The bloated remains of an unidentified male was discovered in the nets of a fishing boat off the coast of Tea during the late hours of the morning, the day before the World Martial Arts Tournament. These remains were badly decomposed, no identity could be determined however this would be the third death in a string of suspicious deaths surrounding Kurosawa these past few days leading up to the tournament. The death was reported via radio at 1053 in the morning but the vessel would not reach shore for another two hours due to choppy waters. The discovery was unsettling however because the body found donned the regalia of a samurai. Oddly enough there were no reported absences among the hired samurai and from the looks of this body, this man had been dead for about five days.
The blueish gray, blistered remains were unidentifiable due to the state of decay in the bay waters. The salty, choppy waters had preserved the victim to an extent, making the exact time of death hard to determine but the best guess is that the victim died four to five days ago due to the fact that the body could be described as a 'floater.' Sea life had already consumed the victims toes and fingers of the victim partially. Some were missing but the numbs remained on a few still. The victim has been identified as a samurai because of the armor he was found in at the time of recovery. The armor appeared to be in good repair but water-logged and not corroded. He was armed, his weapon still in its sheath. His chest plate was broken, the metal curled outward and the cavity that would contain his heart was empty. There was a crab resting in the cavity upon retrieval.
This body was hastily brought to the Trinity Medical Center, the same building two other bodies were brought to within the past few days, not that this fact would be shared with the responsive and interested shinobi that responds to this summons for an investigation.
This is where you come in.
A body, perhaps you had seen one or more of the others. Perhaps you had not. They would not share with you the fact that there had been others.
What would you learn?

What would you learn?
- The body is male but the age and identity beyond this is impossible to determine.
- The body is wearing samurai armor.
- The weapon on the body is sheathed.
- The level of decomposition suggests that this person has been dead for five days.
- The heart is missing, the armor is broken and the metal is curled outward.
- There is a mark on the deceased cheek, however due to the level of decomposition what was written would be illegible.
- There appears to be a lingering trace of cursed, natural energy.
