Chapter One : beat down
Rounin Nao was waiting silently in the dim lit cavern hall, he had sent word to his student to meet him here. Today Subject 46 has decided to take a different approach on the young boy's training, an approach which involves great pain and concentration. Foot steppes indicated the arrival of young Hakai to the wide hall in the deeps of Arcadia.
"good evening Hakaisha, how was your day at the academy?"
The boy approached and took a knee in front of Nao.
"Good evening Master... the academy is not teaching me anything that I don't already know, I don't understand why do I need to still attend those useless classes Master"
Said the boy as he stood back up, Nao just looked at him with disapproval.
"you need to keep attending so your cover wont be blown to smithereens my over eager Apprentice!"
Replied Nao with a harsh tone. The dark sage was not angry at the boy but never the less he needed to learn to use his emotions properly if he were to complete his training.
"I apologise Master, I just want to set our plans in motion already, I want to show the world that there is no peace only chaos.... especially to your brother..."
Said the boy with a hint of anger in his voice. Nao's eyes narrowed and his brow frowned.
"My brother will learn his lesson soon enough!, right now we need to focus on yours!"

"the completion of your training is our top priority at the moment, you are becoming stronger every day my Apprentice but it is no time to be rash and make mistakes, after all there is a reason why we keep your existence a secrete from my brother... but we have wasted enough time on this matter we need to get started"

"ok Master I understand, any way what are we working on today?... am I going to blow shit up again?!"

"oh no Hakai... today we teach you control over your body and mind, I want you to try and evade my attacks and when you get hit by one I want you to keep going no matter how much it hurts, and further more I want you to remain unfazed by the Genjutsu I will preform on you while receiving the damage, and I worn you now, those illusions will be terrifying"

He shouted as a blast of fire erupted from his hands and crashed into the boy's back, sending him flying into the wall in front of him. Another flash of and seals and the boy was under the spell, he started seeing demonic figures tearing his skin off. The boy let out a scream of terror and rage.
"USE YOUR ANGER BOY!, FIND STRENGTH IN THE PAIN!"
Yelled Nao and sent a barrage of fire balls flying through the air at the boy, finally he dodged by rolling to the side but the next attack came from below. A geyser of fire erupted directly below the boy and he was caught in its blaze screaming once more. Another illusion made the boy hear screams of terror in his head as another barrage of fire came flying his way, but this time he looked strait on at his master unflinching he jumped out of the way and landed on his feet.
"GOOD!! EXTINGUISH THE PAIN WITH YOUR WILL!!! DROWN THE FEAR WITH YOUR ANGER!!!"
Instructed the Master as he now created a storm of raining fire from the ceiling of the hall, this time Nao's eyes widened in awe and pride. The boy did not move and let himself get hit by the attack.
"IS THIS ALL YOU'V GOT MASTER!!! THEN BRING IT ON!!!"
Shouted the boy with a cocky smile on his face, Nao returned a smile of enjoyment and insanity. A flash of hand seals once more and out of Nao's hands a torrent of flames in the shape of a dragon emerged and rushed towards the boy. The kid was no longer afraid of pain or illusion but to see him dodge this massive attack after sustaining such heavy wounds was exactly what Nao wanted to see.
"fantastic Hakai!, you are learning faster then I have expected!"
The boy was breathing frantically with a smile on hiss face.
"Master... this is... odd, although I am wounded... I feel... stronger!"
Said the young one, and the Sage smiled in turn.

Hakaisha was sitting on a roof down town observing an establishment which was owned by a local crime lord. His Master told him to wait for him here and observe who comes and goes to and from this place. It was a sort of underground casino by the looks of it and it would seem that it was guarded by highly trained rouge Shinobi of various origins.
"what do you think Hakai, can you take this operation down?"
Said a familiar voice from behind him, he did not turn just kept his gaze fixed on the casino entrance.
"yes Master I believe I can, but I don't understand why aren't we leaving this to the local authorities, or the Kagerenmei Sentinels?, this doesn't seem like our fight..."

