Kurejī was walking around Kurosawa when something caught his eyes. A newspaper articles that had talked about the Tea Tournament a long while ago, and how there was a ninja that ran rampant through the streets of Tea. Kurejī is now realizing that he has been too quiet after turning into a missing ninja. Overhearing the talks of the civilians, he caught a name. Maru. Apparently, some of them were around when this 'Maru' was terrorizing Tea. And then they added Maru's title, Princess of Hearts? A very peculiar find. The puppet smiled, learning of this he now has a goal in mind.
He picked up the newspaper and read it through some more. Apparently, this Maru had quite a few run ins with some of the Leaf Shinobi. Well, here's hoping that he doesn't get lost. If anything, though, he'll need to mind his step. Possibly act like a different person depending on which puppet he is housing. And all the fake names! For the first time since he left Sand, he felt excitement. He had a goal in mind and a plan to move forward.
But right now, he'll need to sort out his bag, especially since he doesn't need food or water anymore. In a sense, he'll be packing light from here on out. He decided to take the newspaper with him and adopt the idea that he is looking for Maru because he was sent to track him down. A good plan, but in all actuality, the puppet just wants to know how this Maru ticks.
