Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Physical Description: Ayanasu is a teenage boy with wavy blond hair and bright green eyes. His face is handsome, and he is almost always smiling, earning him many admirers. The teen stands at a slight 5’5 and weighs little over 120 pounds, with a lithe build suited more for speed than strength. Ayanasu typically wears an ornate white military uniform inlaid with gold on it’s shoulders and chest. His Cloud headband has been set into the uniform’s right shoulder guard, and his prefered weapon is holstered at his side.

Personality Description: Ayanasu is proud and arrogant, with a superiority complex born of a combination of his own intellect, his skills and his Santaru heritage. He views others as mere amusements to be used and discarded at his whim, and only has any real regard for his ‘equals’ among the village’s shinobi forces and his own family. Even that regard is little more than distant respect, and the number of people for whom he has any sort of genuine affection for can be counted on one hand. The teen tends to act charming at first, but his true colors almost always bleed through even in brief conversations given his casual dismissal of anyone he deems below his notice.

The extent of his pride is only matched by his sheer intelligence. Ayanasu has a brilliant mind, and unlike most shinobi who use chakra only as a weapon, he also sees it as a means of understanding the world and it’s limits and utterly ignoring them. He spends a great deal of time researching various subjects, and many of his experiments are driven merely by the desire to see if something can actually be done. This impulsiveness has seen him veering into dangerous territory more than once, with occasionally catastrophic results, though he has always managed to contain the fallout. Sometimes literally.

Ayanasu is ultimately a creature of impulse. He tends to do things at a whim, and rarely bothers to question his own desires. This often leads him into dangerous or otherwise unpleasant situations, but he simply doesn’t care. He is a hedonist, and if the price of enjoying life is a little bit of chaos, all the better in his mind.

Character History: Ayanasu was born 14 years ago in Kumogakure No Sato to the Santaru clan. His birth was the result of an arranged marriage between his parents, Santaru Haruare and Santaru Ayaori, that was intended to maintain and strengthen the clan’s bloodline. Ayaori and Haruare’s relationship was loveless, but both were committed to the clan and did their duty in baring children. Ayanasu was the eldest, but he was followed by his three younger siblings Ayamaru, Ayakashi and Ayashii over the following years. He spent much of his childhood in the clan compound under the care of his grandfather Santaru Ayatsuri, who taught and trained him while his mother was busy caring for his siblings and his father was away on missions.

It soon became obvious that Ayanasu was particularly gifted, both in ability and intellect. He learned to speak and read far faster than his peers, and his storm calling woke early on. As he grew, academics like history, math, and science came easily to him and he showed an incredible aptitude for the shinobi arts. The boy never truly struggled with anything he was taught and was praised almost constantly by the clan for his ability. For Ayanasu, who had already realized that he was different from the other children in his family, this only served to drive his nascent belief that he was superior to others.

He only continued to excel with little effort when he entered the Academy at the age of 8. Ayanasu was well ahead of his classmates, and to sate his boredom with the curriculum, he began studying more advanced subjects such as Fuinjutsu and took in an interest in understanding the relationship between chakra and the laws of math and science. His early experiments sparked his lifetime fascination with attempting to see just how far chakra could push the world before it broke. This also lead to his early graduation at the age of 10 after he nearly destroyed the entire Academy during one of his ‘tests’, and it was decided that it would be better to focus his impulses elsewhere.

His time as a Genin was equally short lived. Ayanasu quickly grew sick of the low level missions given to the village’s new shinobi, and entered the Chuunin exams as soon as he met the qualifications after his 11th birthday. The exam actually proved to be a challenge, pitting him against older shinobi more in line with his own skill. It was a new experience for Ayanasu, and rather than being frustrated by facing opponents where his victory wasn’t assured, he was delighted even after he was defeated by a shinobi 5 years his senior. His performance ensured his promotion to Chuunin despite his loss, but it was ephemeral to the boy. The exam had given him a taste of a real fight that could push him to his limits, and it was something he intended to experience again.

Ayanasu spent the next two years going on increasingly difficult missions, always seeking a greater challenge. He racked up an impressive service record, completing dozens of missions, many of them A and S-Ranked. His performance drew the attention of his superiors, and while some were wary of his impulsivity and tendency to find fights where discretion might’ve been better suited, most agreed that his level of power was beyond that of his current rank and nominated him to become a Jounin.

As part of his assessment for promotion, Ayanasu was sent on an S-Rank mission to investigate the disappearance of multiple rural villages in northern Lightning Country, and to neutralize those responsible. It was suspected to be the work of slavers, and there were indications of shinobi involvement. However, the teen soon learned that something far darker was at work. He tracked the missing villages to an abandoned mine in the mountains, where he discovered a cult was sacrificing the villagers in order to fuel a summoning ritual for a greater demon.

While part of him relished the idea of fighting a greater demon, for once Ayanasu resisted his initial impulse and decided to end things before the situation got out of hand. Rather than attempt to interrupt the ritual and rescue the civilians, he opted to completely destroy the mine, dropping a volley of his most powerful techniques on the mountain above and collapsing it entirely. In the aftermath of the mission there was some outrage among the locals about the collateral damage, but the village agreed the threat posed by the summoning justified the extreme measures the teen took.

His assessment was deemed a success given his resolute action in the face of a high level threat, and Ayanasu became one of the youngest Jounin in Kumogakure at the age of 13. His meteoric rise through the ranks drew some skepticism from other shinobi given his heritage, but the teen was always quick to settle the score with anyone who actually said something when he was around to hear. Things soon settled over the following year as his reputation spread, and Ayanasu continued on as he had before, taking more missions and tinkering with his various experiments.

Welcome to Cloud! After taking a careful look at your OCR...

Name, rank (Jounin), bloodline, history, and Santaru Clan (Yoshi approved via Discord) all approved. Class, jutsu swaps, and stats look all good to go to me and are approved. As for ASP, I will need a Missing Council/mod to verify that for us. Upon that verification, approved as well. Once another Councilor reviews this app and passes their approval, you will be good to go with this OCR.
