Reboot Card
- Everything you own is sold and mastered jutsu will be turned into blank jutsu masteries. The resulting yen, your PL and those masteries will be stored.
- You reboot your character, having 5 in each stat and 500 yen.
At anytime you may reverse this via two methods:- Simply request what was stored upon using the card to be added to your current PC. This requires council approval, and they may request you make adjustments to your character In-character to accommodate this power burst (such as time skipping your character from a Student to a Chuunin).
- OCR into your previous character and add up what you gained with the new one, minus normal OCR penalties.
- You're free to OCR out of this character without undoing the reboot.
Undoing the process does not require another purchase. Attempting to use this to gain double rewards for any event will result in a ban.

General Information
Name: Hato Shinku
Name Meaning: 終那 (Hato) "終" is final. "那" is beautiful.

Appearance
Hato is just a little below average with his height which is 1.35 meters, due to his active lifestyle and the way he is always keen on getting himself into trouble, you can easily know that he weighs less also. His total weight is give or take 30 kilo's as of right now, it is true that he needs a little more. But he is still eating as any child would. It wasn't a surprise that he went into the Shinobi side instead of anything else like a storekeeper.
He has an odd eye color, which is grey with a heterochromia color green. Some adults sometimes get lost inside those tiny eyes as they often remember them of spider webs. His hair is parted to a side, which is just around his chin height. Barely any barber is getting close to cutting it with him, as he hardly can sit still. This is also one of the reasons it is in a bob length. The color of his hair is something not many people seem to see, it has a reddish color which in direct sunlight, leans towards a more cherry color. His skin, is beige, even though he is often in and around the sun. It always reminds him of having an 'elephant' thick skin.
Personality
Hato can be seen as an outgoing, straight-shooting type who is enthusiastic and excitable. Yet sometimes also have a bit of a short temper that comes with being a child. Due to all the things he already has been through, he often goes defensive side of himself.
His attitude is often seen as a "do it and get over it." Rules and laws are seen as guidelines for behavior rather then mandates.
He finds it hard to sit still for long times as he lives in the world of action. this results with theory, Hato is really horrible. For example in schools. He doesn’t like to sit in the banks, not doing anything. He has troubles in school, especially higher education which moves into realms where theory is more important.
Biography
The birth was a difficult one, there had seem to be complications with the child and thus hato was born inside the main city of suna. After the birth and everything was fine, they went towards the silent and just on the edge of Wind country’s little village.
Hato grew up rather peaceful, there was no father in the picture though. He did have a guardian, which was her moms grandparents. But that was also because his mother was a bar owner. Hato was really young when he learned how to walk, and he was speeding off. He always smelled things like no other, hear things no other and with his natural curiosity. It was safe to say that it gave him a lot of problems, but also the grandparents of the mother. They were already old and couldn’t really keep up with the young one. This left the mother to multitask a lot more, especially in the midday. She eventually got Hato to help a little around, it cheered everyone up. But in the night times, Hato was sitting in the back learning before he had to go to bed. As schooling wasn’t around in their small village, the woman learned her son from what she knew from her past life. Around the age of 5, Hato did got some more ‘troubles’ for his mom. He would often sneak out and discover the world on his own. At one day he even gave his mom a real fright, he didn’t come home from lunch. The village started to search for Hato, as everyone loved the child, he was always so happy and energetic, even though he caused the village headaches.
They found him almost evening in one of the forbidden temples. One brave villager went inside and started to search, but even he couldn’t figure out what was happening. Hato was with a big wolf, but that one lay motionless while he was trying to help out a puppy. He was covered in scratches and a bite mark, but the young boy was trying. “I help, you no auwie” The villager covered up his mouth and made himself small, just shocked to see what was happening. He wanted to shout hato back but was frozen by the size of that wolf that laid down motionless. Hato stretched out his hand again, who instantly had to pull back, the pup was still not comfortable with Hato around. The villager got an idea and snuck back. Only now Hato looked back. “He smelly… I know..” He spoke again towards the puppy. The man was going towards the mother. They made a plan and eventually, the man with the mother went back. “Hato…” Her voice was calm and warm, she laid down a blanket and some food. Even for the pupper they placed some food. “We leave Maiko outside… Please get home soon.” She knew this was something Hato wanted to do, and she was proud for that, but still worried as a mother could be.
