Physical Description: Snow white hair blends into the scenery of Kumogakure very well, his grey eyes only adding to the equation. He has a noticeable scar on the left side of his face and a bandage on his nose almost all the time—playground scuffles seem to define the child's idea of schoolyard fun. His build is rather slim, but it wouldn't quite be accurate to say that he has a lanky build. His height is about average with the other students, though he's been starting to grow a little more rapidly this last year.
Mental Description: Ko is a playful little kid, who seems to have an air of calmness and thoughtfulness about him. His intelligence is quite high, but he still seems to lack a bit of an understanding as to how the world works. His curiosity knows no bounds, whereas his patience can be measured with one finger. While some people are optimists, pessimists, or even cynics, Ko is an opportunist, and takes whatever chance is presented to him. Sometimes he can be a bit prideful, but it's not often that he lets that run away from him.
Character History: Not much can be said for Ko's past. He's always lived with his family in the village of Kumogakure, and hasn't really had anything all too crazy happen to him. His mother stays at home to take care of the house, and his father works as a business man and a merchant. They've always been relatively well off, and beyond the few neighborhood incidents nothing too major has ever happened to Kotsuko. That, though, is exactly why he wants to become a shinobi. You see them everyday—walking around, training, and being admired as not only brave and courageous, but also as something immensely cool. Ko had always wanted that. He worked day and night to train himself to be good enough for the Academy, even getting into a few more scuffles with the local bullies than he reasonably should. But it was all so that he could be admitted into the Academy, and one day become a cool shinobi as well.
