Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.
Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.
Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.
The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.
Hi. Um, been several years and a....lot of changes, but I'd like to see what's needed to fetch whatsits and make a new character. (I assume that will be necessary, since Rikudo Sennin isn't around any more.) The character was under this username, if it helps? Still unsure what I'm working with to start making a new character so...tl;dr: help?
Path 1 - The Assassin: Woman roughly in her early-to-mid twenties. Deep red hair. Usually left long. Lithe, but not frail-looking. Scarred in numerous places where it would normally not show under clothing. Rough, calloused hands. About 5'3" in height and perhaps 120 lbs wet.
Male body: Blonde hair, fine-featured, very feminine in appearance. Slim, but tall. Roughly 5'11 and about 160 lbs in weight. Soft, uncalloused hands. Hair typically artfully coiffured.
All: Rinnegan eyes.
Character's Mental Description: They're still a bit tentative around new people, though they've shown a marked boisterousness the few instances when people have gotten past their guarded facade. Driven, prone to quick anger at the sign of others intending to take advantage of them. Generally amiable but distant. Slow to forgive, if not utterly unforgiving. They don't discuss their past. Not without reason better than any they've yet been given.
Character History: The woman later known as Nanashi was the daughter of an Uchiha woman and a man from a foreign clan. Her father died when she was still a young girl, and her mother remarried. She had always been closer to her father than mother. That didn't change when her new step-father turned out to have little more than contempt for his red-headed stepchild. A relentless taskmaster, her mother's new husband drove her to and beyond all point of what she'd have considered reason in attempts to force her to awaken his new clan's doujutsu, determined as he was to gain prestige within his adoptive clan in spite of his own lack of potential in that direction.
It succeeded, in the long run, with her gaining access to the Sharingan, and later, the Mangekyou.
It only got worse after her mother had died, with her step-father using her as a subject for experiments in dark and forbidden ninjutsu, inscribing a fell potential into her very skin.
When the Leaf civil war intensified, she used the chaos of the war to leave, disguising herself as a refugee fleeing the crisis and going from small village to small village as an itinerant farmhand. She learned to hide from ninja of all sorts, and she succeeded at it for years. She was eventually found out. She fled the fight that came after and into the deep desert of Wind Country. She nearly died in the running pursuit, only surviving on account of the awakening of a potential she'd never known she had.
Two went into the desert; two arrived at Sunagakure's gates. Both bore identical eyes and moved with an uncanny certainty of the other's motions. They offered no names, simply calling themselves the Nameless. Half-dead from exhaustion, sunburn, and blood loss, they nonetheless made it to the gates and stood defiant before the challenging sentries.
