Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

Core Ability
Wind Mastery - Boost (1 point) x 3
Restriction- Can be taken three times.
A Wind Valkyrie nin is a master of the wind, and is able to be that much more deadly with their attacks. Naturally, this gives them more power with their chosen element, the howling winds ripping everything in their path asunder.
Effect: +5% Wind Damage.

Solid Breath - Independent Special Move (3 points)
A song is merely wind expelled from the mouth. Wind that can be formed into a deadly weapon that will cut and slice. This weapon is just as solid and at least as deadly as any weapon of metal could be.
A Wind Valkyrie are capable of mending and forming weapons out of the air itself, though the state is still as light as gas, it can still cut and pierce as any normal weapons. Normally as the air itself, it can be amplified using the same element as well.
Effect: Grants the user access to Vacuum Augment which they can place on one of their weapons.
Augment - Vacuum: This weapon may receive Wind Based Damage Buffs. For every Wind Jutsu being maintained by the user, this weapon gains an additional +2% Damage up to +6%.

Ride the Wind: - Dependent Special Move (3 points)
Effect: The user may use a C-Rank or Lower Offensive Wind Based Jutsu reflexively as a shield once per round. This shield gains Hp blocking damage equal to the amount the jutsu would deal in damage after applying all relative buffs.

Notes:
- This may only be used to counter Ninjutsu and Taijutsu. Not basic strikes, Genjutsu, or anything else.
- Any excess damage targets the user as normal.
- This shield continues to block Ninjutsu/Taijutsu techniques until destroyed.

Air Manipulation - Passive (3 points)
The air around the Wind Valkyrie can bend to their will, enhance their bodies, and do many other things--such as be shaped simply at their whim at little effort. Masters of this art will find it does not take much to cast their favoured jutsu.
Effect: Wind Valkyrie nin can cast Wind jutsu at -15% normal chakra cost.

Armor of Air - Passive (2 points)
Wind can be a power for defense as well as offense; for protection as well as deflection. A Wind Valkyrie nin's control of the wind can give them a more than slight edge in this.
Effect: All ranged attacks aimed at the user have a -2 accuracy penalty. Melee weapon attacks take a -1 accuracy penalty.

Notes:
- Doesn't stack with Gust of Wind.

Tearing Winds - Passive (3 points)
Restriction- C Rank and up
The usual gentle breezes of the wind that the Wind Valkyrie guides can turn harsh in an instant, snapping and tearing at the flesh of their targets. It isn't wise to anger a practitioner of this skill, as they can spill the blood from your body very quickly.
Effect: All Wind jutsu have a critical range of +1. If the opponent is not bleeding when they are struck by a critical hit of a Wind jutsu of the user's, their bleed level will immediately be increased to level 2. All offensive Wind Ninjutsu have a 10% chance to cause the "Wind Slice" effect. Wind Ninjutsu that can already cause this effect have their chance increased by +5%.

Note: The `Wind Slice` effect causes the attack to deal +5% base damage and raise bleeding one level.

Whirling Ripper- Jutsu (1 point, 1 to rank up)
Restriction- A-Rank and up
The ultimate technique of the Wind Valkyrie, the user creates a large swirling tornado that threatens to tear their enemies asunder. Slicing winds of their chakra embrace their victims, often drawing more than one target into the storm.
Rank 1: Deals 2720 damage at +2 accuracy to all those caught within the targeted 15x15 area. Up to three targets can be drawn in. Bleed level of all those within is increased by 1 if they are already bleeding, 2 if they are not.
Rank 2: Deals 3400 damage at +3 accuracy to all those caught within the targeted 20x20 area. Up to four targets can be drawn in. Bleed level of all those within is increased by 2.
Cost: 2000 Chakra and 3 AP

A special bow crafted by Shigeko herself. This bow has wind atributed chakra within it, giving any and all arrows she shoots a tornado coating.

Wind can be channeled instinctively through their bodies, allowing the Wind Valkyrie ninja to be proficient in dodging even while attacking and in making their attacks more efficient.
Effect: During the round this is used, +1 dodge is gained for every Wind attack by the user. +1 accuracy is gained to each attack after the first. Cannot go beyond +3 accuracy/+3 dodge per round used

