Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Name: Saito, Satsuki
Age: 12

Rank: Genin

Mental Description: While his clansmen would call Satsuki unmotivated, he does not entirely feel that way. Despite his clan's urging and his family's encouragement, he simply never found much draw or desire to the shinobi arts. In fact, many of the areas he finds himself spending his time in hold little to no interest to him. Instead of simply being unmotivated, he would say he simply has not yet found his calling, something that drives him forward and helps him push through the pane of glass that he views his life through.

That lack of motivation is kept in check by two key elements of Satsuki's life. First, his older sister, by two minutes, is as dedicated to the clan and their fighting styles as any of their generation. Although she is not the most competent, simply seeing the enthusiasm and drive she has to learn and excel and the joy it brings her is enough to keep him moving forward after her. Secondly, he is simply a natural. The Jūken fighting style is a natural fit for him and his control of his own chakra systems naturally exceeds the rest of his generation. As a result, the token effort he puts forward is enough for him to keep stride with his sister, though he has no desire to push himself any harder, lest he make her lose face with the clan.

In recent months, the youth has curled inwards, even from his own sister. He could not describe why, but he had little interest in clan competitions or even the shinobi arts as a whole. He allowed himself to be pushed to doing the bare minimum required and when it came to Tsukiko, he overtly gave all of his energy and attention to her, but as soon as her boundless energy left the room, so to did his own. His family have brushed off his demeanor as a result of the sibling's inability to utilize the Byakugan yet, convinced that once he and his sister do and they join the village as proper shinobi, all of his issues with be scattered to the clouds.

Physical Description: Satsuki does not stand out amongst those of his generation in terms of appearance. Like many from his clan, his frame is modestly thin and agile, the result of a youth spent pushed towards graceful movements rather than brute strength. His hair is cut short and is often is some level of disarray, as if rebelling against itself. The only notable feature that both he and his twin sister share is their green-blue hair, inherited from their mother who married into the prestigious clan. From their father's side they inherited the distinctive Hyuuga eyes, with a pure white iris and pupils that only accentuate Satsuki's naturally bored appearing expression.

While the specific garb he wears is practically a uniform for the clan, he often does the bare minimum upkeep to make it or himself appear professional or even presentable. If it were not for his sister picking up that slack and giving him constant encouragement, praise and help, the young man might not even bother changing clothes for days on end. This often seems to be even more obvious when he is with his sibling during official clan business, often goes so far as to sub-consciously fuss his outfit so that Tsukiko's looks that much more crisp and dignified next to his own loosely tied and untucked outfit.

History: Both just two minutes after his sister, Tsukiko, Satsuki grew up within the strict confines of clan tradition and hierarchy. Some of the clansmen claim that their mother babied him, not pushing him to be as driven and determined as his sister became. This is true to an extent, but even from an early age it took little prodding for the young boy to follow in his older sister's footsteps, obediently training and learning the ways of the Gentle Palm from their elders. He saw her as a role model and while he was much more naturally talented, he unconsciously kept himself from pushing being her. This immensely frustrated their teachers, but he seemed oblivious to this self-imposed limitation and while he acknowledged he was a quick learner, he never saw himself as any better than she was.

His advancement was slower than the others of their generation, held back by his sister's lack of innate talent and his lack of motivation to excel. By the time they graduated from the academy at the age of 12, they were already the oldest of the small handful of clansmen who had graduated over the past few years. This never bothered Satsuki directly, and it only served to motivate his sister to push further and try even harder. That was until his sister ran into a wall her determination has yet to be able to shove her over, the girl had not yet unlocked the ability to activate the Byakugan. As a result, while he and his sister officially graduated from the academy over a year ago, they were not permitted to join any squads or partake in active duty as a genin until they manifested the cornerstone ability of the clan.

Unknown to his clan or even his sister, Satsuki had managed to utilize the technique on at least one occasion during their later academy days, but internalized shame and fear of not being able to stay with his sister force him to repress it until they both could advance together. Satsuki knew the deeply rooted traditions of the clan would force he and his wonderful sister apart if he showed more signs of potential than she. Ultimately his goal is to join the medical branch with his sister so that they can serve in active duty together from within the walls of the village. The thought of being separated from his sister by being conscripted into the ANBU was no small source of distress.

With little else to do but falsely train to unlock the clan's technique, Satsuke has retreated more fully into himself over the past year. The wall of glass that seems to sit in front of him grew thicker and hazier and he bounced back between shame for feeling as if he is overshadowing his sister and shame for not making their family, and the clan as a whole, proud. In recent months, the only time he has left his room within his family home was when either Tsukiko or another member of the clan forced or guilted him away from his seclusion.

Thank you with being patient, unfortunately we cannot approve of your application because the clan you requested is unable to be join due to the owner of the clan being inactive. Sorry this took so long but it was being discussed behind the scenes.

But however you can just leave out the whole being apart of the Saito thing and instead focus more on your bloodline. Basically take out all the parts involving the Saito and just leave it as plain old hyuuga then your character can be approved because right now you can't join the Saito clan. Sorry...
