Subject: Akimichi
A 15 year old kid, a few years younger than himself, died by an "accidental" use of a Lightning Jutsu, soon after his death an entire brawl had begun in the family home. According to the reports it was due to two teenagers duking it out against one another. This instigated a battle between the two clan homes of each child. Thankfully the events seem to have died down at this time. The child had short spiky brown hair. His fat belly made it difficult to make him fit in the morgue dressers.
It was great though, it left a perfectly well preserved body for examination. The Akimichi Bloodline was one of the few that hadn't been fully examined over the course of the years where these trials became standard for all Harvesters and high ranking personnel. Keiji, as a harvester and as the proposed leader of said division had free access to these stored bodies from all across the village and country. All Shinobi and Chakra potential individuals that had died and been brought back to the village.
Upon beginning the procedure of assessing all the exterior wounds and body parts it was obvious he had been fighting against someone. The blue scorch marks and bruises scattered across his forearm seemed to indicate he had been manhandled, maybe roughed up, and pushed into different objects. The accompanying teenager whom committed the atrocity would naturally be the presumed assailant, he would have had to really hit hard to cause these bruises, it was also noticed that a set of his teeth had dislodged outside of their sockets and dangled slightly on small pieces of sinew and gum inside his broken jaw.
Darting off to make notes on his discoveries, he continued looking across the naked body on the counter, the body wasn't older than 24 hours so it was still lukewarm. Initiating the incision, he opened him up with his scalpel to find his lungs with third degree burns, all across the surface and internal parts, thankfully the stomach and the rest of the body were fully intact. He cut out every organ he could find to cut out from the body that wasn't burned to a crisp. As he removed them he placed them on a small table beside the body, cutting several samples from the kidneys, stomach and intestines, for testing.
Pushing the carcass aside he took the samples with him to another table and took them through rigorous tests, reviewing the DNA makeup, assessing the blood samples and the function of the sample tissues.
After concluding his tests which he scribbled in his notes that the metabolism of an Akimichi was abnormal, and was the core essence of their bloodline powers. Through chakra enhanced abilities focused through their metabolism, using anabolic breakdown of fat they were able to instantly transform their calories and other chemicals directly into body mass and increased physical capacity using cholesterol and ergosterol to instantly enhance their body, with muscles, bone, and sinew.
Included in his notes and test results Keiji set out to decipher why they are able to sustain a vast size even though they ate varying amounts of food. As their nature dictates, their metabolism is completely under their control, meaning their size is sustainable at any degree, and according to these findings, they are most functional and effective when a large size is sustained as they then have more calories to instantly burn off.
Unfortunately according the findings this effect of calorie burning is momentary in the sense of that their added strength is only most effective in a short duration of time, but this time period can be increased through training, their body returns to a middle point allowing them to perform incredible feats and fight with incredible strength beyond the more average body-strength to mass ratios of other shinobi.
This furthers the idea of that the bigger the Akimichi you meet the more dangerous the foe is can possibly become.

Keiji expertly replaced the organs removed from the young boy's corpse again, stitching the body back together, while keeping the stomach and intestines where the majority of the Metabolic pathways exist. He set a small tag on the toe to mark the body as ready for burial. He then remarked his findings on the patient journal with the same notes regarding his death and marked then patient findings in his harvester journal for his organization as research completed.
