He had observed enough.
From the moment he'd flown into the Saunan airspace, he'd been met with hostility and chaos. Blown up, and sent as cannon fodder, Sekuro may have been mostly a machine but he was not without sense of self, and the human in him had finally convinced his programming that their needs would likely be easier met elsewhere.
There was no guarantee of the Kazekage's reward and Sekuro had little reason to trust the words of a man backed into a corner.
This realization came during a mission to protect civilians.
Working with rogues and mercenaries was not like working with trained shinobi, or so he thought. Another teammate had thought to heal all the defeated bandits but not to fortify the civilian defense. Sekuro could not work on a team comprised of such a sporadic nature. His programming had determined that this country was simply too unstable and thus, it was time to go. At the very least, he'd registered the chakra of several strong chakra sources and could use that information to track them later.
Flying through the air once more, Kazekage's words be damned, Sekuro, aided by his Flight Armor would rocket through the tunnels of the underground track in search of the nearest exit.
Perhaps unknown to the Saunan people as a whole, but there was a freshly made hole recently blasted through the tunnels. Sekuro had felt the intensity of the blast himself. Whichever entry came first, be it the elevator or the meteor hole left by his former teammate, Sekuro was on his way out as fast as his chakra propulsors would take him.
