Character's Physical Description: Ritsuko is a 12 year old girl standing at four feet and ten inches tall. She has green hair that goes an inch or two past her waist and is usually kept down with a ribbon in the back of her hair, but occasionally is put into a ponytail. She currently weighs in at roughly Ninty-Five pounds. For the time being, a usual outfit that she wears is a white top with a blue bow tied around her neck loosely, and a blue skirt with normal shoes. The ribbon that she has in her hair to hold some of her hair back is yellow.
Character's Mental Description: Ritsuko's personality is not that much different from a normal kid, as she's normally happy and active. If something sad that happens to her or around her. She's normally active but if she's doing chores for her parents or running an errand, she does enjoy to take a break every now and again. On the flip side, she doesn't entirely like getting mad at people but she will if they do things that she doesn't like for extended periods of time or if they just do so repeatedly. The young girl can act a bit spoiled, but it's not all too often when it happens.

Character History: The parents of Ritsuko were both born within Konohagakure, knew each other while growing up, the whole love story of childhood friends, and eventually even stayed in Fire country while the civil war had ravaged the land. Towards the end of the civil war was when they had eventually had their first child, a daughter they decided to call Ritsuko. As she was growing up, she could hear people older than her talking about a war that had happened not too long prior, but it was before she could really remember so she didn't entirely pay too much mind. With her parents both having been in a medical field in some way, shape, or form, they kept bringing up her joining one of them in their job in the future.
Once Ritsuko had reached eleven years old, she had continued to be told every now again by her parents to help one of them out with their jobs, but after putting some thought through it she had eventually decided that the following year that she would eventually join the Ninja Academy but would probably join the medical branch when she could. This descision wasn't something she had told her parents at first or even for a good while after making it in fear ofthem being disappointed but as time neared her 12th birthday, she had eventually told them and to her surprise they weren't disappointed in her since they had told her that they were glad that she was just following their steps into some medical field and just to make sure she wouldn't push herself and just to stay safe. She promised them that she would and as the days moved on, so did her 12th birthday and even the day that she would actually sign up for the Shinobi Academy in Konohagakure.
