RETURNING TO THE OLD + Bonus
Through the endless discussions and heartaches, a final decision has finally come through.
Even though it is understandable many wanted to see a new side of NC with a new and refreshing stat system.
Unfortunately for the people that desired that, the discussions has resulted in us reverting to the old system.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN
- All players, new and old, will be returning to the 3600 max PL system.
- All stats' absolute maximum value will be at 600!
- All points that may have been spent above this value will be placed into your Advanced Shop Point bank.
- However, you may also decide to put all those points directly into yen, or to master Jutsus this is naturally also allowed.
- There will be no change to stats gained per week, it stays at 50.
- This process will be undertaken in your Training Threads. Council members will then examine and accept those training notes.
- All those players currently in a modded battle will continue until finished
WHAT MORE

- <B>Including the aforementioned stats, every single player will be granted ONE more Ability slot.
- This new ability can be anything as normally ruled as gain-able Abilities.
- This new Ablility must be RPed for just like all the other Abilities.
