Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Shigeru was readying himself for a brand new day full of possibilities. Shirtless, tattoos brandished openly and proudly, Shigeru exited his small apartment that he easily afforded on his new ANBU salary. In his mind, Shigeru thought for a moment about all the ways his life had changed in the recent months that he had never expected. First off, obviously with the move to ANBU, Shigeru had taken a break in doing the large scale missions for the Main Branch and instead focused on the more singularly-focused missions of his new branch. This led to less face time in the village as a whole, especially with his neighbors. He had missed them most of all, for he enjoyed his small conversations with them while they tended small gardens and played with their children. This was the biggest change, but Shigeru was doing his best to keep up appearances. Today was one of those rare days off from both jobs, so Shigeru was making his way to the main part of the village. It had been so long since Shigeru even had the peace of mind enough to stand in the center of the village without fearing his own powers being unleashed on any passerby.

The trek wasn’t that long, but it was certainly long enough to draw stares from most people who were cuddled up in their coats and winter dress. It was snowing on this day, but the snow melted and steamed off Shigeru’s bare chest. After all, he was literally made of fire. Most people knew of the crazy, bare-chested shinobi who helped around the village, and Shigeru made sure he kept up those appearances. However, after a little while of walking, Shigeru decided to take a seat on a bench and just watch the passerby. He was trying to enjoy the peace and calm, but maybe something interesting would happen…

When Iolanta awoke she awoke to her younger brother Mio, who had just turned six years old, shaking her with excitement. It was snowing, and he wanted to play in it; he wanted to build snow forts, have snowball fights, make snow angels, and build snowmen. The young girl sat up rubbing the sleep away from her eyes and told him to go get dressed in his winter clothes. Getting up she did the same, then cooked a warm breakfast for the two of them. Once they were done and all ready to head out, Iolanta put on her coat, then helped her brother zip up his poofy jacket, noticing his struggle with putting it on.

Stepping out side Mio dashed out, giggling with excitement. Iolanta jogged after him, and made sure that the little boy never left her sight. “Wait, Mio!” She called after her little brother. “You forgot to put on your gloves!” The older sister had realized she was still holding little Mio's gloves, which made her feel a little bad. She was responsible for the little one after all.

Mio stopped right in front of a strange man with no shirt on, fascinated by his bizarreness, eyes widening with amazement. “Wow!” he exclaimed, with a big smile on his face. “You're so cool!” Little Mio remarked, as he watched the snow sizzle on his chest.

When Iolanta finally caught up to her brother she tensed up, but did not stop walking. She wasn't sure what to make of the man on the bench, but she had a feeling in the pit of her stomach that told her to be on her guard. Though that could of just been that anti-social part of her telling her to stop expressing herself. Her expression turned blank as her brother trotted back over to her to put on his gloves. And not once did she look at the man as she helped the gloves on Mio's little fingers.
