Takuto also has black hair, with fair tanned skin. He wears anything that he needs to or can, just normal stuff, but in shinobi outfit [if he graduates to Genin] he'll wear a white and black jacket and dark trousers, with dark blue sandals.
History: Takuto was born in the Cloud Village(obviously). His dad Shimoto Garu was a jounin courier ninja and his mother was a jounin medical ninja. When he was 6 years old he always wanted to be a fast runner that had a lot of endurance that could run any distance. The reason why was because he was beaten by another kid in a race when they were fighting over a toy. When he told his father, Shimoto Garu about this, he began to always take Takuto out for a walk every morning, then after a while, they slowly began to speed up and jog. Of course, not too fast - Takuto's just a child at this time. As his parents went out for missions, Takuto practiced how long he could run in place without sweating. As he got older, at the age of 8, he was getting faster and faster. As they were out running, Takuto glanced down at a shuriken that seemed to be dropped by a ninja - probably carelessly or from a previous battle. Garu noticed Takuto looking at it, and told him to not pick it up, however Takuto did it anyway, and threw the shuriken at a tree. His father was about to say something, but then looked at the shuriken - surprised that it was actually thrown quite well for a child. Garu then enrolled Takuto into the Ninja Academy, seeing the potential in him.