Said the man and flashed hand seals sending a stream of water from his hands at Hakai, he stood still and took the liquid punch to the chest. The pain was dull and insignificant and the mercs were shocked, then they sent out attacks one after the other, the first sent a tremor to the ground and flung a couple of boulders at him, the second created a wave of gushing water to smash directly at his side, the third threw a spear of lightning aimed at his chest.
"don't make me laugh..."
He mumbled as he swung his blade twice to slice the boulders, then he dodged the spear of lightning that was faster the the following water wave to his left, finally he extended his arm towards the wave and a second before it hit a glowing red casting circle appeared on his hand and and orange orb took the form of small pebbles and they erupted in a flash sending the water to all directions.

Now a casting circle appeared beneath his feet and it was larger than the previous one.
"Explosive combo... Explosive Sinkhole Eruption!"
He slammed his fist on the ground which created a chain of debris flying towards the middle man, at the same time an orange glow formed below him as well and a moment before the debris hit him it happened. The explosion caused the area of the building where the three Shinobi once stood to burst outwards, half the building was gone.
"Take it easy young one, otherwise you'v done a good job so far, but it seems like you have angered the owner..."
The Master's voice buzzed again in his ear, and he noticed him as well. A tower of a man in black suit and arms as large as Hakai himself, and by his expression he was angry to say the least.
"WHO THE FUCK DO YOU THINK YOU ARE BOY!!!!, I WILL TEAR YOUR ARM OFF AND BEAT YOU TO DEATH WITH IT FOR WHAT YOU'V DONE!!!"
Screamed the man in uncontrollable rage, then something happened. Hakai was caught off guard by the large man's blinding speed, first an upper cut to his chin lunched him into a lone support beam above him, as he gravitated back down he was slammed to the floor with another punch and the distinct feeling of bones cracking in his rib cage, the third blow was a landing knee to his stomach which made him gasp in pain, and finally the human tower grabbed his leg and threw him across the street into a shops window.
"be careful with this one Hakai, I believe he is a Taijutsu user"
Said the buzzing voice of his Master in the ear piece.

Shouted Hakaisha in anger, his rage building up and around him a red aura started to form, it looked like Hakai had demonic horns and wings made out of pure red and orange energy that was surrounding him. The boy stepped out of the shop though the same broken window, he saw the enraged man rushing towards him and Hakai instinctively took a defensive stance, but it was different then the previous times, the experience from his training with his Master and the experience from his previous battles flowed into his mind in a flash, time seemed to slow down. He blocked the oncoming bunch with his left hand and the right hand's fist met the man's face.
"Master Explosive combo!!!, Soul Gaia Tempest! DETONATE!!!!"
He shouted, A giant meteor appeared just above the man at the same moment as his fist exploded into the man's head, the meteor landed on the man just a few meters away and erupted in a brilliant white light, the man screamed for a split second and then there was nothing to even indicate he ever existed. Hakai looked with a smile at the large crater in the middle of the street and then went to pick up his chackra blade which he dropped during the man's first and last attack. He looked up at the roof top where his masked Master stood watching. Hakai gave his master a thumbs up and a wide smile.
"this is not over, quick mask your face, we have company..."

Nao rushed to his Apprentices side with hast, the boy now covered his face with the remains of his Shirt. Their disguise will assure they wont be recognised by the new comers.

An man at his thirties and a young girl stood before them, but that was not the problem, both Nao and most likely Hakaisha as well recognised the robes the other two were wearing.

On the other hand Nao took out his own blade and with a surge a red hot rod appeared from the metallic grip, the Yasuragi master had a shocked expression on his face and the girl shared the same one.
"wha... what is the meaning of this! what division you belong to?! I DEMAND YOU TAKE OFF THE MASKS AND REVEAL YOURSELVES!!!"
He shouted in anger, he probably knew that they were responsible for the destruction and death around them. Nao just laughed manically.
"well I guess there is no point in hiding any more Yasuragi Master Koushi... We are not Kagerenmei! we are the ones who will bring your order down from its throne! we are the Ranmyaku Lords! and sadly enough you will have to serve as the prime example to your order!"
