Rei is a young woman with long, straight black hair, which reaches to the middle of her back. Her eyes are a deep dark-blue in which it is rather easy to get lost. She stands at 170cm and has a fairly athletic build, but is rather very well-endowed much to her obvious disdain. Thus she attempts to hide that fact by wearing clothes covering most of her top body and she tends to wear skin-tight clothes on her lower body. It is quite common to see her wearing a dress, which reaches just to her knees with a pair of black tights and knee-high boots. While her garb tends to vary quite a bit there is one recurring theme and that is having long sleeves and always wearing gloves reaching just about mid-forearm. A rather notable thing, which is very rarely seen is the large burn scar covering her left arm from the elbow to the shoulder as well as her right hand. Due to her being trapped in the ice for so long she has lost quite a bit of weight as she recovers from the experience.

She has a rather relaxed air about her, which tends to warm the hearts of her companions due to her rather obvious cheerfulness. Curiosity is a rather newly developed kink of her personality with relation to her current circumstances. She has a rather open attitude towards anything, though shows a rather strong dislike for technology as it tends to freak her out quite a bit. Rei tends to show signs of chivalry and a strong sense of honor, though that is not something she holds people against even though she is rather proud. Selflessness is a rather interesting kink of her persona as it can sometimes even end up as being self-sacrificial if she believes that is the right thing to do at that point in time.

“Come on let's get this over with. I'm tired you are tired we are all tired. This is the last thing we need to do, so hop to it.” The middle-aged shinobi said as he placed the final few explosive tags on the wall of the cavern. This little expedition had taken a too long and they had decided to take a little shortcut. If everything was right this wall should more than halve their walk back, which was something everyone welcomed. They were tired and it didn't seem like the cavern was going to collapse by making a small entrance through it plus it would help others traveling the same road. “Clear” The shinobi shouted and blew the tags up. A large cloud of smoke rose and when it finally cleared something rather unexpected was revealed – A rather large block of ice and seemingly somebody inside it.

Rei just barely managed to open her eyes after lying on something rather soft for what seemed like a few hours. For some reason she just couldn't move at all or remember how she ended up here. A white ceiling greeted her as well as some hazy noise. It could be someone speaking or just as easily it could be her ears ringing. How long she stayed that way she didn't know, but eventually everything fell to darkness once more as she finally fell asleep.

“It's amazing! Truly amazing! Firstly how exactly did a block of ice that size manage to stay frozen and how long has it been there? Secondly how is it possible for someone to be frozen and survive it! It is absolutely amazing!” A male voice resounded off the walls as someone was speaking about something. She really didn't know what he was talking about and he was speaking in a rather interesting way. It wasn't really something she'd heard before, so that most-likely meant she was somewhere, where she hadn't been before. Where was she? Questions just piled up and no answers came. Soon she blacked out once more.

How many days had passed she didn't really know, but slowly her muscles got stronger and she was able to move once more, however painful every movement was. “Good Morning!” the voice of the doctor made her looked at the door just as he entered. “So how are you doing today?” He asked with a smile as he took a seat ”Good Morrow to thee as well, Doctor” She replied. ” I am rather well thank you greatly for thine concern.” The young woman quickly added and returned the smile, carefully sitting up in her bed. After all it would be quite rude of her as she didn't. “So do you remember anything new today? Possibly what your name is or where you came from? Maybe how you ended up in that block of ice?” The old man asked kindly, but it was clear he already knew the answer to those questions. Her memory really wasn't what one would describe as helpful in this occasion. ”I am terribly sorry, Doctor, nothing new comes to me.” She answered. The man appeared lost in thought for a second. That second quickly turned to a minute, but he soon spoke up.”How about we give you a name then...what do you think of Rei?” She thought for a second, but soon nodded

How or what had happened she still didn't know, but one thing was clear- Rei had been trapped in that block of ice for a rather long time. Another thing she found out was that she was most-likely a shinobi or at least some sort of mercenary before, because she had practical knowledge of shinobi techniques and a affinity for water. The doctors had showed her how to test and it had passed. Her memory was still in shambles and she didn't know far too many things, though at this point that was pointless knowledge. The world had changed so much from what she knew it was unbelievable, but things were very slowly coming together. It would take quite some time to fix her manner of speech, though everything was becoming easier and easier every day. The doctors had offered her a place to stay and work as an MiT or a trainee doctor. Apparently her ninjutsu was quite adept at healing and it also gave them a way to monitor her recovery without keeping her bed-ridden. All in all it was something she preferred. It had been like a nightmare for those few weeks where she was still unable to leave bed. At the start her muscles had apparently been damaged quite a bit and they still hadn't really recovered, though that was slowly getting better. What would happen next only time could tell.

Inner Reservoir - Passive (2 points)
Ninjas with a water adept often have a deep inner reserve of power within them that responds especially with their connection to liquids. This chakra is fundamentally water-natured, and so cannot be used with any other jutsu.
Effect: Creates a second chakra pool equal to 25% of the user’s normal chakra pool. Only water jutsu can be cast from this chakra pool.
Master Water Manipulation - Passive (3 points)
Restriction: C Rank and up
Master water adepts can generate water no matter where they are using any of their chakra, not just their special reserves; this makes their water jutsu more powerful than that of any other shinobi.
Effect: +15% Water Damage
Liquid Efficiency - Boost (3 points)
Restriction - Can only be purchased a maximum of 3 times.
Water is not always a luxury that is at hand. Vital as it is, conservation of water is essential, especially for one whose powers come from it. Water adepts with this ability can spend less chakra when using water jutsu, thereby conserving energy.
Effect: Water jutsu cost 15% less chakra, including maintain costs.
Healing Waters - Dependent Special Move (2 points)
Restriction: C Rank and up
Water is not only a destructive force, but the source of all life; without water, nothing can survive. Under this philosophy, water adepts can channel water jutsu designed to hurt and maim into the healing aspect of water.
Effect: Water jutsu may be used to heal instead of hurt. Area-effect water jutsu will heal anyone within the area of effect, friend or foe regardless. The affected jutsu costs +20% CP. Is only effected by Water buffs. Can only be used once per round.
Fluid Motion - Passive (2 Points)
Water is their native territory, and their blood. Water Adept simply seem to glide in the water. The rain itself also seems to grant them special bonuses to their movement and allowing them to move faster than their opponents.
Effect: The user is faster after casting a water jutsu, granting a +2 dodge bonus. When any AoE Water Jutsu has been cast that round by anyone, the Water Adept gains a +3 dodge bonus. Lasts the remainder of the round, and does not stack with itself.
Water Absorb - Passive (3 Points)
Restriction- Three water jutsu mastered
Its silly to assume that water users so innately tuned to their element could ever be harmed by it that much. In fact, they are so used to water that it even heals their wounds, acting as a natural balm for their injuries.
Effect: Level E and D Water jutsu heal the user for that much HP instead of damage. Take only 80% damage from level C Water jutsu. And 90% damage from level B Water jutsu.
Water Blessing - Passive (3 Points)
The cool liquid employed in healing is such a soothing substance to them that some Water Affinitists actually heal from the rain. No matter how harsh the downpour, the user is calmly unruffled, absorbing the droplets as if it were their very lifeblood.
Effect: User recovers 3% Max HP every round they cast a water jutsu.
Aqua Charge - Dependent Special Move (2 Points)
Restriction- Must have Inner Reservoir
A water user's jutsu can be charged up in order for them to unleash a tidal wave on their opponents. This is a specialty peculiar to water users who have an innate pool of the element's mystical chakra housed within them
