Pinged you in Discord; we need to figure out what's going on with your mission before I can give you anything for it; additionally, solo self-modded missions go in the Mission Outpost and that looks rather like a solo self-modded, but it was requested as a modded? Additionally, mission rewards once completed are requested in Requests anyway.
