Myakshi Migoya. Formally of the Hidden Mist. Shunned by most and feared by those who knew of him.
Once upon a time a small boy, albino and frail, was born in the Village of Leaf to two unworthy parents. Shunned and scorned by those around him, he found solace in his ‘imaginary’ friend Mikki, and in seeking out revenge against an uncaring world. Internally his hate grew, whilst the frail façade drew others to him in order to take advantage.
His talents were noticed, and he was enrolled at the Ninja Academy by his parents in the vain hope that he would lift them out of mediocrity. Whilst never excelling, he was a quick study and soon progressed through the ranks to become a satisfactory, if not outstanding med-nin under the tutelage of a rather loud Hyuuga Med-nin Chief.
But healing others was never a goal of his, despite his efforts at living a 'good' life. Finding purpose and a reason for being was and he soon found that in the bowels of the ‘pristine and honorable’ Leaf village. Dwelling amongst the forgotten and scorned he met one who would change his life – Hirato Yong.
Together these brothers trained hard, albeit in different ways. Yong was always the tactical, short-term efficient one. Migoya was always dreaming, his head in the clouds about the future. New friendships developed and formed, and it looked for a time that this young med-nin would have a promising future.
Then the ‘event’ happened. Stricken from the records, unknown to all but those involved, the results of this… situation caused the young Migoya to run. He thought his brother dead and found solace amidst the Hidden Mist. Kirigakure.
Here he established his clan - Myakashi. Built on knowledge and established relations with the Jinkotsu of Konoha, he created an empire that caused the Mizukage to view him as a threat. When the time came to elect a new leader he was passed over for a whelp. So Migoya did what any would do - rebel.
It was short lived - the new 'Mizukage' proved his better and in a battle for the ages, fate turned against him and took everything away from him. His family, his empire, his life.
Or so he thought. No - that Mizukage was devious, even for Migoya to have seen. For years he was tortured, pressured, and experimented on, causing his very nature to warp and splinter. His puppet body was shattered, leaving him a pulsing husk and heart within a cylinder that was constantly prodded and probed. Oh the joys of being a human puppet
Then the cold came. Migoya could not remember how, or why, he had been left in the vat of fetid water, heated by some electrical device. His senses were limited, and he only saw the running, the screams of victims, and the deathly silence afterwards. Part of his was elated - revenge was sweet after all, but something had taken HIS revenge.
Time passed, but how long he did not know. His chakra slowly returned to him and he 'reached' out to his environs, seeking out something to attach his essence to. Anything. Nothing was there but the water.
So this is how Im going to die. Of boredom.
It was then that he remembered the teachings of a former Sensei... one Nakata Daichi. 'Got a problem, punch your way through it'. It would have brought a smile to his face, if he had one.
So Migoya tried to punch the jar that contained him. He punched, focusing the water again and again until it seemed to become part of him. It took... weeks(?) to smash through the jar, shattering it but leaving him a simple cylinder on a wet, cold floor. Worse still, cracks now appeared on his own vessel, and he felt his chakra, his essence seeping out onto the floor.
No. It will not end like this.
Reserves of chakra built, the very indomnible chakra that held his soul inside a puppet vessel, spread out like blood, absorbing not only the water spilt from the jar, but from the very air, the frigid snow around, pulling them together to form a body. The pain was intense, but this was for his existence, for his legacy.
The water began to solidify, holding his heart. He shaped the water, feeling the strength, the purpose, of it as it moulded to his whims like soft clay.
The vessel burst, along with it his power over his puppet form, but from it flowed his life force, his heart, into a new vessel made of ice. Made of snow. Made of blood. Made from the frozen corpses of those surrounding him... wait what? Ewww.
A body formed - his body. Myakashi Migoya lived once more - not as a puppet, but as a man. Even he couldn't figure out how. Perhaps the Gods had something in store for him, if they cared at all.
He had to get used to this new body, this new experience. He had to find Mikki.
He needed to remember.
