Physical appearance
Yugure is pale with very minute features, causing her to look younger than she actually is. Her eyes are placid, pale greenish-gray. They're stoic, often taking on a texture similar to granite. She has stark white, chin length hair that possesses a slight curl, causing it to stick out in every which way. Her face, with a slight elvish angular look to it, gives the assumption of an underlying presence of an old soul. Her large, childish eyes and her button-like, upturned nose,however, suggests otherwise.
Personality
Though she possesses an innocent appearance, Yugure is often described as anything but. She often manages to lurk in the background, quietly observing everything and everyone around her. Though she often keeps to her self and says very little, she has a uncanny knack for getting herself involved in other peoples problems. She's fiercely loyal and overly protective. Though she hardly raises her voice above a whisper she has a short temper which causes her voice to take on a thick, venomously dark tone. Due to her shadowed past her face hardly ever portrays her inner thoughts/emotions, making her an extremely good lair as well as an immense threat.
History
Yugure's has no tolerance for weak women, mostly due to her mothers deadly victim complex. As a small child Yugure witnessed her fathers abusive nature as he plummeted deeper into numerous addictions, and sadistic behaviors. Her mother endured nothing more than verbal abuse, however she remained silent as Yugure suffered through her fathers wrathful physical abuse. Refusing to move on and protect her daughter, Yugure's mother stayed with her abusive father and wallowed in self-pity. When Yugure hit the age of Seven her mother gave birth to a baby boy. Determined to keep her little brother from any harm, Yugure began fighting back against her father's abuse. She sheltered her brother, and hid him from her parents when necessary. When her brother aged two years old her father began taking interest in his presence, and while Yugure ran to retrieve water for his bath he took his belt to the young boy's bare back, leaving a series of permanent scars. Refusing to become a bystander to her brothers abuse, Yugure devised an escape plan, and later that night she shot her father with a stolen crossbow and left her mother to wallow in his blood. After that she was apprehended by the local law and placed in a home for the mentally unstable; separated from her brother, who was placed in a boys home.
After being placed in a group home for the mentally unstable Yugure developed a dangerous complex. She kept to her self, but kept a close eye on the happenings around her. As the new kid she was often approached by foolish kids who saw her as an easy target. A natural born fighter, Yugure quickly earned a fearful title, and her fellow house-mates learned to let her alone. And alone is exactly what she was. Every day was the same, she sat in a stark white room, swallowing pills that made her stomach turn, giving blood and staying silent in the hopes that she would be let free. No one ever asked her why she did what she did. Honestly, they didn't care and she knew it. So she decided she would play any role they needed her to play in order to get back to her brother; or she'd die trying to escape this awful place.
Eventually, Yugure's acting worked. She was able to lie her self into "progress" which resulted in a "full recovery" from an illness she never had. In order to be released from the program however, she had to go into some from of schooling to maintain a suitable job in the future to keep her from going down the same path. Yugure wanted nothing more than to break out her brother and run, but she knew that--even if she managed to leave undetected-- she would have no access to a suitable job to provide him with a future. With this knowledge, she entered the academy.
Yugure currently resides in a shabby little attic-like space above an apartment. The tenant that lives there rents it to her, illegally, for no actual charge; they are, however, in agreement that she will retrieve the elderly woman's groceries once a month, as well as feed her many, many, cats every morning.
