His kami contract was floating around, trying to help sort out the documents that were scattered on the desks. "This is a lot now... without anyone around..." He muttered as he took a big gulp from his cold coffee. It sucked, every other sennin, their kage were all just on vacation or something?! He was eventually so absorbed that he didn't notice a jounin and a villager standing in front of him. "Pardon me for being too focused." He said as he stood up, asking for them to sit down again. "What seems to be the problem?" And that was a thing he didn't or shouldn't have done like that. "Please...." He tried to get in between the two who kept screaming towards each other.
"Alright, that is enough! You are both adults, not children." He snapped and it made the two others rise a little from their seat. " Nao started to speak to each one of them in turns, making sure that they didn't disturb either anymore too. "Alright... so If I understand... you don't get the goods that you need to teach the classes, from this person in the market. But she neither gets the goods from her spoken person." This was such a struggle to figure out, yet he had to do something. "Give me two up to three days to figure out a way for both to benefit from," he spoke, and as soon as they were gone... He summoned a squad of ANBU. "My gut tells me there is something fishy with this. Figure it out." he knew they always listened, at least someone always listened. He knew in a way how the ANBU operated.
A day followed, and he learned from the reports that the middle person was selling the goods elsewhere, there were also documents to stand against the leaf, weakening them. "I knew it..." He clicked his tongue and bit the tip of his thumb. "Capture them, make sure that the goods get to the market, we cannot stand by this. This is a form of treason." He muttered and the following day, a whole group was rounded up and placed into the prison. He would have to deal with that after... He then made sure that the news was brought to both parties. These affairs were something the kage should handle, not an assistant... Not a sennin in his idea. These were village high stakes.
He leaned on his hands while placing the report away, this would get a little tail. A riot was starting to form from what he could see. "Someone needs to stand up for the people, show them that there are still people around..." He would call for the assistant and let her know, to summon those who were in active shift to the room. They would get an official mission.