11. ---|[spoilername="Wind - Chakra Style"]'The Sky has no anchor.' She believed this and adopted the notion for herself, after the fall of he water country she decided to live for herself. As a ninja with no ties she can't be called a kunoichi, she is now a mercenary. Even more than that, now, she calls herself a true child of the sky, wild, unpredictable, but free. She trained her natural prowess with Wind Ninjutsu, focusing extensively on that element alone, while her repertoire was limited her ability and style made up for it all. She can now call herself a true child of the sky.[/spoilername]
[spoilername="Jutsu Mastery"]Along with training her wind ninjutsu to its fullest extent her natural usage of chakra became better managed overtime. It became easier to expend her chakra, almost as if it was limitless, unfortunately it got to a point that didn't pay close enough attention an drained herself of her energy. She realized, though everything is less tiring, she is still only human and must sill pay attention to her expenditure of chakra. She continued to train, fortifying the craft to be more efficient whenever possible, her life may depend on it in the future someday. After long, tedious work she feels more at ease when utilizing her ninja arts.[/spoilername]
[spoilername="Human Anatomy"]While Shigeko was by no means interested in either the ANBU branch nor the Medical branch while the Mist village was a thing she was still quite interested in the anatomy of the human body for two reasons. One, it is fun to learn about the inner workings of the body from blood flow to chakra and question why humans work that way. Two, it is vital to the body and therefore quite useful to exploit. She had gotten a hold of many books while in the Moon Country on the human body and its vital points, and while she is no expert like she would be if she were to join one of the branches, she is still capable of taking advantage of these weaker areas of the body.[/spoilername]
[spoilername="Duelist"]Shigeko was never in a situation where she had to fight one on one. Most of the time, as a ninja, she fought as a group against another group, and her style of fighting reflected that. She was more comfortable throwing her jutsu out and hitting multiple targets at once, setting up kills rather than killing herself. However, what of those one on one situations, her style would remain the same but wouldn't be as effective. Fighting a dummy wouldn't help, they don't fight back, so she needed a partner. Finding someone that could give a her a challenge wasn't difficult, finding someone that would be willing to spend their time sparring would be, but it wasn't impossible. With her new partner they practiced everyday for weeks, learing how to best use her abilities against a singular opponent and obtain the upper hand.[/spoilername]|[spoilername="Strong Arm"]With Shigeko's left hand being damaged she began to use her right hand to pull the bow string, this lead to some intense muscle gain in her arm. She continued to practice with her bow, often shooting continuously for hours or trying to aim well while moving at a fast pace. Continuous use of her arm lead to its muscles growing bigger, despite her other arm staying relatively small, this was a problem and would later develop into an insecurity if she didn't do anything about it. Building muscle in the other arm took time, but what is important is that with her training she is capable of pulling the string with much more ease and further back, increasing the damaging ability of her strikes.[/spoilername]
[spoilername="Healing Factor"]Shigeko didn't always know she naturally healed faster than others. As a kid, when roughhousing and playing ninja, she and others would often injure themselves and each other. While other kids received medical attention, she never needed one. At the time she just thought she was always less injured, but looking back on it she was fairly certain she was always hurt the same, if not more.

It wasn't until a chuunin mission that she realized that this was quite beneficial to her. She had been injured, separated from the rest of the team including the medical ninja. She was injured, bleeding, and hiding, if she made any noise she would have been found and killed. She knew nothing of medical ninjutsu but she thought this would be a relatively good time to figure it out. Try as she may, she couldn't produce correct effects, however as she was focusing her chakra her injuries healed faster than before, she noticed it but couldn't explain it. She was able to live and lay low until her team found her, the medical ninja noting a scar that signified a potentially lethal injury that wasn't there before.[/spoilername]

[spoilername="Ranged - Physical Style"]Shigeko's expertise with the bow only grew as she aged and moved up in ranks, while Mist was still a village of course. Shooting arrows while in movement, accuracy above any and all opponents. Much like her wind ninjutsu Shigeko has very little variety when it comes to fighting, therefore she needed to get better and at least be the best in those respective fields. She continued to train her archery skill before coming up with different forms to fight with, not to be comfused with abilities. Each form aided her in some way, some more than others, and essentially placed her skills on another level.[/spoilername][/col3]

Tornado Zone - Modification (3 Points)
Restriction: C Rank Wind Ninjutsu Wind Release
Developing from a simple gale and transforming it into a destructive tornado in an attempt to clear the battlefield of its foes, only a Wind Valkyrie has such powers to turn the area around them into a hazard for their foes.
Effect: For free and upon using Wind Release, the user may choose a single target and may instead attempt to dispel up to 3 random maintained C / B-Rank or lower Jutsus (regardless of element) with a contested Ninjutsu Check.

Note:
- At Rank 1 Wind Release - Tornado Zone, it can only dispel up to C-Rank and lower.
- At Rank 2 Wind Release - Tornado Zone, it can only dispel up to B-Rank and lower.

Denying:
1) There is mention of Guns. We don't allow that. You can allude to it, but don't out-right say it's a gun. Please fix the fluff.
2) Cannon mode and Spear Mode are the exact same weapon. (IE: Was copy-pasted).

Please correct this.
