A quick reminder to all players:
NC strives to give players some flexibility so that they can enjoy their RP experience. We are not going to tighten these rules because of players making applications that purposefully buck site rules because they want tighter restrictions or something different, rather we are not going to allow applications like those to pass. We are not going to sacrifice the freedom and enjoyment of a majority of the site to satisfy the preferences of a single (or a small group of) player(s). People who take advantage of this site's willingness to be flexible will be denied.
We all make mistakes. Creating a character or an NPC can be a lengthy and a tedious process. Many of the rules we have on the site are based on abuses done by another player that have damaged someone's experience greatly. Some of these rules also change as the player base evolves and develops, but this is done through mature discussion not through pushing contradictory items through character creation, OCR or other request areas. When someone purposefully does this, it hurts everyone. The staff on NC do this for free because we love this community, but this sort of behavior not only stresses us out contributing to burnout but it also pulls us away from other things that we can be doing for the site (I have three topics waiting for my on my main account for example that I will not be getting to this evening because of this).
So a quick reiteration of some "rules"
Intentionally making a request for something that betrays site rules is bad.

- CRPJ's cannot mimic BL and CAs.
- Players can find creative ways to do interesting things with their character as long as they make sense. No, they cannot have the sharingan and the Uchiha's full profile, but can someone claim they 'plagiarize' the jutsus of others by watching their movements and using that as the reason why they learn new jutsus rather than be taught. A player can be a blind monk reckless hachimon, they would still be affected by visual gen unlike a Hashigaki but in theory they can claim they trained themselves to the epitome of their potential. This application is a mixture of 2 kinjutsus and several BLs and while we would normally think this is the result of an inexperienced player, someone who did not know the rules or a simple oversight, after seeing a recent conversation in a recent situation that does not appear to be the case.
- We do not force players to age up every 3-4 months. We have better things to do with our time than micromanage the player base. Making an ageless character to buck that point will not change our stance on this, we have a number of ageless characters on the site that can still be killed by conventional means. Some also fail to age. As long as there is a reason that is considered legitimate by the staff then this is not an issue.
- We will void multiple topics if someone did something and it went unnoticed, ESPECIALLY if we learn it was intentional. In fact, the player may suffer additional consequences because they have damaged the experience of other players with this willful and intentional act.
- We have naming rules, naming a character after Michael Jackson is against our naming rules. Do not do it, not only is it in poor taste but it is against an established rule.
