Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Name: Sanade, Mitsu
Nickname: Mimi - very close friends, Mittens - we'll see...
Age: 11
Gender: Male
Character's Physical Description: Reaching a height of four foot ten inches and possessing a weight of eighty-one pounds, Mitsu has an average build for a child his age. Though the work he puts in solely physical training can be seen by the slightly toned muscles on his body. Due to training and napping out in the sun for prolonged periods of time his skin tone has tanned somewhat. Hair colored a dark raven hue, which he never styles or cuts save for the small ponytail in the back, leaving it in a wild bed head look. Staring him down one would see the dark brown orbs that are his eyes. The attire he sports is usually a red vest that is unzipped above a black sleeveless shirt, and baggy dark brown pants with black ninja sandals on his feet. Also, Mitsu always carries a pair of shades with him that he wears in his hair.
Character's Mental Description: There are two words that could accurately define Mitsu for the overall part, avarice and laziness. However, these aren't really bad. Mitsu is greedy only in his pursuit of experiences with any and everything that catches his interest. Which for something to catch said interest would be only moderately difficult, but afterwards Mitsu will have his eyes peeled in observation and his spirit thrusting him forward through anything that gets in his way. Though when he has zero interest in something he instantly forfeits all effort directed in that occupation and finds a nice comfy spot to nap on. Mitsu can most likely be found sleeping throughout the village in a number of his personal nap spots. A core reason for the moniker given to him by the villagers as hummingbird of Iwa, since the plant life there is poorer than other villages a hummingbird would have nothing to do in such a place. Though in a field of flowers a hummingbird dashes here and there flapping it's wings at blurring speeds. Besides the two most noticeable traits, Mitsu is all around a nice guy after people get to know him. He enjoys watching nature as a past-time to play around with his thoughts and relish in the nice scenery around him, and as such is naturally a quiet person. That is until he becomes closer to someone and his mischievous side surfaces as he likes to play pranks and test how gullible his friends can be. He rarely seems like one for the battle field which is the look he wants to keep, despite that a spar or training of the body will always have a place in his schedule for the day. He dislikes the look of coming off as battle hungry or violent as he wants to take after his "mother". Fighting is just something he will always have an interest in, learning new tactics, other's abilities, its all endless. This interest in battle is second only to his interest in people. Its an interest he obtained from when he first arrived in the village from noticing how different the villagers were from his homeland. So he tends to subtly go about closely observing anyone he meets for the first time.
History: Born to so and so, he doesn't know their names or even what they look like. Beginning in Mizu no kuni, Mitsu can only recall his time as an orphan in a small village some distance from the village hidden in the mist. His life then was filled with nothing but numerous attempts at survival. Stealing from those who were too old to catch him, and begging to those who had not heard a word about him. This was until they had made their move. A local group of outcast shinobi had made themselves known and began extorting the farmers for their earnings and food, and by some cruel joke he had become their mascot. Tasking him with going door to door himself to retrieve the contributions to their little gang, and only feeding him less than whatever was left over from their meals. So little by little the hatred that clung to the gang soon wrapped it's claws around him as well. Rumors spread that he was in league with them all along, though a good number didn't like him even before the rogues had shown up. Thus he was sure that even if somehow the rogues left he would most likely still be mistreated by the farmers there. But he didn't care too much, it was hard but he was alive none the less. If asked how he felt at the time, he wouldn't be able to give an answer. He couldn't say he hated it but it was obvious he didn't like it, but that wasn't there either. He felt nothing is what felt most right to say. There was nothing there for him, nothing important, nothing even close.

He lived that way till about the age of six, when everything changed. A woman had made her way through the village as a trader of sorts, looking for anything that might be exclusive to the area and low costing here yet valuable in other places she had been. The woman was rather young looking with long flowing brown hair and was wearing a pair of sunglasses along with a cloak that hid her figure. Not long after her arrival she had taken notice of the gang and their actions. In a brief scrimmage she revealed herself to be far superior than the group and had sent them on their way broken, unable to use their hands let alone a weapon ever again. After which the villagers swarmed around her in cheers and admiration, before spotting Mitsu still untouched. They stared daggers at the boy urging him to leave as well, if he didn't want to meet the same fate. Mitsu didn't move an inch, there wasn't really a reason to. the woman had walked up to him before she quickly clenched his face in a claw hold, awfully painful by the way, lifted him off the ground, and proceeded to carry him out the village. For the next couple of years she had raised him like he was her own and trained him how to defend himself. Mitsu had come to know her as Kanna, he didn't know what her actual work was since it was suspicious for an ordinary trader to have those kinds of skills. But he pushed the thought aside and came to trust and like her like no other. She was like a mother to him, no, as far as he was concerned she was just that.

A couple years down the road of traveling and trading in lands far and wide, they came upon the village hidden in stone. Kanna had made it known that it was her home and that she couldn't come back here even though she wanted to. Also, she had told him that this would be where they part paths for a long time and probably forever. The boy didn't understand, confused, saddened, heartbroken; he felt it all. Was he being left alone again? Was he to revert back into that state of nothingness? No, she had explained how he would make lots of friends here like she had and come to become like a family. Finally, before saying goodbye she relinquished her sunglasses on to him with her parting words of "return them when you become strong like me".