Hato would nod towards his mom and carefully pack the things. He would wait for them to go again, he could sniff Maiko already, even though she was one of the hunters in the village, she didn’t smell that bad. Hato placed down the meat in front of his furry friend. “Don’t worry.” He said and would eat the piece of bread. it took most of the night to win over the puppy, but in the end they were both lying against the mother with Hato in a blanket and the puppy laying over his lap. Maiko had checked in to see how it was going, and couldn’t help but smile. They all thought Hato had a kind soul but was easily a misbehaving child.
The following days, weeks and months their friendship got better, till the part where the animal even started to understand the boy. Even though he was speaking human tongue towards the canine. People in the village were just thinking this was like a miracle, but to the mother, this was just a confrontation. At a night Hato was restless to sleep, the pupper he had named Blitz was fast asleep. He slowly went downstairs and had been training himself to sneak downstairs in order to get into cookie jars. But he didn;’t think his mom would be still up. There was a candle burning and she wasn’t alone. In these years they lost granny, but grandpa was still around. His mom was drinking something that he found reeking… Alcohol was what he knew. Unknowing how he would later think about it in teen years, but still. He sat himself down on the stairs and was looking at the couple sitting through a gap in the wood. “But dad…” The mother spoke and placed the glass down. “ He had these same traits… what if it didn’t miss a generation?” “We cannot say that for a certain sweetheart.” “I kind of do.. Have you seen how Blitz reacts towards Hato, the other way around.. The fact that he smells rotting in the meat before we do… It also explains.” A sigh would be heard and she placed her hands in her hairs. The older man just took his drink down in one gulp. “That might be true… Then all I can say… let’s hope it stays with this, that nothing else will be happening. This we can work with as a village too. If he gets more towards his dad’s side…” “But he is out the picture!” She yelled and snapped on the man. “Sorry… It is just… We cannot be together… I can’t handle that. Knowing he is always risking his life… I don't even know where he is now.” Hato was done hearing and started to sneak upstairs, he prodded blitz awake and just started to hug and pet him. They didn’t need words, Blitz knew there was something upsetting Hato. To Hato… his mom never talked about dad, never even wanted to open up to that subject, but she did so easily to grandpa… It was a long night for both, so it wasn’t a surprise they slept in the next day.
When he was 8 years old, grandpa already passed away out of being old and ill. So it was just he and his mom. Hato was out in the woods, collecting berries for his mom, where Blitz was helping actively for. But eventually, Blitz was hiding, the closer Hato gained, the more steel the air smelled. “Blood..?” Was a thought rushing through his head, it always smelled. Once he sat down beside Blitz in the bush… He peeked carefully and was seeing two guys fighting. One of them threw a fireball at someone and that someone wasn’t as badly hurt at the other. He had a massive bow and was shooting at the other but at times… they seemed to vanish into thin air, or a log fell down. In awe the boy kept looking, he found the fireball so awesome, that he tried to mimic the movements with his hands. Nothing happened at first, but eventually, there was a scream of the man who made them all the time. seconds later… the body just lay there… now he finally saw what was the other figure. He had a mask and got close to the person, did something and left. Hato was really curious… but he was fearful of this, he pulled back and went towards the village’s square. He talked towards Maiko over it but was still hesitant to tell anything else. Maiko told him that is was probably just a skilled hunter that hunted a bounty. Hato took it but made the movements with his hands once more. He thanked Maiko and went towards the small area again where he had seen them fight… The body was gone, even when he went there, there was nothing much. He stood in the middle of that empty space he started to practice those hand things that he had seen that guy doing… eventually, he took a breathe and breathe out. A small fireball got out and it scared the boy. “D-did I?!” He was excited to say the least and he rushed home. “Mom-mom! Look what I can do!” He was so proud that his mom leaned on the bar with a satisfied look, thinking it would be something innocent.
