Character Physical Description:
Ren’s medium length brown hair hangs down to about his eyes, occasionally blocking his view. The dark brown eyes pear out from behind his hair while his face is formed into a smirk. He is almost always wearing red, normally a red coat covering him from his neck to around his knees. He is of average height and weight. Nothing about his appearance makes him stand out at all in fact. Being average is kind of his thing, physically, mentally and ability wise. Ren normally wears nicely fitting black jeans with black shoes. Sometimes he can be found wearing a red scarf around his neck with his, same shade of red, coat.
Character Behavioral Description:
Ren is most well known for his sarcastic attitude; he is rarely serious when the situation doesn’t call for it. While talking to him he could be mistaken for cocky but when over exaggerating his abilities he is all talk, he knows his true strength. The boy is a fan of mind games, whether it is confusing puzzles or strategy games like chess. He tends to act on impulse only to then have to think on his toes to keep the situation under control. Ren is, or tries to be a social butterfly he talks to everyone and does’t quite understand the word “awkward” he is comfortable talking about anything to anyone. A negative thing about Ren is he loves to sleep late and his laziness makes him seem much less impressive than he truly can be. Ren is also notorious for his flirting. He strangely flirts with both sexes but never lets on to his sexual preferences. He’s like a question mark, curved on the end but other than that perfectly straight. Depends which side you end up on.
Character History:
Ren was born into a middle class family of non shinobi. His family owns a bakery, living on the top floor with the bakery on the bottom. Naturally Ren grew up with his parents set on him keeping the bakery in the family, so as expected Ren is a talented baker. Baking is his go to skill to get the b**chs. Growing up Ren didn’t even know was Shinobi were he was just a simple kid, but eventually, when Ren was 7 the Raikage had requested they house an injured Shinobi named Uchiha Fuu. His family happily obliged and the kind old Uchiha shared many stories of his time as a Cloud Shinobi. He told Ren he was only an average shinobi and most people’s power would exceed his, but Ren was fascinated. He learned the basics of what a Shinobi was and bothered his parents until they let him join the Academy when he became of age. He cruised through the academy as an average student and performed that way at the Genin exam, he became a genin but was never offered the chance to join the ANBU or medical branches. Not that he would let that bother him. He was fine being a main brancher he had heard rumors that it took the least work to be a main branch shinobi, though he felt he still did plenty of work. After he spent his day training or on a mission he would come home in the evening and help his family work the bakery, be it doing the baking or manning the cash register Ren was kept busy by his parents.
