuriken. Twelve little faces lit up; theyd never held a real shuriken before.

"Who can tell me what twelve multiplied by zero is?" She asked. None of the children answered and nobody raised their hands. As she thought, they hadnt gone over their multiplication tables yet. That was fine; she would be the first to inspire them then. "Any number multiplied by zero is always zero. Now get those balloons!" She hollered excitedly, throwing her hands up into the air. The children squealed with excitement, all of them taking up the stances they had learned in a previous theory class. Some of them had pretty good aim; at least four of them actually managed to pop their balloons. The other's missed, but Okibi let them keep trying until they managed to destroy their targets. In the end, there were no more balloons left.