He made the hand signs and his mom's eyes went big, seconds later he breathed in and breathe out. But what they both didn’t foresee happen, a big ball of fire got out of the boy’s mouth. His mom just in time got out of the way, before it all catches fire. She grabbed the child and the dog before she got out, she got to her knees outside and Hato was there sobbing sorry. A lot of villagers came quickly to the bar and saw it burn down. It was already too late to extinguish the fire. They asked what had happened and a few moments later, the mom explained that baking something didn’t go right… and with that in mind, the fire started out of the oven. They were too late to notice it. They slept the night at the hostel… But for her one thing was clear. She couldn’t raise the child, not like this… but she knew who could.
That night she spends her time planning things…
In the morning the mother had packed the little belongings they had left. They set out to the oase of sand. For the whole morning, the mother was silent. She blamed herself for the situation they were both in as they were right now. in the afternoon she started to speak about all the places they would go towards, even to who they might be able to meet. His father. This shook Hato into reality. He questioned his mother what she meant with this, but she asked not to ask many questions, as she was going through a long while of thinking progress. Multiple times on that same day she asked Hato which way they had to go. This went of for 2 more days. Hato knew exactly which way to point to set the route further to where they would be going.
The next morning… he was alone. His backpack was filled with food and water and he had his blanket. But his mother was gone. He frantically started to search for her, but this seemed to no end. He didn’t understand why his mom suddenly left him. Neither did Blitz who was still sleeping. The whole morning he started to search for her, but this was in defeat. There were no footsteps bar his own. Slowly the heartbroken child started to roam around towards the direction he had to go. but he kept asking himself why did she leave him… And eventually gave himself the blame, because he burned down the bar, being trouble for her.
After a week or two, the boy ended up in a small village. He did mini chores for some food and water before he would go on again. But in a small village, there was a quick word of the fact that a small boy was roaming the place, doing chores before he would go on. This led unfortunately for Hato into something he couldn’t see in a long shot.
Hato didn’t remember much about waking up in this place, it had a door.. a shutter below and above that seemed to be able to open, but no matter how he pried he couldn’t get the top one open. He did have his buddy Blitz by him and he started to seek comfort by him. It was then that he noticed he and his pet had a necklace around their necks. “w-what…” Hato had been muttering as he took a look, he couldn’t even break the poor animals one and no matter how he tugged on his own it wouldn’t come off. At day one nothing much seemed to happen, he just imprisoned… but on day two, he was dragged outside by his arm, the pet was left alone in the cell. Once Hato was thrown in a bigger room, he looked to the corner where a small animal was laying down. “o-oi, are you alri--” Before he could finish his sentence, he heard someone from above. He looked up and was given a command to kill the animal. Yet Hato wouldn’t do this, he thought it was rather cruel. Since he didn’t what they wanted him to, a shock was given. The man pushed a button and pointed towards the boy and he shrimped in one and screamed. Frantic about what to do he sat on his knees, holding his arms close to him curled up, panting and looking around him. “W-why?!” He shouted and another shock was given, this time a slight bit longer but as heavy as before. To get rid of that, he did what was asked and killed the poor thing. He was mentally exhausted after that as he kept saying sorry to the thing. The man wasn’t pleased to see him saying sorry and gave a long shock. It gave the boy a pass out, waking up the cell with a major headache… He also saw Blitz laying against him. Yet Hato didn’t react much, he felt horrible… he had killed something and held a headache… he cuddled Blitz who didn’t react much either. The days were long, and there was hardly a break from the experiments. How the days had turned into a week… and that week almost in a full month. He had now seen many, many things happening, people turn into… thinks, the owner just killing for fun or having a go with a leash at someone, even one time at Blitz. the experiments were horrendous even needles were there. The killing experiment… had turned worse over time too. On a day something else was happening, no one was really sure why. Their routines… as far as you could call them, were disrupted. Something was going on in the halls… and eventually, the doors opened up. A group of shinobi identified themselves as Sunagakure shinobi… They said we could trust them, that this was over… Hato held blitz close and didn’t even dare to make eye contact with them all.
That is how he got end up in the hospital, a friendly lady was helping him. But no matter what she tried with him, Hato wouldn’t let her as long as the canine wasn’t fully examined first. Even he knew his trusty friend had to go through worse then he had, as he barely had a spirit left in himself. They both were in for a full recovery, but still, his life was taking a turn. “P-papa..?” He learned that his father was inside this village. Something he didn’t think of happening, yet that moment was here. He did have a family left, which became his piece of hope.
