History: Born to a strict Isolationist village on the southern body of the fire country Rihoko grew up in a fiercely racist and bigoted environment that viewed the ninja of the country as evil warmongers while boasting about their samurai garrison saying that they were the divine guardians of the land of fire. The village itself was a mining town that supplied the capital of the fire country with metals and the odd gem found in the mines. Due to this wealth of outgoing trade and a self sufficient farming system the village was able to ban all incoming trade and in their minds, stay pure from the rest of the country meaning they were less likely to give birth to a child that has the potential to become a ninja. In fact the samurai that protected the village who where viewed as hero's to the villagers were not even allowed inside meaning their garrison had to be further down the road making patrols difficult. Rihoko's family was a prime example of this enclosed society since her father was the head of the mines who hated changing from his traditionalist way and her mother often helped the local Militia root out any child born with a high chakra capacity which led to the child being cast out and the parents executed for being impure but Rihoko herself lived a comfortable life ignorant of the adults ways and often enjoyed just playing with her friends and helping her mother cook.
Until one day 'it' happened changing the young girls life forever, you see the only thing the village had in the way of ninja based products was a seal carved into the village elders chair in the gathering hall of the village. This was seen as a necessary evil so they could stay pure and when a child turned nine they would be sat in the chair and any chakra level higher than a normal civilian would set the seal off, meaning the child was a ninja potential and must be sent away. Rihoko herself was a week away from her visit to the chair and was very nervous especially with how the adults were acting since a few days ago a, young man from the village had come across an injured konoha nin in the forest while gathering medicinal herbs for the doctor, and due to the teachings the young man thought it would be a good idea to kill this weakened nin with a pocket knife and leave the body behind. Of course Konoha tracking ninja came searching for their comrade and quickly figured out what had happened. The ninja returned to the village and reported what had happened sending the village into an uproar which soon sent the daimyo into a rage over what his people were doing especially, when any missive sent to them was returned with apathetic comments about how the Daimyo should stop allowing the ninja to run his country.
All these events came together to bring about what happened soon after. A week later it was time for Rihoko's test and the frightened little girl was pushed into the gathering hall and taken by the hand by the elder of the village. Soon enough Rihoko was forced to sit down in the elders chair and the old man gave a small speech before taking a tag off the chair allowing the seal to work. Rihoko's heart sank at this as almost immediately the seal began to whistle meaning it had detected chakra causing the crowd to boo and hiss while her parent's faces began to pale. The elder grabbed her roughly by the shoulder and pushed her out of the chair to the floor with a sneer of disgust before going to speak but fortune smiled upon Rihoko as the door burst open and a contingent of samurai rushed in and began to cut down all the adults. Soon everything blurred together for the child until she found herself on a cart bound for the leaf village along with the other children of her home. It turned out the Daimyo lost his patience with the village and labled it corrupt beyond all control and had his samurai burn the entire village to the ground so a new one could take over under his direct guidance but he was not a cruel man and ordered that all the children be taken to Konoha for ninja training for those with large chakra's while the rest would go into an orphanage. Now orphaned and her last name taken away before the samurai came Rihoko must come to terms with her loss and embrace a new life style that has been thrust upon her.
