Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Yuuto had given the task of finding a suitable opponent. In truth since his release he had done many things, fighting being the main one. He had done battle with the Medical Sennin Junko, coming out on top but not being as powerful when it came to raw Ninjutsu power. He tested Kiri, a young Shinobi with the power of a demon inside of him. Yuuto then fought and assimilated a Hyena-Scorpion Hybrid Manticore. Through that battle he had gained the endurance of a monster, giving Yuuto shock absorbing muscles, that essentially turned Kinetic force into power for speed and retaliation. In a more recent bout he dealt with another Gas Mask Assassin but through assimilation it was only a matter of time before he unlocked the secrets to his DNA. Yuuto cut his hair, and sported a new outfit revealing more of his body and the scars that covered it. For a Medical Genjutsu Oriented Shinobi, he was quite the specimen now.

His opponent today was someone named Raku, to be honest Yuuto didn't read much on the file only glancing at the name and picture. He wanted to be totally surprised by his opponent and needed to guage his own abilities against that of a shinobi on his level. What use could he be to Kumogakure and their new alliance with Konoha. He couldn't be a strong powerhouse if he didn't flex his muscles once in a while right? With the fact that there was always someone stronger out there, Yuuto would always push himself to the limit. He wanted the battle to be at night-time when no one was around. The arena was still under reconstruction so it would add to the dynamics of their fight, on top of the already looming dark.

Yuuto would be standing in the middle of the arena on top of a pile of rubble, staring into the sky. He was pretty much posted up like Kumo's very own Perfect Cell, just waiting for someone to run his fade. Raku would see a belt pouch around his waist, a black mic with a woodgrain handle twirling in his hands. He'd be humming a tune, nothing too particular, just making noise that would softly vibrate around the arena. The slit on his forehead was open revealing his third eye. Yuuto was ready for battle, the only other question, was Raku?

Honestly, it had been a while. Raku hadn't had a serious fight in quite some time, and he was itching for it. Sparring was always a good way to test ones self against a real opponent. The Colosseum was the perfect place for this, and shinobi from Kumo had fights there all the time. With the ability to submit yourself to look for a fight, it wasn't too hard to get one lined up, which was exactly what had happened. Raku had been matched against another Shinobi from Cloud by the name of Yuuto apparently. He didn't want to ask around or try to figure out too much about the man, as he wanted this spar to help further his battle experience, and simulate the feel of a real battle; although it was to just be a friendly spar.

Wearing his usual battle attire, of his grey cargo pants, long-sleeved black shirt covered by his dark grey combat vest. Equipped at his sides were his two swords as well as other equipment hidden within his attire. He entered the arena in the moonlit night. He wasn't one to prefer the darkness, but it would certainly be a change of pace. Walking into the main area as a slight breeze rolled through, causing his hair to blow back gently with it, revealing his face, right eye still covered in his eye-patch to hinder him slightly; he had a feeling he would need to remove it once they got a bit serious in the fight. Getting close enough, within talking distance, Raku stopped, standing tall at six foot two inches, not slouching as he usually would, he wanted this man to have all the respect he deserved.

"Nice to meet ya." Raku said aloud, a smirk on his face, getting excited about the situation he found himself in currently. "I hope I live up to whatever you're looking for in a spar." he continued, as he began to stretch a little bit before this shinobi he had never seen before. He certainly looked strong, and Raku expected him to be. He was a shinobi from Cloud at the same level as he was. Though you couldn't really be sure of one's real experience just from their appearance for the most part. Raku didn't want to make assumptions. And so he waited for Yuuto to respond and decide when to begin.
