Born in a small village in the country of Fire.
At the age of four his Mother died in child birth as did his unborn sibling.
At age twelve he was sold by his opium addicted father to pay of his debts. Sold to a gambling den on the outskirts of Tea Country.
Between twelve and sixteen learned to play flute and sing as entertainment to guests, music became his only joy in life.
At age seventeen, after having the fingers on his right hand broken as punishment for theft (which he had not committed) ran away from the gambling den, pursued and injured further by hired guards and soldiers.
After three days of running was rescued when a stranger slaughtered a significant number of soldiers and guards.
Taken to the outskirts of Fire country where the stranger (Myakashi Yong) took him in to his home and tended his wounds.
Age seventeen to twenty three learned the Ninja Arts, utilising his flute, bells and voice as a focus for his Ninjutsu and Genjutsu (Cadency) under the tutelage of Hirato Yong.
Age twenty three to twenty seven took on masters name and armour. Became a hired blade and assassin. After successfully joining the hidden village of Rain, to gain access to and inhume a number of high profile targets, he made good his escape declared a missing ninja and a wanted fugitive.
