A unique clan that has the odd, yet powerful ability to control and bend reality to their liking. Members of the Seikon clan are deadly opponents that seem to have abilities that simply seem to surpass all natural limits, their inhumane techniques warping reality in such away at the most opportune times for themselves...or the most deadly for their enemies.

Reason given that the new BL/CA matches the character:
Kou's background is currently unknown as Kou lost his memory when he was 15. Ever since then, Kou had been trying to go back to time (expression) to try and patch up the memories that he had lost.

Kou walks around with limited information about the things around him. As if he was from a different world. As time passes by though, Kou learns how to have at least a short conversation without confusing the other person or people that he is talking to.

With his mysterious background, Kou tends to bend reality to his imagination. Substituting some of the things he sees as something else.

Kou had also develop a habit of trying to do things that are uncommon or sometimes impossible. This would sometimes lead to something dangerous for himself. And to make it more daring, Kou would run back and forth from his home to the middle of the desert as part of his weekly training routine. He strives to hone his speed and hopefully surpass everyone when it comes to speed and quickness.

Quick Character Description:
Physically, Kou has a below average built of a fit 17 years old shinobi. He is a bit short, making him more agile with his movements. Gray hair, green eyes and markings on his left cheek. He always wear an earring on his left ear. He wears a black suit with a bit of silver linings.

Character History:
Kou's background is very mysterious. He himself does not know his parents or the village he came from. Kou lost his memory when he was 15 years old. He does not recall what happened during that time and does not recognize from his past. Confused with himself, Kou decided to live at the boundary of the village near the desert.

Kou seeks for the truth. Flashes of memories are often showing up in his day to day walk with life. It gives him puzzle pieces to find the truth about himself. Some people find him strange when they witness Kou being in a 5-10 second state of shock like status, staring at nothing and surprisingly motionless.

As Kou continues with his journey, Kou met Toroano Kuro. Although, Kou is not Toroano by blood, with Kuro's approval and influence, Kou had been recognized as a full-pledge member of the Toroano Clan.

Despite all the missing pieces in Kou's life, he always grasp the reality that the shinobi world needs someone who can make a difference. Someone who can stand as a light to shine and outshine every wars, conflict, grudge and misunderstanding. The light for peace in the shinobi world.
